Sleep Inn - נאשוויל

Room and service were great. Only snag in our stay was the lack of forks for breakfast. Eating waffles with plastic knives is challenging. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again. Room was large and very reasonable.

VERY COMFORTABLE ROOM. NOTHING FANCY BUT ROOM HAD COFFEE POT, FRIG AND MICROVAVE. I LOVE ROOMS WITH THOSE ADDITIONS. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATION WAS RIGHT NEAR THE INTERSTATE.

I stayed in Nashville Tennessee Sleep Inn and had to have my room switched due to hole in carpet and the room smelled so strong of a scent to cover up smoke it gave me such a headache. they allow smoking there in the hotel which I though was all smoke free according to the law that was passed on public places and smoking. they have a couple of none smoking rooms right next to smoking rooms on every floor and it smells awful. it was okay other than that. I then stayed at Sleep Inn in Indiana on my way home and that motel was completely renovated and beautiful. wonder room great beds this would be a 10 if I rated this one.

Very thin walls!! People coming and going all hours of the night!! I will not stay here again!!

We been traveling for the past two weeks and this had to be one of the worst hotels we stayed in. We booked 2 queens and we ended up with 2 double beds. The rooms were extremely small and run down, bathroom was so small you had trouble changing clothes in it. It didn't have a tub, just a stand up shower. The floor we were on was supposed to be non smoking and our room didn't smell like smoke but the halls smelled of smoke terribly. We stayed 2 nights and the guy at the front desk the second night was extremely nice and very helpful. Hotel was easy to get to and well marked from the road. If we were in the area again we probably wouldn't stay here again.

A good value for the money. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.The carpet in the room was torn in a few places and the room was a little beat up. I would stay here again due to the price and location.

Fairly updated hotel. Well taken care of. Clean with good service.

Good breakfast, but a bit crowded in the breakfast area. Room was very comfortable. Everything clean. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night and it met all of my expectations. I booked a queen/double room for my husband and I and our two older teenagers. We had a lot of bags/suitcases and the size of the room was great. Plenty of room to stretch out. The bathroom was nice because the sink was outside the shower/toilet area with a pocket door to separate. The shower was spectacular. Probably had the most room of any hotel shower I have ever seen and the shower head worked like a charm. Everything was clean to my high standards and we would definitely stay here again.

I typically stay at Marriott/Hyatt/Hilton properties. Everything was booked for the weekend that i went so i chose the best hotel among those available and this was it. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. I enjoyed my stay! The hotel is further from downtown. Its located near the airport so its more of a suburban hotel. Free parking! Free continental breakfast was a plus (make your own waffle, pastries, juice). The room had a microwave and fridge for our leftovers and groceries. I LOVE the setup of the room. The sink was in the room. Making it easy to get ready while others are in the shower. The shower was great! Massaging showerhead. Beds were standard. We noticed a small water stain on the ceiling but otherwise the room was definitely clean. Our friends paid double the price for a Holiday inn and hated their stay.. For shopping drive 5 mins away to Hermitage. The hotel has a ton of brochures for events. Dont expect the front desk to help. They didnt know much about the touristy stuff or have recommendations for dining/shopping but they were happy to print out a google map for me. Overall we would definitely choose this hotel again to be away from the crowds and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff, delicious complimentary breakfast. The only thing we could have lived without was the smoke in the hallway. We were in a non-smoking room, but once we stepped outside the room, the smoke from the other rooms was stiffling. Didn't notice it inside the room, though. Overall, a very good experience. Would definately stay there again.

The lady managing the breakfast service was excellent!

Overall a nice property. Clean and it must have been recently updated. The rooms had both microwave and fridge which is not mentioned in Hotels.com. My only problem was the WiFi which I couldn't get to work on my computer. Not sure if it was their problem or mine, but could never get it to work. It worked fine when I got home. Front desk was helpful in trying to get it to work, but to no avail. Breakfast is nothing special, just ok.

The room was clean, but very run-down...the drawer was broken, the shower door didn't shut all the way. The quality of the linens and towels was not good either...old blankets/bedspreads, thin towels and sheets. Our room was a non-smoking room, but the stale smell of cigarettes in the hallways and when you turned on the air conditioner was bad. I really didn't sleep much. In the morning, I also noticed a bug bite on my arm...very itchy for about 5 days. I definitely would NOT stay here again.

Great price for services and accomadations.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. A guy who worked 1st shift even created a goggle map for me to help me find an address that I needed to find.I liked the fact that the hotel had a complimentary breakfast. I wish that the breakfast had a greater selection of items though. Adding bacon and eggs to the menu would be awesome. The housekeeping staff had my room cleaned by noon on both of the days that I stayed over.Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood as well.

The location was great for us but the room smelled. When we asked the front desk about it they told us it was a cleaning agent that had been used on the a/c unit. I don't think so. The room smelled musty or moldy. That is not a cleaning agent smell. The a/c unit was full of dust balls. The desk clerk did not offer us another room. Would NEVER stay there again.

I would rate this hotel as average maybe slightly above. We have stayed here several times & have felt it is a good value for the money. We like the location for easy accesses to a lot of attractions.

Hotel was pristine, parking was great, and the staff were all friendly. The cleaning crew even greeted me every morning!

There are a number of motels in the area, but for the price, this is the best one. They take care of the property and the guests very well. Breakfast was slammed and the employee worked very hard to keep up with the crowd. Exercise room is great and even in a smaller room, I had a small refrigerator, which was unexpected. Will stay here again.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Location was great.

Carpet cleaner, or air freshener, in hallway smells atrocious. Like a hair salon. Absolutely terrible and noxious. It was in an okay location, but a kind of shady neighborhood. The towels were neatly folded like I was on a cruise.

Hotel as advertised. Excellent breakfast. Pool not private at all. Only problem was a shower door that didn't stay closed. Minor problem.

Was ok, I'm not hard to please when I'm away on business it's just a place to sleep so as long as it's clean and the staff is friendly I can overlook allot

The staff (front desk clerks) were very helpful, providing us with menus for dinner as we had been at the hospital all day and didn't have the energy to forage for food. Additionally, the next day, I extended my stay, then had to cancel, and they were so gracious, and helpful, it was really a blessing to be treated that way as opposed to the rental car company who were rude and uncaring. My sister is visiting Tennessee in 2 weeks to see our Dad, and I highly recommended this hotel to her for her week long stay. Thank you for employing such service oriented, caring staff!
