La Quinta Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin - פרנקלין

Hotel was packed with families and smiling faces. Good place to stay. Beds were really comfortable and nice bedding! Other than toilet not flushing right and rooms a little small. I enjoyed my stay.

Our hotel room was not clean when we arrived---the floor had not been vacuumed, the microwave was dirty, etc....I thought that since we were staying for four days that perhaps housekeeping had just overlooked it. However, our room was never thoroughly cleaned at all. Just received new towels. The bathtub had hair in it every day and was never cleaned. I think housekeeping needs to be trained better.

We wanted to leave a quick note of appreciation for La Quinta's employee, Cameron, sorry didn't catch his last name, he helped us out by providing a room with a refrigerator for my wife's insulin. Thanks Cameron!!

Room a bit musty smelling, but clean. Breakfast good, not great. Staff very responsive and nice.

the over all the hotel was is in poor condition. They were shampooing the carpet the entire stay and it smelled like a wet dog in the whole place. Strong odor of pesticide also in room and halls. Made me think that they may have had a problem with bed bugs. Would have stayed somewhere else but had paid in advance and was afraid i would lose my money.

The elevator and common areas could use an update.

We stayed here a year or so ago- it was much cleaner during that visit. The room we had during this stay had proof that dogs had been there before we had. The pool had such a strong smell of chlorine people kept coughing and wheezing so much they had to leave. The grass area outside the hotel was scattered with "presents" left behind by previous pet owners. PEOPLE, PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS!!!! That is not the responsibility of the hotel -

Hotel was really good for the price we paid. People at check in were really nice. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. Pool area was nice. Room didn't have a microwave or fridge. And it could've been a little cleaner. Other than that, it was nice. I would stay there again.

the rooms where okay and it was easy access to get to where ever we wanted to go but if the windows where better I don't think that the noice from the street would have been so loud and then the room would have stayed a little warmer without having to turn the heat so high. Overall it was nice

the pool and hot tub are in an unheated sunroom and the pool is not heated so if you are planning a winter trip like i was with family meeting you from 500 miles away as this was a central meeting place for us leave youre swim suits at home it freezing in there basic cleaning was done to the hotel but details like walls hall carpets and tile floors ware neglected

Love the fact the La Quinta chain is pet friendly with no additional fees for them! Rooms were old, but clean. I would stay here again!

We checked in around 5:30 pm. The room we were given had wet towels on the floor, mess in the toilet, and an unmade bed. Obviously, a maid "forgot" to clean it. The hotel clerk promptly assigned us to a different room. This one was "clean" (bed made, etc.) but the floor was filthy....looked like it had not been vacuumed. The elevator was dirty, and hallway floors were, too. The next morning, a maid pounded on our door at 9am. I guess she was wanting to clean it. My question is, how come they are so eager to clean a room at 9am, but at 5:30 pm, there is still a dirty room elsewhere in the hotel. I do NOT recommend this place at all! Not only is it dirty, but it backs up to a noisy interstate. It was difficult to sleep with so much noise! :(

beautiful area, friendly staff, average room decor, close to interstate and close enough to visit downtown Nashville and the LP stadium. will certainly stay here next time.

Room was not clean,,,,,,hair in tub,,,broken tile,,,,,some kind of white powder all over the chair at desk

We have stayed at this LaQuinta hotel before when visiting family in the area. It would be nice if there were queen sized beds and small fridges in the rooms. The breakfasts are pretty decent. The rooms need a good thorough cleaning and replacing worn bed skirts and other items. The nightstand had a piece of it coming off and there were tears in one of the bed skirts. We needed to move a piece of furniture to retrieve something that fell behind and it was extremely dirty behind the dresser. It was not a huge deal, but we were missing a container of candy one day after we returned and that shook our confidence about our other belongings that were left behind. We may have to rethink possible future stays here.

The sheets have holes, the floor of the shower was stained, and I wouldn't walk on the rug in the room without shoes on. There are lots of other hotels right across the street...go to one of them.

I was pleased with the price, the staff was courteous, breakfast was good and plentiful. However, my sheets, I came to find out, were not changed prior to my arrival. I discovered lotion on the sheets in a color that was not the same as my own. I did not discover this the first 2 nights, because it was near the bottom of the sheets. The floors had not been swept nor were not during our 3 day stay. If I stay again, I would be a lot more assertive in checking the bedding and the floors. The other linens were changed daily.

My stay at the LaQuinta was adequate. When I first checked in the room they gave me smelled like smoke and had an ash tray in although I was told it was a nonsmoking room. But they quickly moved to a smoke free room. In the new room, my hair dryer broke, but they quickly replaced it. The rooms were clean, the bed comfotrable enough. Interestate noise was load. The lobby was a bit dirty with unclean floors, and they were were doing some sort of maintenance repair on the floor I was on, so there was a big hole in the wall of the hallway. Nothing spectualr about this hotel, was decent for the price.

This pet-friendly hotel is in the heart of everything you'd want to do on Franklin. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the hotel even allowed our little dog to stay there. We will definitely plan to stay at the La Quinta again.

Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Everything was satisfactory - nothing to brag about but no complaints either

Hotel room is good, but lot of customers with pets are staying. For the money it is good, if i have to I will stay again.

The location is great... far enough away form nashville yet everything one needs is in short distance. Good rates... You get what you pay for. Clean... pool for the kids... decient breakfast.

Busy but efficient. Had everything we needed

We had hoped to stay somewhere else, but this was one of the few hotels with rooms available. Wasn't anticipating much, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice. Breakfast is just so-so, but the room was clean and comfortable.

We had just driven 6 hours and were exhausted so not too picky about the hotel as long as there was a bed with clean sheets. We waited to check in for 20 minutes because the guy working was training another person (at 1am), and when we finally got to our room (non-smoking), we were greeted by an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. Even our sheets and towels smelled like smoke. Needless to say, we didn't sleep great, and woke up the next morning smelling like an ashtray.

There was mold on the shower curtain. The room was in good condition but the carpets did not look vacuumed and the towels thrown around carelessly.

Great hotel if you're traveling with pets. No extra charge and they are friendly. You're staying in a 2 star hotel, but there is nothing seedy about this place. I would consider staying here again. Nice access to the interstate & Franklin, TN.

Before stepping foot onto this property, the front desk attendant Crystal had already hung up on me three times. When I alerted the GM Jeff to this upon arrival, instead of appologizing, he repeatedly made excuses for her and kept saying, "I don't have an answer for you.". When we went up the cigarette smoke-filled hall, we entered our sad room that was complete with various hairs in the bathroom. Between the noise from the interstate & our jalopy of a window unit A/C...we spent our nights wishing we had booked elsewhere...(and spent our days praying we didn't have to encounter a staff member.) Consider yourselves warned that you may avoid this absolute joke of a hotel.

Surprised at condition on room. Found dog Hairston carpet and carpethandnot been cleaned around baseboards as dust was clearly seen throughout room. Bathroom vent had black stuff on it and toilet paper holders had what looked like a years worth of dust lodged between them. I would not return to this hotel.

When we first got there, it was after 4:00 and our room was not yet ready. They told us it was going to be 30-60 minutes. We only waited for about 10 minutes and they had it ready for us to check in and they were very accomodating. Location is awesome and close to many sites and in a very good area. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

This is our second time staying, and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice hotel for the price. Super friendly staff that was truly concerned about our stay. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Only issue was doir out of allignment causing large gap in hallway door. Great place for affordable stay and kid friendly. Will definitely return when staying in the area.

Nice basic and affordable...they have a beyter breakfast than most...nice front desk staff!

My wife and I just spent one night here but it was very nice. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff was nice. Will stay here again when in area.
