My family had a fine stay. The hotel is what you would expect for the price. We felt safe and the room was clean. It's located across the street from the city mall and various restaurants.

Very nice. The staff is wonderful!

Very good hotel with helpful staff, little old.

We stayed for 4 nights in April and found the hotel very nice. We loved the waffles and fresh fruit at breakfast and that there is always coffee and water available in the lobby. It was also handy to have a washer & dryer available for a small fee.

it was ok, the employees are very friendly. furniture in rooms has tears and not presentable. the pool are great kids enjoyed it.

room didnt have towels , floor had grabage on it, an the guy at front desk said i need to go on line to stay one more nite guess they did want my bussiness i work in a motel i know i can make a new stay.

Good, except very short on linens, only got one towel my first night and two the second night then back to one, even though I asked to have the room stocked when they got them the towels laundered. Overall good stay.

Second time we have styed here. Great rates very clean hotel.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean. Walking distance to the mall for a good selection of restaurant and shopping options. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was carb-loaded, could have used some hard-boiled eggs in addition to the the muffins, toast, cereal and waffles. Overall, would recommend.

Staff was unfriendly. Maid service was terrible (left no toilet paper one day, no towels another). And no one told us it was a monthly with a LOT of families living there with no place for the kids to play except the hallways. Won't stay there on my next trip.

this was a good location for us. The beds were very comfortable and the clerk was helpful when the maid forgot to give us clean towels. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Friendly staff. Good location near mall and right off interstate. Comfortable beds and price is right.

Had to spend an unexpected extra night in Vancouver on business. This was located right next to the mall and within 10 minutes work location. This is not a 5 star place, nothing fancy here just a clean, comfortable convenient place to lay your head. Free wifi. Have seen much better complimentary breakfasts. I'm giving it a 5 for what it is, they checked all the boxes.

I booked 3 nights for our family vacation. $50 a night including breafast was really reasonable. Location wise, even though it is not at the heart of Portland that we were planning to go, it is close to the highway that makes it accessible to a lot of places we wanted to go. Very close to the mall and restaurants. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub as well.

Nice hotel personel. Some of the furniture and TV out dated, very comfortable bed. My son has a bad back and spent much of his time in the hot tub. he liked this hotel

I could not call the front desk from the phone in my room. Mentioned it several times, was still not repaired by the time I checked out. This is very dangerous is there was a serious emergency. Wall outlets didn't work either. Had to use bathroom plug to charge electronics.

Breakfast is pretty sparse. One of the sheets had a hole in it. other than that, it is clean, safe, and the staff is friendly .

The beds are extremely comfortable and it's located in a great location, but not all the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves so be aware of what you are getting beforehand. Staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Need to consider having irons and ironing boards in each room. It's inconvenient to have to checkout at front desk!

We asked to change rooms as we could tell someperson had been smoking and we were quickly accommodated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I know they do not have controll over others. But for this hotel being none smoking,everything in and around the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Enough for my clothes to stink.

Wen we check in we had 2 resrvashion 3 night throuw holels . com and one i made for 1 night. The bed wast to soft. We had back ak in the morning. The room wast not clean I was in the room win the maid came in to clean. She was in the room for 15th minets in the bath room and made the bed with the same sheets and left the room. We stade for 4 night and not once did the carpet get vacumed. I no this becus I was in the room ever day win the maid came in. The rest of the hotel vear clean

Staff very nice. Everything else bad. Rooms had terrible smell like body odor. Soundproofing non exsistent. Halls smelled like cigarettes. Guests were roaming around in stairwells and halls on cell phones till all hours of the morning! Maybe had 3 hours of sleep. Ended up checking out early! Will not ever stay at a Days Inn again

Are stay was comfortable the staff was very friendly very professional we will stay again at your hotel

All and all not too bad. Rooms were bigger then some other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The breakfast was just waffles, cereal, coffee, juice,apples & oranges, small muffins and white & wheat toast. Other hotels we stayed at had a much better breakfast even though they were in the same price range. They have a pool & Jacuzzi, but, when we went there one night of our stay, they were not monitoring it, and small children were swimming without anything on. We had some concerns about the cleanliness of both the pool & Jacuzzi. Other then these two issues the stay was good. The front desk was very helpful, helped us when we lost our keys, and pointed out a good Mexican restaurant.

Didn't want to take my shoes off, let alone sleep in the bed! Pool and hot tub dirty too

We rented 4 rooms for a wedding. Good value. If the place had a shuttle to the airport it would have been perfect. But we liked that we could walk over to the Mall for shopping and a movie.

Stay was ok. Will stay there again. The rooms were old but comfortable. The beds were good but not great. The downstairs hallways smelled of smoke, but the second floor we stayed on smelled ok. The breakfast was small but for the price was not bad. The location was good if you plan to do any shoping at the mall right across the street. Overall not bad for the price.

We just slept as soon as we got there but it was pretty good place to stay.

Hotel was awesome for the price, all staff were delightful and friendly, we felt very welcome during our stay !!

Nice place to stay; friendly staff. Only downside is no elevator. When making reservations request a first floor room, especially if you have multiple bags.

Was nice clean no elevator so everytime wanted a smoke had to run up and down 2 flights of stairs!! Not cool! Would be nice if they put that on theircsite or let you know upon reservation. Beds not very comfortable either :(

I had a appointment at the hospital at 6:45. I am disabled and have had a stroke. I asked for a wake up call for 4 am. My caregiver just happened to wake up and see the clock and it was 5. I was late to my tests. I was very upset with.

Clean room, good location, poor continental breakfast (compared to other similar hotels) front desk staff needs to be more friendly, the two girls were on the phone with their friends or boyfriends every time I walked by them

Stayed here with my family. Liked the fact that it had an indoor pool and spa when many other more expensive hotels did not. Also liked that you could turn on the light in the bathroom at night and not have to worry that a noisy exhaust fan would come on and potentially wake up others in the hotel. The exhaust fan swithch was separate. The bathroom light can also be left on at night with the door opened a crack so that kids can use it as a night light if they need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. At some point it would be nice if the TV was upgraded to an LCD.

GOOD ROOMS AND COMFORTABLE BEDS WITH GOOD LOCATION
