Great staff, Kristina was more than helpful and even went outta her way to Jump Start my early check out! Lol! She should be a MANAGER! I would stay there again. Rooms were comfy. A lil road noise on highway side, quite on other side for sure!

Very dirty, almost stepped in dog doo several times

I booked with this hotel because of the price alone. The sink stopper didn't work and there wasn't even a fridge in the room, which I thought was odd. It was far away from our dinner plans at Willoughby Brewing Company. I also didn't like that the ice machine was on the second floor. The major problem of my stay had to do with the hotel service. Some of my friends stayed in different rooms where their room keys didn't even work, making them have to switch rooms. Who has a hotel and gives their guests room keys that don't work and then inconvenience them by making them move?! Originally we all requested to have rooms near each other, which shouldn't have been a problem because we were told the hotel was not busy. After the keys didn't work, two of the rooms were moved upstairs while my room remained on the 1st floor. It was very inconvenient. I will not be booking with you again.

This hotel has potential. For an quick overnight it was acceptable. For the price I expected a bit more but in the area it was the least expensive. The elevator is slow (take the stairs) The staff were friendly in the morning but would suggest they take their smoke break someplace other than outside the front door. Breakfast was good and the room wasn't too crowded.

Very nice very clean facility extremely comfortable bed.

It was very nice and quiet except for when the fire alarm went off and three fire trucks and police came. Gave us something to talk about.

The king size bed was so comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. No kidding! Very quiet room even on a Friday night. Great desk clerk. Nakita was very accomodating and a very good first impression even when she was very busy. Good rating all around.

I was lucky to get a wonderful room. I enjoyed my stay there. Very clean hotel situated at the right place. I was on my 15 drive from Texas. Hotel.com helped me book the hotel. Very reliable phone App. Give it s shot guys

There were two principle issues with the room. 1. The carpet was dirty and in serious need of steam cleaning. 2. There was the smell of mold/mildew in the bathroom. As we could not find the odor in the linens, it appeared to be in the walls. We are both allergic to mildew and awoke with headaches. I could not possibly recommend that Comfort Inn to my friends or family. The price was far in excessive of the value.

This hotel needs to be badly renovated. The rooms smell of mold and smoke. I had a non smoking room too.

regarding to the price for 2 star , no resturant except breakfast , the sound and noise is transmitting finaly was expensive but the area is safe and the staff was frindally .there is no transportation in the area unless u have ur own car.

Muy buena. Un poco descuidado los pasillos hacia las habitaciones y las puertas de las habitaciones. Creo que es un poco cara la tarifa por la calidad del hotel.
