Best Western Plus Georgian Inn - רוזוויל

The check-in employee was so friendly! The rooms are comfortable. The road in front is under construction but there is still easy access to everything around the neighborhood, and there's a lot to see. Very nice courtyard in the hotel as well.

overall pleased. helpful staff ,Breakfast staff not engaged did refill some things when asked.. It was only 9 am and service was till 10 so that could have gone better

On the whole it was a good stay. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. The free breakfast was good. We did run into an issue with requesting a non-smoking room, but the people in the room next to ours -- which happened to have an adjoining room door -- seemed to be actively smoking in the room the first night and day. It cause me a great deal of discomfort because of allergies. We did call the desk, and the associate at the desk indicated someone would ask the guests in that room if they were smoking -- evidently all of the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. After that we did not notice a problem. It was handled well with the exception that the hotel associate had to make the point to me that she is a smoker. I felt that was irrelevant and meant to make me feel bad. I was not happy about having to complain, but the smell was overwhelming and caused me to be very uncomfortable. I felt that could have been handled a little better.

Our over all stay was pleasant. We stayed 2 nights. Our only real problem was that our room smelled of smoke when its a non-smoking hotel, because our room was near one of the smoking locations. Also the ice machine on our floor was broken at the time of our stay and had no sign indicating it was out of order. Location is great close to the interstate and a few shopping plazas.

Very good amenities for the price. Pleasant and efficient staff. The only negative was a noisy crowd upstairs from us.

The room was way to hot,it was so hot you could hardly breath we had to leave the door open for about an hour after we arrived.beside that we were happy with our overall stay and will be returning again in a couple of months.

Hotel was clean, with a friendly staff. We have used this Hotel several times now, and have never had a complaint. The bed was comfortable, with extra pillows and blanket which I have to say is a nice touch. Close the Macomb mall and with several dinning options makes staying here very pleasent.

very close to downtown but the hotel was horrible, it was disgusting, break fest was bad, broken toaster, very cool breakfast area, elevator smells bad, gym was broken, not a 3 star hotel, needs a lot of renovation

The room behind us was being cleaned at 10am and was very loud. Check out time isn't till noon and the cleaning lady was using the vacuum and slamming doors. Will stay again. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

place is old. outside entrances to the rooms. a bit noisy. nice service folks in the restaurant. breakfast was nothing to write home about

I am not a fan of the city...but this hotel was at a conveienent location for what we were doing. It was not fancy. The fridge did not work. It was not the cleanest - but there were no bed bugs...so all in all...it was good for what it was intended for...to lay our heads for 6 hours.

Stay was pleasant, have stayed at this location several times preiveously.

This is a lovely hotel with a kindly staff. I will add two "buts." First, at 2 am, and for about 1/2 hour, the hot tub next to us whooshed and roared, very loudly, waking me up, of course! The front desk said that a new check-in next door meant that the next door tub was being filled. (Management should NOT have a noisy tub that will disturb the next room!). Second, at 7:30 am when we went for the really good hot breakfast, all the lights were out in the restaurant. Fortunately, the apologetic staff had found flashlights to place around the tables. We had a good laugh, but no hot toast or pancakes!!

I suppose it all depends on the rates you end up paying, but I would recommend this hotel for a short stay near the airport. The service was excellent--friendly, accommodating, and understanding. The rooms were not of the highest quality, but certainly acceptable for a short stay. The space is great for kids with lots of common space available. My wife and I stayed here for two nights with our two young kids because our connecting flight kept getting cancelled due to weather and were quite happy with the overall value.

Had a pleasant two night stay at this Best Western. It was clean, comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a plus!

We felt that we got great value for the price. We liked that there was a coffee maker and fridge in the room. Coffee was also available in lobby (with real cream). Breakfast was good - fresh waffles/fruit/sauge/eggs. The attendant in restaurant was very helpful and kept things very tidy. Room was quiet and the location was good.

Our original room had not been cleaned from the previous occupants so we were immediately given an upgraded room. Excellent service.

VERY CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!

It was an overnight stay with a 6 am departure so we were able to take advantage of all the hotel has to offer. Will return another time.

The front desk staff was very accomodating. The room was nice and clean. Parking was in the back of the hotel. I was not comfortable out there after dark.

The room was okay if you could get past the horrible smell. It is definitely an older hotel in need of better cleaning. Did not sleep well because of being uncomfortable about the cleanliness. Would have slept somewhere else if it had not been so late at night and we have two young children that were already really tired.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a great experience. This time I was surprised at the overall condition of the exterior of the building and parking lot. It was not as clean and well maintained as in previous years. As for the room...it was lacking...it smelled horrible, the bathroom was not what I consider to be clean and it needed a lot of overall TLC. This being said, this hotel still has a fabulous pool area which ia what brought us back!

Great pool

no security in parking lot. Our catalytic converter was stolen from our van on the first night we were there. They acted nonchalant about it and just said to file report with police. There had been other thefts there recently I heard.

hotel staff was not friendly. carpet in our room was so dirty it felt wet. the redeeming quality was the outdoor pool which was great.

I was there with a friend for personal work only for a day. it was clean inside the room and lobby was nice. one thing that wasnt good was the room had a slight mildewy smell.. hotel staff was very nice and helpful. pool was clean and very nice.. saw a huge spider and web above my door but the pool guy took care of that for us. all in all it was pretty nice..

The hotel was conveniently located for our vacation, and was overall satisfactory except for the beds. The beds were not very comfortable. The kids didn't seem to have any issues, but my wife and I both had back pains in the morning. Other than the beds, the room was clean, the maid service was satisfactory and the free hot breakfast was good.
