The personnel on duty during our stay were 110% helpful and friendly. Rene was there for us with directions to downtown restaurants with a map as well. Dave gave us excellent advice on restaurants and entertainment. A very pleasant weekend.

Hotel is in very good shape, nice lounge and facilities. Friendly Staff and good service

The room was just OK, some of the furniture was obviously very old and scratched up. When the air kicked on it sounded like a plane landing at the airport. The sheets were clean... so that's a good thing. Not impressed, though, for the price.

We could not get on the internet in our room, had to go to the lobby. The bed was not comfortable, it was pretty hard. The employees were very nice, and the room was clean. HOWEVER, if you are in Nashville to visit the downtown area, pay the extra money and stay downtown - it is so much more convenient. You will either pay extra to ride a shuttle downtown, or you will pay city rates to park downtown. Stay downtown!

The rooms and staff were great. I thought the breakfast was included but it wasn't! An expensive room without breakfast. Overpriced

Very clean, excellent service. The pool and hot tub area was clean and easily accessible.

Good hotel, if you want to pay extra to be close to the Opryland Hotel, mall, and Grand Ole Opry. Only disappointments were no hair dryer and no complementary breakfast for the price. Otherwise no issues.

Liked Nashvillle and the hotel but the breakfast is not included and it was costly and not that good. Should have gone out to eat. We are used to Hampton Inn and eat for free......so missed that.

Was just what we wanted for a quick grown ups only get away!

Nicely remodeled post flood. Close to shopping and restaurants at Opry Mills. Clean hotel/room, and great food options in lobby.

This hotel was ok. The price for the area met my needs. It was clean and the staff was very nice.

Room was in great shape and the pool was excellent.

It was OK nothing special served our needs for three days. Our king bed had a body sink on it and the bathroom towels were thin as a paper towel

This hotel was convenient in every way. Location, Hotel amenities, everything. Great staff. I would stay again if and when I return to Nashville.

I was familiar with the hotel chain so felt comfortable booking with them. The front desk clerk was very friendly. When we entered our first room the lights nor tv or telephone did not work. I immediately went back to the front desk to report the problem and was given another room. The second room was ok, although the tv had sound but no picture, a light bulb was out and didn't have balcony access which was previously requested. I called down to the front desk again to report the problems and was told that maintenance would be sent up. Once maintenance arrived he corrected all problems except for the tv which my husband fixed. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and the room was never vacuumed, the bed was not completly made one day and the overall cleanliness of the room from day to day was below average. The pros to this hotel was its location to Opry Mills mall, Gaylord resort as well as the many restaurants available within walking distance. I would probably not stay at this hotel for longer than a night.

Reserved two rooms. One was perfect and the other was lacking in several areas. A/C unit never cooled the room off. Front desk stated that due to the severe heat waves the A/C units were doing all the could. However, I pointed out the second room had no problems operating in the heat. Secondly, the room was lacking the amenities that you would have expected such as blow dryer...no refrigerator..beds mattress was cheap...like sleeping in a hammock. Upside rooms and hotel was clean and safe.

The room was clean and very well kept but small. Overall the staff was friendly, they handled my request for a refrigerator rather quickly. Overall my. Stay was satisfactory.

Hotel was great.. staff very helpful and friendly.. Easy to get to from highway.. easy travel to downtown.. would recommend

Very nice stay. Very close and convenient to Opryland.

We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first visit to Nashville. The lobby and eating area are great and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is apparently an old hotel made over. The bathroom area is small, towels thin and rough and coffee maker and mugs are on the vanity counter. I would not make coffee with all the hair around. There is free coffee in the lobby. The room was small, decorated nicely but furniture looks like it was refurbished. It did not compare to the Hampton Inn. No free breakfast. Overall hotel is just okay

Had a great stay at this hotel. The people working here were all very nice and helpful. We were greeted each time we entered the hotel. The pillows were so comfortable, I wished I could take one home. It was very close to the Grand Ole Opry and tour bus picked us up at the hotel. The hotel had a shuttle which was very helpful also. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a good location at a fine hotel in Nashville.

This is probably one of the best motels we've ever stayed in. Our room was clean, comfortable and well supplied with towels, etc. The front desk staff was friendly and even came from behind the desk to show us where everything was. The lobby was spacious with separate areas for using computers, dining, and plenty of seating. I'm an early riser, so I took a book to read, but instead found a wonderful pictoral book of Nashville's history in the lobby near one of the seating areas.

My wife , son and I stayed 4 nights for son's 21st birthday to hit Broadway honky tonks , four of his friends drove down and stayed 3 nights and all enjoyed the accomedations. All Staff Members especially evening shift were excellent on info, directions, places to visit, tour, suggestions to eat, shuttle and cab services. Very clean room, maid service was good and no noise distractions , the pool and hot tub were always well maintained. Great location for Grand Old Opry and night trips to Broadway honky tonks.

Nice hotel, nice people, good price. Missed the free breakfast but all in all it was good.

Very friendly staff, close to some good restaurants, clean rooms, nice pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Marriott. The hotel was newly renovated, and we were welcomed by a trendy restaurant and front desk. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city. They went out of their way to be kind and recommended several great places that we enjoyed later that night. The hotel offered an inexpensive roundtrip shuttle ($10 per person) from the hotel to downtown, which was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

no complaints! the room was actually next to the ice machine, which I thought would be a problem, but it really wasn't. Clean, nice staff, easy access to Opryland. Would stay again. Have 3 small kids- they loved the pool and such. No fridge in the room, which may be a must in the future.

The hotel was very comfortable. I should have asked for a handicapped room though because the bathroom shower bar was no help to me. The vanity top was scarred and wasn't very pretty to begin with. The beds were comfortable & the staff was very helpful.

We are older people and we got a room on the ground floor near the door. That was great.

We found this to be a good value. Our room was clean and we were very satisfied. The price was better than others we checked into before going to Nashville. Would stay there again!

Great hotel close to Opryland.

STAY HERE!!! The staff was very kind, helping us to find restaurants, replace a charger, just overall nice people. You only pay for the shuttle one time $10.00 per room!

Very surprisingly nice hotel. Obviously refurbished but very well done. Very comfortable and quiet stay, will be back when coming through Nashville.
