Very good

For the most part everything was very good. The room was nice and included a small frig and microwave. One downside was the way the mirrors were placed, you could see into the bathroom if the door wasn't shut well. We weren't ever able to get the Internet to work, and when we called the front desk to ask for help, we realized the phone receiver didn't work either. We finally figured out we could make a call if we used speakerphone, but the guy at the front desk was of no help. The two different women who checked us in and out we're very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had lots of hot and cold choices. I would stay there again. Getting to and from Methodist Hospital was very easy and quick.

Great location for medical center. Had booking problem, management very professional in handling situation in my favor.

In Houston for birth of new grandbaby and hotel is directly across from Women's Hospital - could walk over in 5 minutes; shuttle available to other hospitals

Great experience. Stay here every time I go to MD Anderson.

We have stayed there for the last two years during rodeo.

As promised. Rooms were very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

I have never had a miserable stay at a hotel. I have asked for a complete refund. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. The first night when we got to the room there was a musty smell. Before going to bed we thought the carpet in front of the air conditioner was damp but went to bed anyway. At 12:30 AM we were awakened by the fire alarm. It went off probably a minute after sounding. We called the front desk and were told it was someone smoking in their room. We found the carpet wet by that time so went to the lobby and were given a different room. After moving our belongings and getting back to sleep, we were awakened again at 5:30am by another fire alarm. It continually sounded this time so we immediately went to the lobby. We were told there was a problem with the alarm - no smoke was detected. We asked that our next night room be cancelled without penalty even though it was past the cancellation time. We were told it was taken care of but would need to speak to the manager when she came on duty. We found another hotel closet to Reliant Stadium and stayed there the following night. It was a better price - wish we had booked there in the first place.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the sink was broken but they moved me to a new room right away. Also, the fire alarm when off at 4am which was a false alarm, and that was terrible but I guess those things happen. The continental breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable.

The stay was very satisfactoryl. The room was excellent and the free shuttle to the medical buildings was great!

This was my third stay, and as usual, I found my room clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was tasty with diverse offerings. Overall, still an outstanding stay.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was fantastic and the fact that coffee and tea are available all day is a definite plus. Would stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay. Large room with large bathroom. FREE Breakfast was absolutely the best I have had at any hotel. Comfortable beds

The room smelled great and its walking distance to reliant. The breakfast was good and the beds are very comfortable. I slept great. I will return.

The stay was great, rooms are fully furnished and very modern. Morning breakfast was excellent!!

Stayed a week for business, loved the excellent breakfast: hot, tasty, different choices daily. Sofa in room made for relaxing evenings. For restaurants, there is a Luby's and Subway sandwich shop just a few yards away, inexpensive but a little boring. Having a fridge and microwave in room is a big plus, but no grocery stores around. The hotels provides a free shuttle that will take you too a variety of restaurants and the medicall center, an excellent service. All in all, this property is a fine value.

Only real complaint was that the mattress was too soft and sagged. My back hurt in the morning.

This was the second time I have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn. As with my first stay, my room was very comfortable and clean at a reasonable rate. The complimentary breakfast offered was far superior to any of the other hotels I have stayed at in the past that offered the same amenity. From now on, you will find me at this hotel anytime I am in Houston.

We needed a place near Reliant Stadium for the Texans/Titans game on 9/30. This is a great location if you plan on attending an event there, as you can enter the parking areas from the north with far less traffic than coming off of loop 610. Only complaint was beds were tiny. To be fair, they are listed as doubles, but I'm thinking they were no more than a full sized mattress. Made sleeping for 2 adults and 2 teenagers a little cramped. Service, Breakfast, Personnel was all stellar.

Excellent stay. Close to Texas Children where my nephew was in PICU. Monorail service was a great help. Breakfast was fabulous. Great customer service. We stayed two weekends in a row and would definitely stay again.

We had a clean, comfortable room - parking was convenient - breakfast which was included was more than adequate.

We had a great stay. The room was just what we expected at a reasonable rate. We had also seen the location and also saw the comments online from other travelers stating that there was a lightrail station nearby, so we took the train to Minute Maid park, and about 15-20 minutes later we were catching an Astros game against the Cincinnati Reds. Breakfast was a plus. A little crowded, but all the food was ok.

Real nice! The entire hotel and rooms was nice and clean. Hotel service was of top quality. I will be staying at the Hampton again.
