Room was in bad condition, blanket was old and had cigarette burns. Worst room I have ever witnessed.

It's no 5 star resort, but I was looking for a cheap place that was clean and comfortable for my wife and I with our 2 dogs. I've stayed here a few times and it always meets my expectations. A nice Indian family owns and runs the place and they are very active in maintaining it. Big plus is that the rooms have big sliding glass doors that open up to the parking lot, so you can back your car up right to your room. Especially nice if you have dogs that you have to take out. Also, only $10 per night per dog, better than most places.

Two thumbs down - never been scared in a hotel before... The hotel staff wouldn't even let me step inside the lobby - they stood behind bullet-proof glass while I waited outside - until they had checked that I had a reservation. Yikes.

The night Clerk was very petty wanting 10$ cash or credit card payment for future problems, my room was prepaid so I couldn't understand why he needed more money, that was the first time that has happen to me. The hotel is just for taking or picking up kids from College they had very limited dinning space for the continental breakfast, the Clerks were not friendly and didnt have any Customer Service skills, I felt like I was being watched when MAKING my food. I will not book here again, I will drive an extra 5min for a Cleaner and a more pleasant experience, that is very important to me being that I am away from HOME.

The location was great, since I was bringing my daughter to Florida State for the first time, but when I saw the mold growing around the room, the toilet that ran all night long and the stains and rips on the curtain, I knew that I'd never stay there again.

I accomplish what I needed to do within a fair budget.

You could stay somewhere else if you're looking for quality. I had an early meeting at FSU and you can't beat the closeness to campus. No frills, except for a small continental breakfast. Bagels make me happy.

When I cam in the room looked ok but as soon as I went into the bathroom there was pubic hair in the shower that was not mine, or anyone i knew.

It was very convenient to FSU and had a room safe, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. Facility is showing it's age, however.

Place is kinda nasty. But great location and clean enough - no bedbugs. Paper thin walls, the neighbors were shooting dice all night long. Decent police action too - one cop looking in the dumpster for something, two days later another cop was called on some Iranian dude bothering a few chicks. Close to food - although not good food (good luck finding much in Tallahassee). Price was doable, and you can walk or get a cab down into the belly of the beast on Tennessee Street. Go Noles!

옆방에서 밤새 시끄럽게 마리화나를 하며 떠듬. 흡연실이 있는 복도 전체가 담배 냄새에 쩌들어 있음. 아침식사 정말 형편없음
