I had to stay at this hotel for an early morning procedure at the nearby hospital. It is really convenient to UW and was clean and nice.

The room was ample, and the location was very good for University access. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste, but EACH bed had THREE DIFFERENT types of pillows, so we could each have our pick! Breakfasts were basic and filling if a bit commercial. The evening pineapple cupcakes in the lobby were a delightful treat. We would definitely enjoy a return visit.

Te hotel was clean comfy and even a bit cool. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was cheerful quiet and clean.breakfast was plain but adequate. All breakfast plates and utensils were throw away type which bothered me. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay there very much.

Very enjoyable stay to visit the university

After staying in other area hotels, we have found a new U District fave. The continental breakfast is just that, but Portage Bay Café, attached to University Inn is to die for. Rooms were clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance for campus, "The Ave", and a wide range of dining and shopping options. Free parking, etc etc etc.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Easy parking access a plus.

Love this hotel. Stay here when I am in Seattle every time.

I thought the University Inn was great. Perfect location near downtown and the UW campus. The Hotel was very clean an well kept, service was excellent! I would definitely stay again and suggest it to friends and family.

it was comfortable, convenient and quiet. The employees at the front desk were very helpful.

It was very convenient for the visit to UW. Parking is free and there were always spots available. Room also provided an umbrella to use during our stay. Clean and very courteous staff.

University Inn is very conveniently located just five blocks west from University of Washington campus. Lots of fun places to shop and eat in between the hotel and campus. We loved being able to bring our two Westies with us! They had very comfy beds to sleep on provided by the Inn. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed coming down to the sunny breakfast room every morning to enjoy hot coffee and continental breakfast. Our only complaint was the size of the room. It was very cramped for a Queen sized room. It would have been fine for one person, but two persons and two dogs (and even without the dogs), it was too small.

This is a really great hotel. Clean, quiet, close to the University, and lots of everything included: breakfast, wifi, parking. Can't be beat.

Very nice place, the staff is very kind and friendly, modern hotel. 24 hours caffe and pastries. The shuttle offered is very convenient and it goes several times a day to the down town, so you save money on transportation or parking (which is unaffordable in Seattle). A couple of blocks from the hotel there is a restaurants' and bars' zone. The outdoor pool was closed because of the season and there is a close gym for free one block from the hotel.

Free WiFi was excellent with good speed and connectivity. Could use more conveniently placed power outlets. Not the cheapest but convenient location. Easy parking.

We were visiting someone at the medical center and it was so convenient, both for walking and shuttle. It was bright and cheerful to come home to and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Stayed 1 night while visiting U of W. Interacted with hotel staff several times and each time was pleasant and helpful. Rented a room with 2 queen beds and it was large and comfortable. We never heard any sound from other guests but the sound of horns from boats on the water woke us up in the morning.

This is hotel is not fancy, but it is clean, safe, convenient, and the staff is very friendly

Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel due to its location in NE Seattle. Not wanting to have to stay downtown with all its hustle and bustle and $$$ to deal with. First timers to this hotel and I would reccommend it to others. The Cont. breakfast was more than I expected and it started our departure in a good and full mood. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were helpful too. This location was close to the University but also close to the zoo and northgate mall where we found all that we needed.

Very good - would stay again for sure. Free parking was a huge bonus.Service was friendly and accurate

As well as being comfortable and convenient to visit the University of Washington, the University Inn shows its concern about the environment in thoughtful ways, including having soap dispensers, not soap bars, in the bathroom, and recycling as well as trash bins in the room. It also provide free car parking. Also on a reasonably quiet street.

Just across the bridge from Downtown Seattle. Quiet location, good breakfast, free parking.

Great stay. Parking spots tight. Over all, great stay.

Found this place using the hotels.com app. Tired and had to get off the road, and this place fit the bill wonderfully. Think high-end student accommodations converted to boutique hotel, and you get the flavor. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, on the backside of the hotel overlooking the parking lot. Room comes equipped with fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. The Trinity Deli and Market up the street was surprisingly well-stocked.

Great quality for price. Has convenience store, parking and gym close, which makes it very inclusive.

Very freindly staff. Pineapple cupcakes were an unexpected delicious surprise - delicious.

Very convenient location. Very close to UW and lots of nearby restaurants. Staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. Had hot water issues and the coffee maker did not work.

I stayed here while on Residency Interviews and this met all of my needs. Close to UWash Hospital, easy bus ride to Swedish, Virginia Mason Harborview and Northgate. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Helped me navigate public transit. The free shuttle service was very nice. While there was no gym in the hotel itself there was one in the sister hotel one block away. Free coffee and tea all day plus breakfast was a very nice perk. Room nice and clean and eco-friendly!

Good stay, free shuttle to the downtown light rail for pick up from the airport, across the street to a shuttle to UW hospital center, friendly and helpful staff, overall very convenient

very good breakfast and lovely afternoon coffee and cupcakes!

Its not overly fancy, but its nice, its clean, its safe, and its conveniently located. 10 minutes from downtown and close to all the camous activity. The shuttle to downtown and University place is huge. Great place to stay for concerts and sporting events.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel! We felt like we were in a European hotel....very modern.

I think my most favorite part of my stay here was the most wonderful, happy and welcoming staff!. The room was pretty basic. Very clean and comfortable room. Great bed with nice down comforters and blankets. Very nice continental breakfast. My dog and myself could not have been felt more welcome. Excellent hotel for visits to the University of Washington. The hotel had a great shuttle service that would that would take you a multiple of locations, including recreational locations. A shuttle directly across from the hotel,from the hospital, was very convient. Best overall choice hotel in the vicinity.
