Super friendly staff! The staff in the restaurant weren't great and they did not have enough people for a Saturday morning breakfast. Great hotel, would stay at it again!

We had a great stay at the Marriot! It was very clean and comfortable. It has a nice gift shop. The breakfast is absolutely awesome!!!

The hotel had plenty of things to do and a very nice staff.

I thought that for the regular price per night this hotel did not offer as many amenities as hoped for. The hotel appeared updated but there were signs of missing updates: outlet covers, door handles, door hinges, bathtub faucets, no hair dryer. The bathtub / shower handle broke off and hit my foot. The staff was very polite and hospitable. I do not think I would return and pay full price for this hotel.

Nice place, room was nice, clean and enjoyable. Room coffee was good, free breakfast was good perk and better than most "free breakfasts," used the pool very early sunday morning. Night b/f party left pizza, beer cans and dirty towels everywhere; place was a mess. No newspapers were available when I asked. Cafe was nice, staff great, very clean overall, would certainly stay again. NO hairdryer in the room was annoying, bed was great, everything crisp clean. Felt safe, would stay again. No real issues.

Reserved 2 rooms and specified they be connected. Hotels.com said "Sure, no problem". Arrived early at the hotel and rooms weren't ready. That's OK but are the rooms what I asked for. "Sure, they will be." Tried to check in again at 4PM, the standard check-in time. Rooms not ready, given my "special" request but they will be later, "No problem". Fine. We leave to go shopping and an early dinner. Returned to the hotel and our rooms are ready but not connecting. And none are available. In spite of the reservation and two assurances they didn't come through. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was being remodeled. (Should be finished 3/1/13.) Temporarily using the sports bar. Somewhat crowded but it worked. Food was OK but nothing special. Overall, it's overpriced for what we got.

It was a great place to stay and the price was nice too!!!

As you know I paid for room, acouple of days in advance, and it cleared the bank next day. When I checked in I was asked for card, which I understand, just in case people were to take things. When I checked my account this evening I see where Marriott charged me $50 dollars, and I do not know why? And I am not happy about that fact. I run my checking account close, just in case someone stole my ID, they wouldn't get much. And this could have cost me an overrun, which would have cost more. So will think a little longer about companies (hotels) tht charge like this. Other than that I was satisfied with "Hoteles.com" business and will consider using you again. Thanks and Good Night.

Great hotel at a great price. Super helpful staff. We've stayed here several times, wouldn't stay anywhere else

The Room Heating unit did not get our room warm enough.

I only stayed there the one night, but it was wonderful to come in and just collapse on the ultra-plush mattress. Really nice hotel, well done folks.

It was great, nice room, room service was very good. I love the fact that it was right around the corner from ORU.

Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was expensive. Thank you to the hotel staff for sending a book that I forgot in my room.

The front desks clerks were very friendly and went out of there way to be helpful.

I had booked 2 queen/double beds and when I checked in they only had a King. That wasn't going to work for 2 adults & 2 children. After some time the hotel manager was able to check us into the room we booked. Besides the check in hiccup everything else was great!!! Without hesitation I would definitely stay here again!!!

We have stayed here several times in the past two years since our son has been attending ORU. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are polite and helpful. We will stay again.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel! It smelled and looked so clean. Absolutely loved the heated, indoor pool with hot tub and sauna. The kids had a great time considering it was the dead of winter. And its on the third floor. This meant no draft from outside doors when going into or coming out of the pool area.

Convenient location, nice place, excellent weekday rates. Will gladly stay again.

If you get put in rooms across from the work out rooms, asked to be moved. It was noisy. Even during a holiday week when the hotel had very few guests.

Will be staying again. No problems, nice hotel, clean room.

I stay at this hotel twice per year and have for the past three years. Their service is always outstanding!

Overall, I guess this hotel is just fine; comfortable bed, decent sized room, quiet, cheap... But there are a couple things that make me think I'd stay somewhere else next time. First of all, the hallways REEK of mildew, and when I say REEK, I mean horribly! The lobby was fine but as soon as I stepped off the elevator into the hallway outside my room, I was hit by the smell. It literally stopped me in my tracks and I debated going right back down to the lobby to demand a room on another floor. It's BAD, and it didn't get any better during my stay. The smell inside my room was better, but the mildew odor was still noticable. It is masked by a heavy, perfumey smell, but you can still smell the mildew under the deodorizer. It's just gross. My best guess is that because the windows on this property do not open and because Tulsa is so humid, this is just a problem they can't solve. They can't ever dry the building out enough to get rid of the mildew. Other issues? You can't turn the a/c off! You can adjust the temp up or down, but you can't simply turn it of, so it goes on and off all day and night, whether you need it or not. I also found that the bedding was bizarre. The sheets weren't long enough to tuck in at the foot, so I simply found the sheets and blanket draped over the top of the bed each day. This would be OK if it was a down comforter in a duvet cover, but they dress the beds in just two sheets, with a blanket sandwiched in between them, so it's not comfortable, not cozy and not warm enough. I was cold, and there was no other blanket in the room. Other than that, I'd mention that the bathroom was dated and tiny and that the carpeting was stained. Oh, and that something was up with my tv, so the picture was pixelated at times. On the upside, the bed was comfortable (other than the bedding) and the room is nicely appointed with plenty of outlets and ports for all sorts of things I don't understand. Video imputs on the desk? What's that for? In a nutshell

I paid for the concierge floor but was put on the fifth floor and told my key would give me access. Not exactly the connivence I thought I was paying for.

Very clean, nice hotel, we have stayed here in the past and will in the future when traveling to Tulsa. You could stay here and not leave if needed all weekend. Great Hotel!!!!!

We had a late check in due to a conference and had to get up early, there was a lot of noise outside the room and then someone next door was messing with the lock out door. When I called down they just said no one could get in.
