Extended Stay America - St Louis - Airport - N Lindberg Blvd - הייזלווד

The toilet overflowed into the kitchen area. So I went to the front, and asked if I could move my things to another room to get ready. The woman at the front desk just, handed me a plunger, and told me to come back if I couldn't fix the problem! There was nothing in the toilet to be plunged, water just kept flowing out, so I went back to the front desk again, and asked a second time if I could switch rooms. There was no one else at the front, she wasn't doing anything except some type of paperwork, so I tried explaining that I was very late for the meeting that I had come to town for. The lady interrupted me by holding her hand in my face, telling me to be patient, and then continued her writing for another full minute before calmly looking up, and informing me that she could now follow me to my room to see if she can fix the problem. And then the next day at checkout, I came down at 11:36 to ask for a later checkout. I usually stay at Extended Stays everywhere I go, and have gotten late checkouts MANY times. There was a different lady at the front this time, and she told me that I wasn't able to ask for a late check-out before 11:30, without a fee. And if I had come down 6 minutes earlier, she could have helped me, so I was charged $25 extra to checkout at 1:00.

The hotel was nothing like the online pictures. They might as well be renting rooms by the hour for pimps and pros by the example of customers they allowed to stay there. I will NEVER stay at another extended stay america hotel. I did not feel safe.

good place to stay, close to airport and is set up for family travel

family groups that can be annoying but good hotel. very convinient the coin laundry. Great coffe in themorning!

Stayed here as a one night stopover on a roadtrip. Front desk staff was friendly and polite, and the room was clean, if somewhat on the worn side. Not much in the way of amenities in the room (only one "body bar" and one "face bar" in the bathroom, no extra shampoos or lotions), but the TV was a new flatscreen and the bed was comfortable. The room was also missing an alarm clock-bring your own. Breakfast was pleasant but sparse. Overall, it was a decent value and I would be willing to stay here again for a quick stay (1 or 2 nights).

The outside looked better than the inside. The room showed its age but was clean. Our no-smoking room smelled like it was a smoking room at one time. Friendly staff. Overall, no frills but the price was right.

There was no iron in the room neither was there dishes. When I called the front desk the front desk clerk seem so busy and that caused her attitude to be very rude.

We got caught in a snowstorm and was stuck in St. Louis. It was cheap and convenient for one night. If you are not picky, then it will do. The hallways smelled funny, but the room was reasonably clean. Front desk was very nice.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay. I had stayed at an ESA in Cincinnati and was VERY disappointed. I would recommend ESA St Louis Airport. The staff was great.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL,WHEN I COME BACK TO S.LOUIS I WILL BE STAYING BACK AT THIS SAME LOCATION!!I REALLY WAS SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING!!! THE STAF WAS AWESOME!!

Easy to find and convenient

The stay overall was OK. I felt like it was false advertisement because of the detail of the hotel. Also the bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly, their was old soap left in the room and which i did complain about. As for the employees they were all nice and easy to get along with. I was hoping for a oven lol only because i cant really cook.

Well my family and i were checking in and the lady at front desk ask me for my i.d so i showed her my passport after reviewing my passport she gave it back to me and asked me whats my name,i couldn't believe the seriousness that this lady had.the rooms were very dirty i will never stay there again.

The only person I spoke to was the front desk clerk. She was quite courteous and nice, very accomadating! I thought the kitchen would have an oven but did not. That was ok. Location to the airport was perfect. Room and bed sheets were clean. Would stay there again!

I changed rooms twice and both rooms smell like smoke. The curtains had apparently been caught on fire at one time or another because there were fire stains coming up from the bottom. The carpet was the most uncomfortable sight. There were stains on the carpet at every turn, of all colors...it was horrible. On a lighter note, the front desk was nice.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. For the price it was a great place. I would definitley stay there again!

The room was okay. The comforter was stained and had whole in it. There was no shampoo. I probably could have requested some. Not really super close to anything but not a terrible drive to the mall and airport. For the price I'd probably stay again or maybe check out another similarly priced hotel.

The room was OK, clean enough. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. Easy access, not much of a neighborhood.

Hotel was great!!! The staff was very friendly. My room was also comfortable. Plenty of room for my 6 year old to play with his toys & for me to do my work.

the room was clean, it did not have a hair drier but there was one available at the desk. The kitchen amenities were wonderful.

The appliances, counters, and sinks seemed old and worn out to the point of always looking dirty and the bathroom faucet leaked. It just seemed a bit run down. Wasn't a bad place though and the people were all very nice.

Room was very clean, hardwood flooring in bathroom and kitchen was nice. One of the nicer Extended Stays I've stayed in. Only complaints are location was not really near much of anything. About 20-25 minutes from downtown.

Touring on Hog 650 miles and was happy with my hotel selection. Overall great value as priced from hotel dot com. Bowling alley / Bar nearby has a good food selection or select the seven eleven next door where you will find everything you need for the next day journey.

I WAS TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. THE ROOM WAS SO DIRTY THAT I HAD TO PURCHASE CLEANING SUPPLIES AND DISINFECTANT TO CLEAN EVERYTHING FROM FLOORS TO WALLS AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN.

Sheets on the bed had a big stain on them. Bed cover had stains and hole in them. I slept in the chair. Room looked like it had not been vacuumned

Room smelled of smoke. Most rooms were full time residents who had no problem smoking in the non-smoking rooms and hallway. I had to go out a purchase air freshner and a candle. For a night where I needed to get a good nights sleep and catch an early flight, I slept about an hour. Gross.

My stay was ok. The lady at the front had a bad attitude. The ac was broke in the elevator and stairs. Other than that it was an ok hotel in a pretty good neighborhood. The room was clean, but i did have a dirty towel, a hole in the sheet, and the bath tub stopper was broke.

Stayed at this hotel on the way to our final destination, so we weren't there long. It was very clean and comfortable and a great value. The front desk staff was very nice.

This was our first time staying at a Extended Stay and it was a real nice room it was clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly we would stay with them again.

For anyone on a budget, this is a great choice. The room was clean and fresh, there was a great kitchenette, good shower, decent location.

The tv was on in the room before I entered which worried me. Dirty towels were in the bathroom. There was dirt and dust on the floors as well as a cigarette butt under the desk in a non-smoking room.

Very good value for the money. About a mile from the restaurant strip.
