Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth/Fossil Creek - פורט וורת'

nice facility, lots of breakfast options, clean and neat rooms. Loop 820 construction a total mess, but alternate route to downtown via Beach to Belknap worked out just fine!

Lots of highway construction hinders access but once this is done will have wonderful access to Ft. Worth and Stockyards. Also a bit noisy from the train whistles and trucks. Very nice people running the inn. Understand it is fixing to be renovated. They even thru in a free cocktail hour (beer & wine).

I will be going back

bed was comfortable sheets clean and nice

The staff was friendly and nice. Took longer to arrive due to construction. Indoor pool was ok, no Jacuzzi as pictured on hotel.com.

Lots of construction blocking hotel! After contacting the hotel, the lady at the front desk gave awesome directions rerouting me around the huge mess. Very grateful in Fort Worth traffic!

Not excellent but good. Sink needed repair and no hot foods at breakfast but all in all good

We booked this hotel based on ratings on Hotels.com. Were not disappointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperature and convenient to use. The only very minor down side was the Internet service provided. You have to log back in every 24 hours. It's a minor nuisance, but a little irritating just the same. Breakfast was good, though if you get there late a lot of items are gone so you get what's left. Definitely recommend this place.

The Hotel was great, the staff was friendly, the room was awesome... It was just right in the middle of road construction and someone not familiar with the area finds themselves driving in circles to get to it...

We checked in and it said free gift with booking the lady at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. Nice and secure lobby with indoor pool that was nice clean rooms. Only thing was is that I overheard some staff arguing with each other but I see that at alot of places and I don't get it very unprofessional.

Great place to stay in north part of Fort Worth.

Morning we were leaving maid came in for maid service to clean the room at 9am we were not up yet and check out is noon??? Why? Very nice place to stay and close to our family so we stay there three or four times a year.

Average room, very helpfull desk clerk, indoor pool a bit on the cold side. Typical breakfast, not too far to Cowboy Stadium. There was road construction which made it difficult to get to. Go Steelers!

Loved our stay at the hotel.....room was extremely clean....bed was super comfortabel...hotel staff very friendly.....breakfast bar was clean and plenty of food to eat..loved the layout of the room...even though there is construction infront of the hotel it was quiet..even on black friday....i will stay here again...and recommend friends to stay there....thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyed our hotel stay; breakfast was filling and better than others we've had. Rooms were comfortable. Location was a bit hard to get to with construction. A 1L bottle of water was $2.50- didn't realize until I cracked the seal. Other than that- had a great stay; price was right.

Due to no fault of hotel, road construction caused issues initially but once found way in and out, ok. The hotel personnel were very friendly and courteous. Bed better than most I've seen.

Every thing was fine. Do wish the breakfast had eggs or biscuits&gravy.

Very satisfied with the hotel and location. Lots of nearby resteraunts. There is currently a lot of construction on the freeway so there is no access from the freeway service road. That made it a little difficult the first night, but after that we managed. 11/05/12.

The only down sides were elevator was a little on the warm side and waited several hours for one of the luggage carts. We finally just carried the stuff down and out ourselves.

Very basic hotel..one of the weakest Faifield Inns we have ever stayed at.

The pool water was sparkling clean without being overchlorinated; very nice to have it indoors; breakfast was not as good as other Mariotts; make it yourself waffles were delicious but the bagels were stale; the eggs were ok, none of the usual cheese; none of the usual bacon or sausage choice but you could heat up a jimmy dean breakfast biscuit in the microwave and it was good. The workout room was clean and the equipment was in good working order. The desk was understaffed and you had to wait for someone to realize you were there, but the staff was really courteous and helpful.

Good breakfast, close to downtown ft worth, and stockyard.

Our stay was for one night, very comfortable and quiet. No surrounding scenes were nearby but it was close to the freeway. Cleanliness of room and hotel was great. Only thing I would have wanted to have that we didn't have in our room was a mini fridge. With the heat in Texas, we bought drinks but had nowhere cool to keep them but next to our AC unit.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great high-speed Internet access. Breakfast was plentiful and free!

Love the little treat bag (water & snack) upon arrival. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was pretty nice overall. The only complaint we had was that our room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor and we heard it hum each use as well as the cables creaking. My mother and I were too tired to care after having driven all night and all day. The breakfast was awesome! The location was very convenient for me. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each bed had 4 pillows!!! I will have to return to the city on ocassion and we stay here again.

was disappointed that no refrigerator was in the rooms, when that was the first thing I check when I booked the room. Also since the race was there this weekend as to why we stayed, parking lot had very few spaces to park in. The continental breakfast was ok. For the price and what we received we will not stay again.

Hot tub was out of order

The motel needs some updating. There were cracks in the sink that had black stains and the tiling around the hot tub also showed mildew. The hand rail to the hot tub has been broken and needs repair. The beds are extremely comfortable and the motel is quiet. It sits next to interstate 820, but the room was very quiet. I did not hear the traffic.

Aaron at the front desk was very hospitable and just a nice guy. He went over and beyond the call to assist me with directions and suggestions of places to take clients..

I love Fairfield Inn's by Marriott. You can never fail. Love them

I stayed for one night on 2/16/12 and my room was very comfortable and clean. I didn't have time to try the breakfast because I was running late but the dining room was full. Free breakfast is alwasys good. There is construction on 820 and it seemed to go on all night so the noise was annoying.

Little high on price but overall great stay

Even with the construction everything was easy to get to and we have family in the area. Someone needs to check the hot tub temp was 108 so we could not use it. The hostess said it close at 8 but the sign said 11 please inform employees on proper hours for tub and pool and how to check the temp. this person was clueless. Thanks

The hotel room was ok. A bit small, but it was fine for 3 nights. The staff was super friendly and the free continental breakfast was awesome (boiled eggs, waffles, french toasts, etc).

I got the room at half of what I normally pay for a room, so I was surprised to find the hotel and room were nice and clean. I really want to comend the hotel staff for going out of their way for me. For example, I got sick the morning of check out. Most hotels push you out the door. Not this one. They offered to let me check out 2 and 1/2 hours late. Then let me keep my room when I couldn't leave. Also the woman serving breakfast brought out the full breakfast when I was late and was happy to do it. I was also late to chech in. I called the hotel at 1 AM to let them know I was not going to make it in as planned. They said no problem and they were not going to charge me for the night. I am truely grateful!

When I think of Marriott as a brand, I have a certain expectation. I realize that a Fairfield is not one of their grand, beautiful hotels...but it should be decent at least. especially since its still priced like a Marriott. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were better maintained than this place. Peeling wallpaper, cracked sink, dirty, musty drapes, a TV that didn't work, lackluster breakfast, odor in elevator, and a staff that wasn't exactly rude..just passive and simple. The hotel was listed as "being conveniently located just a few miles from the Ft Worth Stockyards and downtown...which I suppose is technically true. it doesn't say that due to the location it will take you 20 to 40 minutes to get anywhere entertaining or useful within those few convenient miles. The front desk people did not begin to be helpful...no knowledge of local attractions..and actually laughed when i asked for a shoehorn and a sewing kit. Granted...few people make use of shoehorns, and it was no big deal that they didn't have one...but was laughter actually necessary? No. More often than not...if I asked any question I just got a glazed over look and a "I'm not sure" You'd think over a two day stay, I'd encounter one knowledgeable staff person..but again...No. Disappointment is really just the tip of the iceberg...I guess if I want actual quality and customer service I should try something other than Marriott brand hotels.

The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great!

Room extremely noisy at night.. Could not get a decent night sleep, knocking sounds, elevator shaft right behind room. Apparently room is used for hearing impaired guest, nothing on website or at front desk to advise of this. Requested room change after first night and were told nothing available.

Money's worth, very, very helpful staff!!

great place to stay

The pictures looked real good online. Thank goodness we got at discount. We got what we paid for.
