Room was outdated and gross. Mold on the bed skirt. The hallways to the rooms were dark with exposed piping in the ceiling --- didn't feel like a hotel at all. The restaurant had the worst iced tea I've ever tasted. It was very bitter, but the food was fine. I would not recommend the breakfast. I ordered off the menu (which was also dirty -- should've been a clue to me) but could barely eat anything besides the toast.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The restaurant Pike's Peak was great. Good service and great food. I just wish the hours lasted a little later. I highly recommend this hotel.

First hotel I have stayed where the indoor pool was actually warm. And they keep it very clean. Only downfall was no fridges on the room. Next time I am going to stay in kitchenette room.

Dingy & outdated. Smells of human body odor - pretty disgusting. Overpriced breakfast is pretty nasty too.

Front desk manager (Teddy) was exceptionally helpful!

It was located in a perfect location especially if you're going to to a game at Gillette Stadium 10-15 minute drive. The staff and bartender (George) was so respectful and helpful. The rooms were big and clean, with the swimming pool just a few walking steps away, the laundry room was very conveniently located. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definately stay here again in the near future.

This hotel is perfect if going to the Pats Game nearby. Nice location. Quite. Rooms are kinda small and so are the bathrooms, but other than that nice. Service was quick with any problems. Hotel does let you know of a shuttle to the game that they don't run. Shuttle is super for going but expect a wait on the return. We will be staying here again if coming up to another game.

I was looking for some place close to Gillette Stadium. This was not.

The hotel was further than expected due to the one-way traffic after the football game. The tavern closes TOO EARLY when its 2 and 3/4 hours to go 6 miles!!

Had a great time. Such a convenient hotel to the sights. We drove up Cape Cod, spent a day in Boston and went to the New England Patriots vs Broncos game. It was nice to take the shuttle to the game--didn't have to deal with parking.

I was given a smoking room, and it was clear i should have been giving a non smoking room because of the children I was with..the hallways smelled of smoje and filled with animal hair.

The condition of the hotel and room were fine. However, when I checked in at 5:45 pm (check in was available at 3pm) I was told that my room would not be ready for quite some time. I had a wedding to get ready for and had planned to check in, get changed and leave the hotel by 6:45. I was told my room wouldn't be ready by then and that I could change in the restroom in the lobby. No solution was offered because the hotel was overbooked. Luckily 20 minutes later when I once again complained that there was nothing they could for me, they were able to give me a different room and I was able to get ready for my event. Also, I requested a King bed and got 2 Queens instead.

Absolutely no complaints from me. Great place with great people. Hope to stay there again next time we visit the area.

It's pretty straight forward. The price is right for the value.

good service right from the start. Close to local golf course. Good eating establishment at hotel. Overall a good stay.

It was an average hotel, just about exactly what I expected. The attached restaurant was convenient.

I was satisfied with my room and the service, until I got charged for the hotel after I booked it through hotels.com and the gentleman at the counter said I was all set. The hotel did however take care of it right away and I appreciated that very much!

Nice clean hotel, conveniently located and quiet. Included breakfast was nice.

Very friendly staff. Very kid friendly. Pool was great. Would definitely stay again for the price.

The service was good, but the hotel need a good cleaning and some renovation.

Upon arrival, I checked in and my bill was all pre-paid as expected. That was good. The hotel clerk made the keys for my room and suggested that I use the outside door since it would be shorter walk to park my car there and get to my room. So I moved my car, loaded up with my bags and walked up to the side door. My room key did not open the door and the sign said that they keys don't open the door until midnight. Since it was only 10pm, I carried my bags back to my car, drove to the front, parked, loaded up with my bags and came in from the front door. Walked through 3 buildings to get to my assigned room. The halls were musty smelling and by the time I got to my room I was pretty tired. My keys did not open the door. The folder with the keys did not have the hotel phone number in it so I had to call the 800 number and ask for it. Then I called the front desk to find that the clerk had written the wrong room number down on the folder. So I picked up my bags and hiked to the new room. Again, the keys did not work. So called the front desk again and they sent someone with new keys. After about 30 minutes of this run-around I got into my room. The room as clean and comfortable but average. Not recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family.

This hotel is awesome, and very accommodating. We will stay here whenever we ome to visit.

A nearby Comcast concert made for great number of young concert-goers. They got back to rooms late, used lots of profanity in hallways, were partying until very late (lots of use of ice-machine to go with the boxes of liquor we saw going into the rooms). Given the number of rooms they had, I would have thought that the hotel would have done more to patrol hallways and kept noise to an acceptable level. When this was mentioned to desk clerk in morning, she responded by saying "Yes, we knew it was going to be noisy." To me that showed a disregard for guests and a lack of supervision of the site.

This stay began horribly, but thankfully, Holiday Inn rectified the situation. I was not particularly psyched when I discovered they had given me a handicapped room but I was going to just live with it. And then I opened the bathroom door. Apparently, a guest who occupied the room before I arrived had an accident in the bathroom – and the hotel staff never cleaned it up! Naturally, I complained to the front desk and asked to have housekeeping come and clean the bathroom. The front desk girl responded by upgrading me to a suite. The upgrade was free. Everything went well after that. This Holiday Inn has an above-average fitness center. I wish it were open 24/7. Since I’m a night owl who works out at night, I found that it closes too soon.

Met cleanliness expectations for a one night stay. No negative feedback. And i would stay here again if i was in the area

Served it's purpose but was a bit pricey!!!

Everything was great about the hotel, except the room had a very musty smell to it.

Hotel was very accomodating, allowing us a late check out. The pool was very warm and comfortable.
