I missed the breakfast, slept in too late. The bathroom is miniscule!!! I'd rather have more space in the bathroom than the large sitting area!! I have never seen a bathroom this small--evan in a Motel 6!!!

Hotel location and cleanliness were fine. Room key would not work well even for maid as our room did not get cleaned one day because she could not get in due to room key access unit. Bathroom was so small we had to stand in shower stall to close door and reopen. Rest of room was terrific. Staff was helpful when we requested anything.

The best staff and service that I have had in a long time. Awesome stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, would stay there again.

We had a few issues from the time we arrived. The registration counter was really sticky. I'm not sure what was on it but I didn't want to touch it. When we checked out two days later it was sticky again. We reserved 2 queen beds. We got 2 double beds in a handicapped accessible room - no bath, very industrial feel. I registered for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) but they only give 3 sets of towels. There was no closet. There were coffee mug rings all throughout the bathroom and kitchenette area that we cleaned up ourselves. Beds were very comfortable, but small.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was cold no matter what time you got there in the morning. They offer " room service " but when it is ready you have to go down and get it yourself. Would not even deliver a luggage cart and was extremely RUDE when I asked for one. Had much higher expectations from such a well known establishment.

As the weather was rainy we missed having a pool the kids could swim in. Also, the room we were in was located directly across the staff entrance to the kitchen. There was constant noise and doors slamming as the staff moved in and out of that area. Key cards had to be inserted at least 3 times to get door to open. The room was very nice, there are five of us so finding a room that all of us can stay is often a challeng. This room was very comfortable and set up conveinently.

Nice hotel. Very spacious, nicely appointed rooms, large TV. Close to the Opryland complex and Opryland Mills mall. A 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville.

This hotel embodies everything that a resort has. The staff was phenomenal, the late might food menu was excellent, not to mention the cocktails if you like to unwind before midnight. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere us made for families or lovers.

The staff was extremely helpful and pointed us in the direction of some great sites in Nashville. The rooms were clean and quiet. No indoor pool, but plenty of great adventures close by.

Right across from opryland hotel with free shuttle. No parking fees like downtown hotels. Short distance from downtown. Friendly helpful staff true southern hospitality!

Our group of six had two rooms- Which means we spent over $600.00 At your hotel. We had adjoining rooms. We left our rooms at about 11 am. The housekeeping staff were cleaning three rooms down the hall as we passed them on the way to the staircase. When we returned to our rooms later that evening one of our rooms where 4 of us were staying had not been made up. Our adjoining room was. When I called the front desk they were not helpful or caring basically offering clean towels. I was less than pleased and said so, no action was taken. Definitely will not stay at that hotel again.

The free breakfast was a good thing. The hotel could use updating for sure. It was definitely something else before a Hyatt. The rooms were a good size and sleeping 6 was perfect. Refrigerator should be mandatory in all hotels and that was there. The real complaint is the bathroom... Smallest one I think I've ever seen. Other than a remodel it was a good stay and I would stay again. The price was nice also!

there was 4 of us women and we all loved the hotel. we went to opry mills and grand ole opry,all close by.will be back!!!!

Stay at HP usually and this one kept that notion going

One of nicest hotels we have stayed in. Great service. Friendly staff. Good food. Loved the spacious room. Convenient van to Opryland. Bus to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

I was disappointed in this hotel as a Hyatt property. This staff was nice but much less professional and organized than at any other Hyatt I've been to. Instead of a king sized bed, as requested, we had two full beds that were terribly uncomfortable. The hotel was clean enough, but nothing special. The rooms were very generous in size. The decor was very lacking. After reading other reviews, I expected a great breakfast, but it was mediocre. In all, the entire feeling of this hotel was mediocre.

Loved our stay but was very unhappy about the unadvertised 150.00 non refundable pet deposit. We looked at the pet policy and it said nothing about the deposit. That is a ridiculous amount and not stating it till check in was just plain wrong.

Convenient and clean

The bath consisted of the toilet and shower. We had to maneuver ourselves around just to close the door... and we are not large people. The towels were stored on a rack within the shower... leaving them to get wet or at least damp. They could have been placed outside the shower on a rack above the toilet, but there was a picture hanging there.

My stay as pretty good. The room was not that clean upon arrival. There was still trash and visible dirt on the floor when I checked into my rom. The staff were amazing at this hotel. Everyone was genuinely caring.

This is the second Hyatt Place that I have stayed in. It's modern, clean, and has comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was very good. There was even a decent menu available 24/7. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, comfortable and friendly. Our kids enjoyed our stay and my husband and I loved the luxuriousness of it.

Love the stay, great hotel, great location in and out quickly. Had everything we needed.

We were very pleased with the hotel, staff and value...we would stay here again.

I enjoyed the stay very much. We only had 2 days and wanted to see Music Row and Country Music Hall of Fame. We enjoyed the attractions and it was less expensive than staying in town. The hotel was quiet and clean and the breakfast was fantastic with many options. My favorite were the breakfast sandwiches and the Tazo Tea. I would stay here again if we come back. I also want to mention that it's a stone's throw to the biggest outlet mall I've ever seen. :-)

Checkin was easy and friendly. Hotel was chic and clean. Room was comfy. Nice sectional and beds were really comfy. The only downsides were the food we ordered was served cold (burgers) but the night shift front desk is also the chef... So even though they have the convenience of food on site, you might want to order out instead. There is another Hyatt Place closer to the airport which we stayed in recently and it's a little bit nicer and in a more corporate park area which felt a littler safer. We are a fam of 3, so this was a good size room.
