Very friendly staff and very good location near major highway and dining/shopping district.

It was good. Though no free breakfast! :(

Not happy with the front desk when I checked out they doubled charge me without doing any effort to make sure it was already paid so I have to do all the work for them. And I asked for a join room and when I called the lady said they will try but they can't guarantied and when we got there the guy said they don/t have any join rooms so one of them was lying......... Will never go back again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. "Kids eat free" was a great deal! The food choice and presentation was excellent! 5 minute drive to La Ronde - it's what we were looking for!

Our stay was awesome - the only issue was that we had a room near the ice machine which was a very busy location on our first night. If you stay on the street where the hotel is located, the road will take you into Longueuil, which is very picturesque.

Good: In a location where we could quicky access the Metro and major highways - easy to access Montreal and surrounding area. Great customer service. Clean/comfortable rooms. Great lounge area for families/groups. 3 computers/printer available. Bad: The WiFi couldn't handle when the hotel was full. We were without online access nearly 2 days out of 5. We were right next to the ice machine and could hear it anytime it was used.

Very well maintained and staffed hotel. Everything was the way it should be, except it's not convient to restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Excellent hotel and staff. Restaurant could improve a little, but overall very good!

Good in general. Can't comment on restaurant as we did'nt eat in the hotel. Computers should be upgraded as they don't function properly. Thanks.

Hotel was great. Great location next to amusement park. The wifi connection was not good in the room due to many connecters possibly. Breakfast was great.

the first morning they forgot to wake me up eventhoug I ask for a wake up call the night before, I choose that hotel because of the hot tub but for all of my 3 days of stay the hot tube was not workable, we didnt have a bathe tube in our room and I was not aware because i have choose a king size bed, I dont think that i will choose that one again,

Great value, very nice looking and clean hotel with great service. Also, great breakfast buffet was included in our rate.

We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night.The hotel had booked a party directly below us until 1 AM.Music was too loud to sleep to.I would have thought the hotel would have only assigned rooms to guests attending the party above the party room, to avoid disturbing guests not attending the party.We called at midnight to find out when the party would end,but the staff did nothing to help us.When we told the staff about this the next morning,they seemed surprised anyone would complain.They offered us no compensation for our sleepless night.

Hotel very convenient with a very good service. The room was clean and had a good size. The only trouble was his location because it's difficult to go downtown to Montreal island, many bridges and it takes quite a long time ( 20 to 30 min)

The hotel is atrium based. Very well organized. It appears to be new. Rooms were clean and modern internet connection worked well. dining room was neat, courteous staff and good sized swimming pool and gym. Location is a few miles from downtown Montreal but definitely worth it compared tondowntown premiums. We'd stay there in the future.

we stopped here on our way home to Ontario. We were pretty desperate for a hotel as it was getting late, and many others along the hwy were booked up. This one seemed so inexpensive, i was a bit worried. However, it turned out to be perfect for an overnight. The desk staff were very nice and check in was easy. The room was clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. There is a pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Kids under 12 eat for free and we took advantage of that. The location is on the edge of an industrial area, and there is nothing beside the hotel. However if you want to walk, the downtown of Longueuil is about 45 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. There are many shops, lively cafes and restaurants. We had a super dinner and worth the drive down the road. So I wouldn't be afraid of the price, this hotel has EXCELLENT value for the traveler.

Over all it is good clean hotel. The room size wes small for 4 people and their stuff. We eat restricted food. There is no kitchen facility available. You have to request restuarant staff to warm your food. Oher than this we enjoyed our stay. The location is good beside the river.

About two weeks after i left the Hotel, I was charged $800.79 for a 32 inches broken TV; which was already been broken before my stay at the Hotel. If you are given room 304, be very careful after turning the TV on. You must be very curious to figure out that the TV is broken because everything works perfectly fine until you can take a good look at the screen.

Not far from the race track and $20 cab ride to down town ..... great location and hotel looked good

The hotel surrounding was filfthy, very bad odour . NOT much on the breakfast. Fruits were not as fresh as thought. Bar price too high. A pint @ $9.00!!!!!!

I was so impressed with the customer sefrvice my dad and I received. From the impressive breakfast buffet, to the extra towels and coffee that got delivered in under 5 minutes to the friendly staff, this hotel can consider me a faithful customer.

This was a great hotel for a family trip to Montreal. While we were not right in the city--the price and the pool made up for the drive into town. The younger kids had free breakfast as well!

Metro (underground train) station is close to Hotel. You can plan old Montreal and downtown area by metro.

Internet connection is slow and hard to connect to Just like other people in Montreal that are not customer focused … Free breakfast only for 2 people

J'ai bien aimer ( Nous ). La réservation avec hôtel.com c'est bien dérouler. La réservation était confirmé et payer a l'avance part le site. Lors d'un autre séjour a cet endroit où un autre, j'utiliserai fort probablement hôtel.com. Voilà.

Propre et confortable. Petit déjeunet complet et pas dispendieux lorsque pris avec la chambre. Bien situé pour voyageurs avec voiture

3 choses moins agréables: 1-une de nos 2 cartes d'accès ne fonctionnait pas et manque de temps dû aux activités pour la faire remplacer. 2- Nous avons eu seulement 2 rouleaux de papier de toilette rempli au quart chacun, nous étions 4 alors c'est parti vite!!! 3-les enfants voulaient se baigner, mais il y avait des cours de natation à la piscine, on s'est senti de trop et on a quitté. Sinon, dans l'ensemble, c'était bien!
