We ordered and was confirmed 1 no-smoking room and one smoking room. When we checked in, we were informed that they did NOT have a smoking room and they didn't confirm smoking rooms. However, the room we had was comfortable and we made out okay.

The Front Desk staff was very friendly. The bed was cozy with extra pillows. The location of the hotel was in a good area, close to restaurants and convenient stores. The overall condition of the room could have used a simple thorough cleaning. The carpets were stained to the point we had to wear flip flops and the shower curtain was so moldy it needed thrown away. There were also hairs on the sink. I would think twice about staying here again unless I knew the rooms had been updated.

I wouldn't refer anyone to this Hotel It had an odor and the carpet had permanent stains in it. The bathroom wasn't clean.

Less expensive than most other, but like most La Quintas, wall and ceilings are not insulated. As a result, you hear every hallway conversation and door slamming all night. Also this hotel is right next to the highway, so there's traffic noise all night as well. Staff is very friendly.

Both checking in and out, I had to search for the desk person, who seemed bothered by my interruption of whatever they were doing. Shower curtain was too short. Air conditioning kept cutting off. I spilled cereal during breakfast time, and the person on duty was incredibly rude even though I offered to clean up the mess. Very embarrassing. Would not stay here again.

Have stayed here about 1-2 times/year when in town for medical check-up. Like the location -- close to shopping, dining, & movie theater. However, general cleanliness is poor; carpet, elevator, bathroom - floor, etc. Breakfast was unpredictable - one morning the only protein was milk - no eggs, yogurt; next morning was better; o.j. is weak. Staff is very friendly & responsive to requests -- management needs to encourage cleanliness.

The hotel is in a good location. One of the rooms was dirty upon arrival and my son sat in a chair and it broke. I did like the continental breakfast and the front desk workers were really nice and professional.

I want pleased when i looked at the bathtub/shower are it was not clean at all then to top it off no soap or shampoo.I called the front desk and was told that no one could bring it to me so I had to get re-dressed and go all the way back down. The next day the security officers were on my floor telling the loud and boisterous crowd to stop smoking weed!!IM very dissatisfied with this stay and will NOT be staying there again EVER!!!!!

even though the hotel is older, it was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was okay, kinda like the industry standard. Bed was comfortable. Will stay there again on my next trip.

When I got in the thermostat did not work, no remote in the room, clock not plugged in . However, all fixed in a timely manner. Staff was cordial and helpful. Liked the stay.

Overall the hotel was fine. Enjoyed the waffles. :-)

This is the third time I have stayed at this chain, all in different locations. This room could have been a little more clean but on a scale of one to ten it was an 8.5. The new beds were very soft and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the highway and lots of restaurants. For the price you can't beat it. The hotel needs some renavasions but nothing to deture me from staying again. I would recommend this hotel. Total rating 9 out of 10, And price was 10 out of 10.

You could there had been smokers in the room recently. In fact there was an ash tray on the bed side stand. The hotel had tried to mask the odor but its impossible. I didn't complain, I was dead tired. I opened the window and aired the place out as long as I could stand the noise of I-430. I wonder if all of the rooms on the other side were full? If not it would have been nice not to have been on the noisy side, especially upstairs. It was just for one night. The staff was courteous and the room was clean other than the smell.

We had a good experience only thing to complain on was the lady at the front desk didn't tell us what time breakfast was over (we didn't ask either) and we missed it!

my Stay was good. I was only in town for a day. the price was good, only thing I see was not good was the carpet was in very bad shape an was not clean . need new carpet.

The hotel was okay but, noticed that the rug was stained really bad and the chairs were really dirty....didn't want too walk on it barefoot ......other than that it was okay....

Sinks were not cleaned and there was visible mold in the shower. I refused to use that shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It has a great location and I expect more out of it. Recommend taking them off your site!

First impression of the hotel was ok, considering I had stayed there several years ago but couldn't remember how my stay went. I had a room next to the laundry room so the first night was unbearable with the constant slamming of dryer doors and loud bangs. I ended up not even staying in my room that night. In cases like that the hotel needs to make that room for employees or something. Not to mention how THIN the walls were. I could hear people above me walking and bumping around throughout the night. Not to mention the moaning and groaning of the couple next door. The overall comfort was not really met but the rates were descent. Would I stay again? Maybe depending on the location of my room and the occupants next door. Front desk clerk and house keeping attendant were great! Also, a fridge and microwave would have been nice. I guess you get what you pay for.

This place is good for a one night stay. Room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The main thing that disappointed me was that the hotel description mentioned a fitness facility but there is not one there. One of the main reasons I booked here was so I could get a morning run in before traveling all day. Not the end of the world but would've been nice to know before booking. Overall, good stay though.

It was better than expected! Great value.

The hotel is in a great area and is very secluded so you dont have to worry about traffic noises. But the lobby and exteerior need a makeover badly. The breakfast was ok they could have had a bit more of a selection. Ive stayed at many Laquinta Inns and this was the most scarce when it came to breakfast. The room was awsome and so was the bed, minus the clump of hair I found in the shower drain. The employees were all nice and friendly and able to give great directions. All in all tis is a good hotel if your only staying for one night or you are just passing through.

Never had this bad experience during stay with other hotels. We normally stay at the hotels for the nights to rest. This hotel did not clean our room at the last day of stay found out no house cleaning service at 9 pm when we came back for the night. Gave us a couple of fresh towels when we complained. One small soap when we asked. Next morning, breakfast area is total mess no one there to clean. Left overs are everywhere. We are not coming back to any La Quinta inns. Period.

I was horrified at the filth of this hotel and the caliber of guests it seemed to attract. There were people coming and going all night. There was no trash can in our room so we had to make a pile of trash under the sink. There was a beer bottle lid on the floor as well as hair and a stain on our bed. We were originally given a smoking room when we had requested from your agent a non-smoking room. We had also been offered an adjoining room since we booked two but the hotel said they were not informed of either of these requests. If it hadn't have been past midnight when we checked in we would've gone to another hotel. We didn't bother to complain to the front desk, when we changed rooms they didn't seem to care about our comfort. We just got up the next morning and got out of there, we just wanted to go home. We didn't even shower there, there was a ring around the tub. I'm not usually that picky but I slept with a towel on my pillow that night due to fear of lack of cleanliness. There was a used Q-tip in the elevator. A security guard was on duty that night but he wouldn't have helped if there was a problem, he was too busy playing on his cell phone. I will never stay at this hotel and probably not at La Quinta again. I won't use your service either. I'll do the investigating myself.

The hotel was nice, but not in a nice area. We couldnt sleep because of all the people in other rooms yelling and banging around past 2 in the morning.

We booked a non smoking double bed room and they did not have one when we showed up. They put us in a smoking room with a baby, a pregnant wife and my father on a c-pap machine. They were listening to rap music with cussing in the lobby and the attendants had holes in their untucked shirts. I was and a unhappy about this stay.

Everything was OK, but the carpets were pitiful and the shower and toilet had stained a light brown. Other than those 2 items, hotel and location were fine.

Front desk clerk was rude, room air conditioner didn't cool, and requested towels but was told they were in the dryer then never received them. I would not stay there again.

Room was filthy. Needed a lot of attention which is being neglected.

Stayed here several times. Location just off I-430, close to movie theater, restaurants & shopping in short driving distance & like to walk in the nearby residential area; convenient for trips to UAMS. Noise of I-430 traffic may bother some people but is not a problem for us. BUT cleanliness is getting SO BAD. Outside entry, hallway & breakfast-area carpet is filthy; tile area around front desk is growdy (sp?)!!! Stayed 3 nights; checked in about 4:30 p.m. -- room was not cleaned yet; second day, gone from 7 a.m -- 7 p.m. & room had been cleaned; third day, housekeeping came about 4 p.m. to clean -- we'd been gone all day & not willing to vacate for cleaning. NOTE - room clean but TV had a very visible coat of dust. Went to breakfast 2 mornings; last day @ 8:30 a.m.; no one else was in the area @ the time -- and there was trash falling out of the 1 large trash can in the area (maintenance emptied it while we were there); waffle area -- used plate, napkins, fork, dried & liquid waffle mix & syrup all over the counter, waffle mix dispenser broken & the pitcher of waffle mix was almost empty; service person standing @ front desk visiting with another employee. After I cleaned up the area and used the last of mix (not enough for full waffle), service person did return to the area & replenish mix. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Management has to be aware of the lack of cleanliness; their responsibility to correct problems.

Room was FILTHY...blood and urine stains on carpet...yes, blood...like someone had been murdered outside our room...left with bed bugs and flea bites...elevator quit working...sink was clogged and would not drain, staff just stared at me with no response when I reported this...breakfast area filthy, trash overflowing...staff just standing around talking, making no effort to clean up...would NEVER stay here again. Have called and tarted a report with La Quinta. This hotel needs to be demolished.

Room was not clean, I was brought chemicals to clean the room myself. I asked several times for my linen to be changed and finally after the 6th request the front desk clerk changed my sheets. The bathroom was not clean and was not cleaned since the day I checked in. Horrible stay. I will never return.

great location. recomend scoop dogg on jfk, great food and frozen custard.

We tried to check in at 1200 and were told it woudl be 3 hours before we could get in(normally no big deal). When we came back at 3 we were told they did not have any non-smoking rooms(our online preference) available due to the fact they were sold out of rooms. The room smelled like somone had been smoking large amounts of weed in it. All of this i could have forgiven because a basketball tourney was in town and you could tell they were super busy, and the price was really good. Then we noticed our room had not been cleaned in a while. The bathroom had hair and other trash laying on the floor. We found a pile of trash behind the night stand and chair. We could not find one sheet or bed cover that did not have a stain on it. We both ended up sleeping in our clothes over the covers. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

My stay overall was good. Staff was friendly. continental breakfast was good. WiFi worked very well. Shower had vigorus pressure and spray ! TV had plenty of entertainment. Nite-time security guard on duty. Only real complaints are that Room was not very clean (hair on floor, dusty furniture, bathroom not clean as could be, (razor on floor behind toilet, even after 2nd day of housekeepting) card key door lock was troublesome, could not always get door to open.

so, i expected a non-smoking room but when i checked in, the clerk told me they only had smoking. it was 10:30pm and i was tired from a day of traveling and hotels.com already processed my credit card. The clerk said it happens all the time. The smoking room was old and grimmy. What an aweful experience.

I would not recommend staying here. I'm sure there are other hotels in the area that are much more accommodating and clean.
