Crowne Plaza Terrigal - Terrigal

We enjoyed our short stay. However, I believe parking should be free for guests. Do any of the rooms have no water views?

VERY RELAXING,NO HASSLES WITH CHECK IN,OR BOOKING.GREAT FOOD,TERRIFIC LOCATION.

Hotel was great except for the shower. Great location, nice sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, nice king size bed. I am 6 foot and with the shower head up as far as it would go the spray only reached my throat. So if you are wanting to be able to wash your hair not going to happen unless you bend over or sit on the edge of the bath. Not what I would expect from a Deluxe room in a 4 1/2 star place.

Was really impressed with the speed of room service- we ate in as a family and our meal was to our room within 20minutes - very impressive!

Excellent location and facilities.

Cannot wait to go back . Breakfast fantastic , Rooms great with big bathrooms ,Pool keep kids busy . Wonderful views.

A lovely hotel with a great location right on the beach. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Good gym and weight room, nice pool and a great buffet breakfast!

I came not expecting much since it's peak period... I am impressed with the service provided by the hotel. Will definitely be in my holiday destination again. Very kids friendly.

We expected Crown plaza to be cleaner and better. It was a 3.5 star quality. The staff did not know much about the bookings.

We stayed here on our way home to the Hunter Valley after a USA holiday and this was our 2nd time here. What always surprises me, after staying in US hotels, is you arrive and theres no doorman,and very minimal staff overall, there is generally one person struggling on reception - answering the phone while trying to maintain the front desk. Put that aside this hotel is top class - for Australia - prime location - clean - and great rooms with great views. If there were more staff they could compete internationally!!

Expected more from a 4-star hotel. Room was not cleaned during our two-night stay.

A lovely short break with friends. A shame that the fee for parking is so high!

I loved the opportunity to have lazy mornings, long breakfasts and relaxing walks on the beach. This was a memorable family holiday even though it only lasted 3 days.

My friend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza, Terrigal for a 3 night stay. We found the staff to be very friendly on arrival and the room was very clean and well furnished with a balcony. We had the buffet breakfast whilst staying there and it was fantastic! Everything you could wish for to eat. You could even get a takeaway coffee from the barista when leaving breakfast. The Crowne Plaza is handy to lots of restaurants and nice clothing and gift shops within walking distance and the beautiful beach is just across the road. Erina Fair is also only 10-15 minutes drive away for the movies and loads of shops. We had a wonderful time at the Crowne Plaza and would recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal was fantastic. We weren't expecting much at all, as we were only getting the basic room. The room was bigger than expected, bathroom was clean, and the concierge was very friendly we felt welcomed. There's an outdoor heated pool, which was a bit too cold to use at this time of year, which was a bit of a disappointment. We were brought swimmers expecting an indoor heated pool. But we were very satisfied using the indoor spa and sauna facilities.

well for one the thing room was too hot couldnot get air conditioning to work and when i booked it said two bath robes so we took none overall he room was lovely , looks like it has been done up recently

Comfortable stay close to resturants and across from the beach. Service o.k. however would prefer staff to finish serving you and say goodbye before talking on the phone to some one else and just waving you off.. a little rude.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to not only the beach but a number of great eateries and other amenities.

Hi we enjoyed our stay at crown, we've stayed before, the only complaints I'd have is the noise at night, dont know if it was the wind banging on the door but we could not sleep on easter sunday night it was so noisy, also the breakfast is too expensive and the coffee in there wasnt worth waiting all that time for. Great location just right in front of the beach,love the swimming pool,kids like it soo much,and the buffet breakfast is great as well,surely come back again..

Very relaxing couple of days by the sea. The staff were really helpful and non intrusive. Great buffet breakfast and facilities. Thanks Guys, we'll be back.

Food selection was poor

HAd a lovely stay walks on the beach and nearby headlands great foods loved the organic place and the cup cakes at Sweetest Things next to the hotel and Trenz of Terrigal had great gifts. The hotel staff were friendly especially Denise on reception such a kind and helpful lady. Pool and Gym were clean and well sized and the teenagers even gave a thumbs up to the Hoyel and location we will return.

Comfort of the room and location were great - but the service from the front desk was exceptional. Great job Bree! Recommend the hotel completely.

The hotel was very clean and close to the beach and all the restaurants. Free car park is also close by wich is very convinient.

Ett perfekt läge vid havet med underbara rum och super service. En underbar upplevelse avkopplande och härligt.Varmt rekomenderat.Har bott här många gånger över weekendar när jag var på tjänsteresor i NSW
