Hampton Inn Jackson - ג'קסון

No problems at all - room was comfy and quiet, Internet connection works great, and the location was good. I'll be back!

A welcome change from other roadside stops.

What impressed me right away was that everyone was a repast guest, they knew each others names, were dining together, staff knew everyone by name. At first I thought I too weird but then I got to know the other guests. I can't wait to go back!

Typical of Hampton Inn's. Has a nice free breakfast. Room was decent sized. A little tight once the sofa bed was pulled out. Heat worked a little to well. overall, exactly what I expected from a Hampton inn.

arrived after midnight after traveling all day. the front desk was friendly and courteous. stayed 5 nights, othe family memebers stayed at the same hotel. the only thing we notice was that the breakfast area was small. our fmaily and other folks had to wait for a table. the room was packed until about 9am. i came to the abreakfast area to do some work between 6am-7am each day and still had to wait for a table.. the good news for hampton is that this hotel is busy, so added space should be added to accommodate more folks.

We were very happy with our visit. The beds were very comfortable

Furniture looked old

There's something to be said about being greeted by name when you walk in the door.

The hotel was not a good value. It was overpriced for the quality of the place. Comforter on bed was lumpy due to improper laundry procedures. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Have stayed at the Fairfield, next door, and was very pleased. I was not pleased at all with the Hampton and would be very reluctant to stay there again! The message taker didn't work on the phone and no one could reach me. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

No problem staying here. The ac/heat unit wasn't working too well (room was stuffy) but other than that, no problems at all! Great location, great breakfast, and a great staff.

Very nice hotel! Easy to get to from I94 and the staff was extremely friendly. The only negative was the AC / Heater. The room was slightly stuffy and it appeared the AC was not functioning as well (yes, it was winter but the room was slightly warm.) But the hotel is a great place to stay!!

Better-than-average Hampton Inn, with very good breakfast included. Lots of variety, with plenty of eggs, fruit, etc., plus a waffle machine. The staff was truly outstanding! All were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I would prefer a firmer bed, but we will stay there again when we are in the area, since it was such a great place.

My son and I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast choices were well stocked. The room was clean and very quiet. We usually sleep on Select Comfort beds. Although they didn't have our kind of beds, the beds we slept in were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. It was a little more expensive than many of the other hotels in the area, but it was totally worth the extra money.

I stayed with my husband and our three young children in a double queen bed room. I was really disappointed that the staff at the front desk sisn't ask to help with our stuff and he didn't even ask if we wanted a crib, my daughter is only 8 months old. Other than that the hotel was clean and nice to stay it. The breakfast in the morning left lots to be desired. We went down at around 8 to eat breakfast and nearly everything was gone. They eventually started to refill things but it all seemed rather hectic and rushed, not relaxing at all.

Hotel was fine. Staff was great. TV's are ancient. Time to update rooms to HD TV's.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly (the desk clerk/manager actually baked cookies for us, can you believe it?). The only minor complaint was we did not get the size bed we had previously requested. But the room was clean and ready for us on time. The hotel was close to the highway, stores, and restaurants. We would stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed here while visiting some family. It's clean, just minutes from downtown, and has friendly staff. My complaint is the "hot" breakfast. While they had a warmer with some eggs in it, the eggs were cold and rubbery, the pastries had been picked over leaving just some danishes, there was no milk left, and the fruit wasn't ripe enough to eat (green bananas). The second morning I stayed there, I had to go out to find breakfast because it was so unappetizing. Overall, the hotel was fine. Just don't expect much from the breakfast.

OUT STAY AT THE HAMPTON INN WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF WAS GREAT, AND OUR ROOM WAS GREAT, COMFORTABLE BED. I WOULD RECOMEND THE HAMPTON TO ANYONE

I found the staff most anxious to be of service. They seem to feel like the Hampton is like a home. Wow! How unusual. Clean, quiet,(except for a few kids whose parents didn't seem to mind that they ran up and down stairs) (bad parents not bad kids). Too bad the famous restaurant in front of the hotel is closed and the weeds are growing wild. I would definitely return to the Hampton. Breakfasts are good.

We always look for Hampton Inns. They cost more, but they are worth it. The breakfast is great, plus they have all the amenities, pool, exercise room, internet access, great service, free newspaper, etc.
