Clarion Inn & Suites - נוקסוויל

This was a Baymount Inn and Suites when I booked the room. It changed over two week prior to our stay. Someone should have notified me and I could have made the choose to keep the reservation or change. NOT HAPPY!!!!

We loved it! it was our overnight stop going down to Florida, and we enjoyed it so much that we booked it coming back as well. The cleanliness and comfort was out of this world. A great quiet, restful night. Great location, good breakfast! Won't disappoint.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Our beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We stopped at this hotel on the way down to Florida this year AND the way back, as we enjoyed it so much. The beds are FANTASTIC, the room is outrageously clean (and I looked EVERYwhere for a trace of uncleanliness...didn't find a speck!) , VERY quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Just an overalll great experience! If I had to pick one flaw it would be that the free breakfast is very limited. It has everything you need, but more of a hot selection would make this hotel 10+ stars.

Clean, nice beds, friendly service

The bed was really comfortable. We just stayed overnight passing through town, but everything was great.

I was moving from New York to Florida, and driving down in a uhaul with a car trailer. Which they didn't mind that I parked in the back. Basically, I was completely exhausted after driving 16 hours. Checked my Hotels.com mobile ap, and found this medium priced hotel one exit away. Check in was easy, and the clerk mentioned they had a sauna if I needed it because of the drive. My room was clean and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the room warm and quiet even with the window open a bit. Breakfast was good with a nice fresh waffle. Overall, nice stay.

This hotel is extremely clean and the front desk service was exceptional. Beds were great and a new flat screen was in our room to enjoy. Absolutely no complaints! Safe neighborhood and many food choices nearby.

Great room, right off interstate - great restaurants within walking distance!! Comfortable bed! Would love to visit again!

Overall I thought the stay was great. However, for me personally, the pillows were a little hard. Not bad enough to where I wouldn't recommend this hotel, but just a little uncomfortable.

Plan on staying here on our next trip to Knoxville. Easy on of to interstate and many stores and restaurants in area.

It was a comfortable place for a bed and a shower while traveling on the road. The breakfast was better than expected.

As good as staying in a $150 per night hotel, more of a business location, rather than a resort. OK for the price and convenience.

Rate r pretty high...

FINE HOTEL ! However, the breakfast area was somewhat small when busy. All the waffles also came out for us--and other parties we didn't know--as tough and rubbery ... have had them other hotels of other chains and they were great--just a note for you that you might change batter mixes. ***BUT OUR STAY: We ALWAYS ENJOY your hotel, though we hadn't been there for quite a while. The PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE and the HOTEL IS CLEAN/ COMFORTABLE. ***The other comment is a 'tip' you might say. Fran & Dean

The staff inquired about our party - I was surprised that they could take that kind of personal interest in us. The breakfast area was spacious and the selection was very good. I didn't expect to be able to make fresh waffles as part of a free continental breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was surprised at how nice the hotel was for the cost. We were expecting cut rate room quality but it was actually very nice. Have stayed in much higher priced accomodations that weren't as nice. The beds were extreemly comfortable (in fact I checked to see what brand they were for future reference) and the staff were very helpful. The morning breakfast was surprisingly good with waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries, etc....a cut above the other 'continental breakfast at other chains. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming through the Knoxville area. Very easy to get to as it's close to highway.

Rooms are clean, staff are nice. Will come back for future trip.

Staff was extremely helpful. There are a lot of restaurants within a couple of miles. We went to the movies right down the street. Great sports bar across the street. The hotel itself was quite and comfortable. No complaints. They must have invested a significant amount of money in improvements recently as it was nicer than expected.

The hotel was easy to locate. It was in a great location, close to 25 reataurants. The service was great and the room was top rate. We were very pleased.

Welcomed, needed the sauna and a good night rest. Great breakfast and satisfied overnight stay.

Our stay was fine. I was disappointed in the discrepancy between the web site info which gave a total for our stay and what we actually paid. It was definitely misleading.

Glad I had Clorox wipes. But it was a place to lay your head for the night... The kids were very disappointed with breakfast.

This was our second time here, though why we gave it another chance after the roach in the room I don't know. For some reason my husband likes it, more for the restaurants in the area. This time there were disgusting stains on the chair and foot stool, ratty furniture but new carpet. For me the last straw was when I reached for a plastic wrapped glass and it was all sticky, well YUCK!!! They have gotten their last penny from me, did I mention YUCK!!

Breakfast didn't cater to diabetic diet.

Hotel was awful !! Should be a 35.00$ a night. The mold was so bad it was black.. Should not be on hotels.com

Clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Breakfast was not great, but all else was good. Would stay there again!

Several family members stayed at this hotel & all were disappointed!!! Rooms all had a damp,musty,moldy odor and those on the first floor were wet! Walking sock-footed in the room netted wet feet. Second floor was better but not very clean......feet turned black on bottoms from walking barefoot in room!!! There were crumbs on the floor in my room and mattress sagged in the middle of the bed. Hotel staff were friendly but stingy with extra towels. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. Pool closed at 11p.m. which was a bummer as we were a large family visiting for a wedding.

I was satisfied with overall experience, however, the beds were not comfortable at all!! Excellent value and clean, quiet rooms.

Everything was fine.

Will stay there again, old but clean.
