Ramada Trenton Hotel - טרנטון

Very good

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located to the highway but the room was very quiet & I did not hear any traffic. The only downside was the restaurant was under renovation.

A lot of cabling, hard to reach outlets, lights didn't all work, more chairs than I could use, had to move desk chair to leave room between desk and chair. Heating/cooling required a lot of experimenting to get comfortable temp. Bed was comfortable enough. Pillows too small to wrap around.

I have stayed at this location for a number of years and am now findng the facility very tired. It really needs some upgrading. The service is good, the location, for me, is excellent however because it is getting run down it just doesn't seem as clean. Also where did all the tables and chairs go from the pool area?

This hotel is in need of renovation. Staff was very friendly and courteous, but the room was just worn down and not very clean.

we had a great time ,we took our two young grandkids ,tyey had a blast in the pool.our bed couldve been a little more c omportable.and pillows bigger.,but other than that it was great.

The hotel was gross! I read it was being renovated and updated so I thought I would be a good choice as we were only staying 2 nights. I wanted to leave as soon as we entered the room. It smelled like a musty mildew basement. Needless to say our shoes remained on when we were in the room! It was also very cramped, we had two double beds and if one person was walking by the bed there could not be someone standing in the way. We were constantly moving chairs out of the way to have a little more breathing room. Thank goodness we were only there a short time because these was no way I was using that shower! Don't even want to go there, as soon as we got home it was shower time! Also we booked here because they advertised a pool, it was an ok size but really run down, you could see all the different patch and paint jobs that have been done to the pool. Lastly as we were entering the hotel we passed what was either a hooker or a drug user, we should have taken that as our clue to run for the hills!

Our stay was fine - we especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

the overall condition of the hotel is great. Maybe the pool needs a bit more attention to cleanliness. Staff were courteous and very very helpful and attentive.

It was great. We especially enjoyed the pool and the quality of the breakfast buffet which we opted to have included in the price of our room.

Great location off the highway... Hotel was fully booked due to soccer tournament...pool could have used another cleaning time added due to number of kids using it!

Great pool ! My kids loved it. Breakfast was great too. Good selection of fruit, bread, hot and cold options. Service was great also. This is my 2nd time here and will definitely come back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Restraunt was right in the hotel so didn't have to leave with my kids. And kids eat free! Beds were sooooo comfortable. They even accomdated us with a crib in our room that housekeeping setup and had ready for us.

we felt very welcomed ! We had booked with breakfast and couldn't use the 3 last breakfast so we agreed to let less fortunate people use the vouchers.The only complaint we have is that they put customers with pets next to rooms with no pets. This hotels caters to family with children.

Stay was pleasant. A nice little courtyard or shaded patio area on the property would be nice for guests staying more than just overnight. The food in Oscar's was overpriced and pretty dreadful The special of liver and onions tasted like the liver was boiled. It cost $15.95 on special and a much better offering at Wimpy's is available at $8.95 .... regular price. The dry cajun chicken wings ordered came with no seasoning at all but one wing came with a feather still attached. The waitress took it back to the kitchen but no discount was offered for that wing. We may stay there again but would not even order tea and toast at Oscars ever again.

My biggest complaint was that the room was terribly hot - the windows did not open and the airconditioner was pathetic. And to make it worse the lady and the front desk on check out never even asked me how my stay was. The hotel otherwise was fine a 3 star as noted.

We stayed there as a family (2 children) for one night on our way from Niagara Falls to Ottawa. Good pool, hot tub and very clean and comfortable rooms. Our room was on the "quiet side", which was great. Breakfast was good, not excellent but many alternatives to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful.

adequate - could use a refurbish

We chose the hotel specifically as it is pet friendly to accommodate us bringing our dog. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the use of the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. If we needed accommodations in the Tenton area again we would return.

Sink was clogged. Sink had a leak in the overflow pipe. Found hairs on the turned down sheet. Bathroom very small. Frendly Service

Really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Trenton,Ontario. Lovely swimming pool and very comfortable beds. We'll be back and recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything was really nice, we had a great time. We had puchased the breakfast package for both nights we were there, the final morning we didn't realize that the restaurant closed earlier because of the holiday. The cook and the hostess made an exception and served us a beautiful breakfast that we all really enjoyed. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities. All the workers were very polite and hospitable. I will definitely stay there again. Very affordable for our family!

Not a great story. We were awoken twice during the night by a weird alarm emanating through the bathroom ceiling. The desk staff didn't seem to know or care to find out what it was. In addition, the breakfast buffet was overpriced and overcooked and way too much of it came out of a can or a factory-baked-goods package. It's absurd to serve canned fruit given Ontario's bounty this time of year. You missed the boat, we won't be back, nor will our friends.

The location of the hotel is terrible its far from the downtown andthe parks. The hotel rooms old and not cleaned. we spend just one night there and as soon as we arrived there the washroom splash was broken, the refrigeraton didn't work and the coffe maker didn't work. At the next mornung we received a 20 dollars coupon for the breakfast which is not included even the buffe, and in order to use the buffe we asked to add more money. I defanately not recommended this hotel to families with kids.

Holiday Inn Trenton is located just off an exit from the 401 Hwy. Although an older hotel it is well maintained. The room was very clean and correctly stocked for 2 occupants. Hotel staff from the front desk to the dinning room were pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for allowing our small dog to be part of our stay at your hotel. There was such a nice open area (complete with fighter jet) to walk out in. At check in, we were given a voucher for a free breakfast and a free bottle of water. Very convenient location, would stay there again no problem.
