Location is close to must see sights. Buffet breakfast is great and lots of choices. Service is great!

If I were on holiday I would have probably rated it good (value, location), but the hotel didn't suit me. The bar / lobby was full of smokers - m there was not a "no smoking area". Breakfast could have been good but they were short of stuff when I came down (on both days) and the clientele (many Russians)were handling the bread then puttin g it back which I find vert unhygenic. Internet connection was aawful which was an issue for me as I needed to work. I would not chose it again

The hotel staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself has seen beter days. It needs a good renovation to get to real 5 star standards. Location is excellent: 2 steps from the subway, directly on Wenceslas Square and just 2 minutes walk from the old town square. The focus of the hotel seems to be with its casino and strip club, so be prepared to be dragged in there as soon as you want to leave the hotel at night by some guys at the door.

Staff very off handed on my arrival...a maze trying to get to my room..no help with the cases...laundry service not available on the Saturday..I dont consider it to be a high standard hotel..nothing like the Hilton Berlin or Waldorf New York...will not be going back

No gym. Can't change air conditioning. Service is mediocre. Rooms are big.

very bad service. the higlight of having a bad servcie is that i added money for a late check out and then some one came into my room when i was in shower. the reception gave them a key while i was still in the room!!! when i went down to the lobby to pay and check out the reception thought it was funny! very not nice and 5 start hotel! because of that forgot my ring in the bathroom and when i called, about 50 min after left the hotel to ask them to get my ring they could not find it. some one from the hotel stole my ring. I talked to the manger but nothing. this is the first time something like this ever happened to me. im never going there again!!!!

The hotel is very nice, service good, and thr location is perfect close all must see.

No room service between 24h-06h. Even if its printed on both web page and hotel information booklet. For me this is a big deal. For others, maybe not. Big variation in staff friendliness. If money is no object i would look for alternatives. Would expect more from a 5 star hotel, but good value overall so i would recommend it on general basis.

Granted, this hotel has seen its glory days pass a decade or so ago, but I think it would be hard to find a better deal on price vs. location. We were able to walk all over Old Town, the Castle district and the Jewish quarter, and never needed to take a taxi or public transportation to get back. The breakfast, while pletiful, is not 5-star quality, but it's sufficient to get a good start on a big day taking in the sites. The junior suite was surprisingly big, and perfect for a family of 4 with a seperate bed room.

beware that the hotel is under construction - we got a room with the window turning to the construction site - makes a lot of noise and of course unpleasant to look out the window. We noticed this after we unpacked and did not feel like packing again and moving to another room. The hotel did not think they have to make it up to us in any way.

Booked at short notice, great price. Very central, we could walk to everywhere. Room huge (mini suite) very comfortable and Extremley clean. Lovely hot powerful shower and a wirlpool bath. Lovely after a dsy walking arond the city. We were on 2nd floor , room 203. Only drawback was noise from casino or club below us. I'm a light sleeper and it kept me awake to 4am. Husband didn't hear it though. Lovely hotel, staff were very pleasant to us. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment .... But it smelled good. We took hotel car to airport, good service. Cost about ten pounds more than taxi but Worth it. Highly recommended. Had a wonderful We had a fabulous time in Prague . Recommend bar next to Kentucky at top of sq. Sounds line vinoplis ( something like that) beers delivered by toy trains to the table. Kids of all ages will love it. Food there good and prices were not high. Spent three days just wandering around. Architecture is wonderful. Some really stunning Baroque cathedrals and many do classical performances. That was a special experience, beautiful music in grand setting, and it wasnt very expensive. Also visited stunning "church of Bones" in Kutna Hora..... A real must do half day trip that all the tour companies run. Totally awesome and utterly unique... GO!!! Prague was very compact, we filled 5 days easily. A lovely city to spend up to a week.

Parking is hard in this hotel. Thai SPA is good

Ok hotel at decent price but definitely not a 5 star property on international standards!

Nice hotel, lobby where you are allowed to smoke is also a plus.

Bestilte jr suite da prisforskjellen ikke var stor ift. et vanlig rom. Rommet var stort, men møblene gamle. Badet var litt små-skittent, noe jeg syntes var ganske nasty. Ødela 2 gardinoppheng i et forsøk på å trekke dem for. Ikke bra. Housekeeping klarte å komme inn på rommet halv 12 den siste dagen av oppholdet. Hvorfor ikke vente til etter check-out? Irriterende. Når det er sagt så er beliggenheten helt premium. Midt i sentrum.

Vi var 6 gutter afsted på tur til Prag, hvor vi boede på Ambassador og det var upåklageligt. Super morgenbuffet efter nogle hårde nætter ;0) Flotte rene værelser med daglig rengøring og ikke mindst en super beliggenhed midt i byen, så det meste kan klares til fods.

A nice stay at a good hotel in the heart of Prague! Hotel is old, it's a classic hotel, but well maintained, clean and tidy. Good value for money

Провели 2 ночи в отеле в январе 2013. Удобство расположения - на перекрестке Вацлавского бульвара и На прикопе - главное, что послужило выбором из множества других предлагаемых отелей. Отель построен давно, однако чистенький и уютный. Конечно же, окна номера смотрели во двор, но т.к. обычно в отеле проводишь лишь несколько часов - расстройств по этому поводу не было.Порадовал завтрак - не буду перечислять - и мужчины и женщины остались довольны ( не было лишь шампанского :)) ).Что еще? Думаю, для пятерки в центре города цена небольшая. В другой раз безусловно остановлюсь в ином месте, но Амбассадор могу порекомендовать.

Et perfekt ophold på et super hotel med et fantastisk personale. Jeg vil varmt anbefale det til alle

Hotellin aamiaisella henkilökuntaa kuin ennenvanhaan. Ystävällinen palvelu. Keskeinen sijainti. Vanha rakennus mutta pidetty kunnossa.

Tilbake for 3.gang.Et meget godt hotell sentralt beliggende,med 5 minutter til torget i gamlebyen og nasjonalmuseet rett opp bakken. Hvis man kunne få sendt betjeningen på et smilekurs,øket bemanningen i resepsjonen på formiddagen og tatt vekk de mest glorete "luksustingene" (men nok slik russerne vil ha det) kunne dette blitt meget bra.

Eldre erverdig, men stilig hotel. Lun atmosfære,med meget hyggelig betjening. Førsteklasses frokost. Meget sentral beliggenhet i en flott by. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

家族旅行で利用しましたが、部屋はとても清潔で広く快適です。スープもある朝食(バイキング形式)でとても満足しました。スタッフも質問に丁寧に対応してくれました。また泊まりたいと思わせるホテルでした。

Fint hotel og super beliggenhed. Minus var receptionisterne talte dårligt engelsk og havde meget lidt kendskab til attraktionerne i byen. Desuden var det yderst irriterende, at stuepigerne bare gik ind i værelset efter et meget kort bank på døren. Dette oplevede vi flere gange, selvom vi bad dem om at lade være. Morgenmaden var slet ikke os.

初めてのプラハ体験。天気予報通り初冠雪、防寒衣を持って行って良かった。ホテルは旧市内の各所のアクセスの良い場所で非常に便利であった。従業員の方の対応も早く満足ゆく旅を楽しめましたよ。フロントの甘酸っぱいキャンデ―がGood.

Holletets läge

Perfekt beläget vid foten av Wenzel-platsen. Storhotell med bra rum och frukost. Möjligen lite för mycket "konferens-hotellkänsla" med stora grupper och banketter.

バスタブの部品が壊れて、使えなくて、とても残念でした。

外観やロビー等はやや古臭く、最初はやや不安を感じたが室内は清潔でかつ新しい。ジェットバスも旅の疲れをとってくれた。　また、マリオネットの予約やオプショナルの相談など的確に手伝ってくれて、サービスもよい。スタッフ全体も感じのよいホテル。立地もよい。

Det här är inget femstjärnigt hotell. Läget är visserligen det bästa i Prag men det kan inte bara vara det som räknas. Badrummet läckte ut till hallen och bubbelbadkarets munstycken var fulla med hår. Servicen var på gränsen till otrevlig vid ankomsten och vi fick ett rum som inte var iordningsställt efter beställning. Frukosten var visserligen god men presentationen undermålig. Hotellet är bedagat och charmigt men det måste vara stil på grejorna också. Det här är ett 3-stjärnigt hotell med bra läge. Jag har faktiskt sällan blivit så här besviken.

Отель в целом приличный. Показалось, что завтраки скудноваты. Хотя, голодными не уходили. Персонал отеля вежливый ( на ресепшене очень приветливые ребята, готовые помочь по любому вопросу). Не всегда номер убирался чисто ( чаевые оставляли в районе 4-5 евро). Но минусы найдутся всегда, если искать. Мы не заморачивались.Расположение в ценре города и низкие цены оказались для нас решающими( до этого селились в Марриотте).

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen som hjälpte oss att hitta/boka bord på toppenrestaurang, U Zvonice och ordnade konsertbiljetter. Fina rum, välstädat. Lite skakig hiss och långa korridorer till rummen dock. Mycket att välja på i frukostbuffén. Casinot var en riktigt sunkig upplevelse -totalt inrökt, fick i princip vända i dörren. Läget är riktigt bra, några meter från t-banan och en kort promenad till gamla staden med torget och rådhuset. Fem stjärnor är precis en för mycket.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti. Palvelu ystävällistä ja toimivaa.

Goed hotel. (5 sterren is wel een beetje overdreven). Wel een goede ligging, centraal gelegen.

We got juniorsuite for a great price, and loved the location of the hotel. Had a few things that was not ok for a 5 star hotel...The bed had a dirty bedcover, and even after we told them, they did not change it. We put it at the door with the dirt showing, but they just put it back in on the beedroom floor - other that that only a few minor things regarding the room (NO movie channels - not even if you want to pay for it). The reception speaks good english and are helpfull - not smiling - but helpfull :) Breakfast was good - lots to choose from. All in all...if you can get a good price, and dont expect a 5 star hotel (i would say 4 at the best), with wifi, but NO movie channels this is a perfect choise and you can not find a better location.

Oppholdet var meget bra.Rommet var rent og romtjenesten var megetbra, men en oppussing av rommet bør ikke utsettes altfor lenge. Service i resepsjon, frokostsal og bar var upåklagelig. Vi benyttet oss ikke av verken nattklubb eller casino. Hotellets beliggenhet er meget sentral med gangavstand til de fleste severdigheter.
