Extended Stay America - Knoxville - Cedar Bluff - נוקסוויל

The hotel was very nice - I was only there one night so I didn't use the laundry or other facilities but I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and it had a refrigerator/microwave/etc. I would definetly stay there again if in the area.

Not easy to find but amongst and bunch of hotels and close to Costco. Bed was very comfortable and fridg/freezer was a savior to help keep the food from spoiling.

Avg hotel, room showed its age. Location was great.

Rooms were well equipped, there was even a small grab n go breakfast (fruit, bars, etc.) One room was very good, our other room, with twins, had a very bad odor, either old smoke or pet odor. The housekeeping staff was good about bringing us some Febreeze which helped quite a bit, but I think someone cleaning the room should have noticed it and done something in advance.

It would have been nice to have a hairdryer and shampoo furnishd. I understand a one night stay is not your main interest, but if a part registers for just one night there is a good chance they didn't pact this for the short trip.

this is where I ususally stay but this last trip on last night had a noisy neigbor. About 11 pm he turned his TV up as loud as it would go. I was going to call front desk but I just put on my earphones since I was working on computer. About 12 I turned in and TV was still blasting, about time I was goiing to call front desk I heard the phone ring and the volume turned down for about 5 minutes then they turned up again for about 30 minutes. I put my earphones on and went to sleep. Trust me this will not happen again cause I will make them move me to other end of hotel if they can't get them to quiet down.

just as always and just what I like, great room, big, clean, great bed and got to have that full size ref. Back again in Jan 2013!

We got there about 1 am because we were traveling. I walked in and had to ring the buzzer because the lobby was locked and closed. A lady walked out in her pajamas and just stared at me. I said I'm here to check in so she printed a piece of paper and put it in front of me and told me the room number. This was our first time booking on hotels.com for a pet friendly hotel. I didn't know the pet fee was paid separate. The next day when we were packing up the same lady called and said we didn't pay for our dogs. She was very rude. I told her I would be right down. It was only 15 dollars. When I got to the lobby she started going on about how I didn't tell her about the dogs and I explained the I told them when I booked the room. She said that didn't matter and I should have to pay 50 dollars because I didn't tell her. At that point I told her she didn't even talk to me the night before and how much did I owe her. I told her she was rude and she even argued with me about that. Very gross room with big water stains all over the ceiling summed up with rude service. I knew the room was cheap so I wasn't expecting a lot but this was ridiculous.

I booked a double non smoking room for two nights and for the price the hotel was value for money. The check in was fast and efficient and the free wi fi worked well. The room was clean and had a fridge freezer and microwave which was a bonus. The location is a little out and realistically you need to drive if you want to go anywhere, that said I knew this when I booked it. Overall the stay was good but there was some noise from the nearby freeway and through the night you could hear (and feel) the front doors of neighbouring rooms slamming shut which did disturb my sleep. You get what you pay for and this hotel met my budget and my needs. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Need room with full size refrig. Room. Very clean and spacious. Being on bottom floor right at trunk to My car was perfect! Found a new place to stay!

Great room for the price. I was also amazed that the front desk called and checked to see if i was satisified with my room. Definitely going to stay there again.

good for price

You never know what you're going to get from a two to three star hotel. We lucked out here, especially for the price. Comfortable beds. Clean sheets. Clean bathroom. Clean floors. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Staff was nice and had no problem letting us check out late.

I upgraded to a king size. The bed was miserably hard and uncomfortable.

Our stay was nice, only overnight. Price was right, golf course and other stuff close by.

My Stay at the Extended Stay America in Knoxville was wonderful. It was covenient and easy to find, comfortable and very clean and most of all quiet and cozy. I need a place to stay at least once a month to rest and relax. I take care of my father who has Alzheimer's and it takes it's toll on me sometimes. My baby sister takes hime to stay with her in Kentucky for a few days so I can get some rest and take a break and I think I found a place where I can do just that. I highly recommend The Extended Stay America in Knoxville Tennessee and will stay there again in the near future.

Hotel was all I needed, was clean and comfortable. Only gripe is the fee for the internet. In a world of free in-room wireless I don't understand why they charge $5.00.

We had a decent stay at this hotel - the location is good, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was handy...But don't expect any frills with this place. You have to pay to use the internet (which is very slow), any housekeeping you want (it's not complimentary), and even the vending machines are over-priced. We also saw a cockroach during our stay...but we have definitely stayed in worse places (like the Travelodge in Carlisle, PA - DO NOT STAY THERE). If you want the basics in a central location and nothing more, the price is decent. Stay just down the road at the Microtel and you get more for your money minus the kitchenette. PS Don't trust the pictures - the pics are much nicer and newer seeming than the real thing at this location at least.

if you want a place close to the interstate it is ideal. We usually stay at the Marriott Courtyard for its convenice as well. It would have been nice if during football season, it they could get the shuttle like the other hotels in that area.

For the price, the room itself was what was expected, but the noisy room presented a problem while trying to sleep. As soon as anyone turned their water on the pipes would start a very, very loud banging-ticking noise. This started with the first guest getting up around 6:30am and ending never!!!! Also, our room faced out to the interstate and it was loud with the traffic coming by. Sometimes, the traffic actually helped drown out the obnoxious pipes! Didn't make for a restful morning.

It was very average.....no daily room service, no shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, etc. provided....it served our purpose for a short two night stay

Hotel was clean and price reasonable for a mid-range hotel. On arrival, employees very friendly and helpful. Access was a little strange but close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Only down side was the water pipes in room made noise and directly beside the interstate so the backside rooms were a little noisy for sleeping.

It's hard to describe the Extended Stay without sounding negative. It's a 2-star hotel, so it's obviously not plush, the staff do not fawn over you, and the amenities are not extensive. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I found it to be a perfect compromise between a crash-for-the-night hotel and a luxurious-vacation hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, it did have WiFi (five bucks per stay, not fast enough to stream Hulu, but certainly good enough for general surfing and email), and the kitchen area with full fridge was a useful addition. I stayed three nights, and found everything to be adequate. If you're looking for a comfortable place to come back to during your stay in the Knoxville, TN, area, I would recommend this Extended Stay America Hotel.

The only thing that we didn't like was that it was hard to find. The location was excellent with many restaurants and shops near by.

i was very pleased all around in the hotel, it was clean the bed was comfy. the kitchen was nice and very convienant. i had had a rough start on my vacation and the desk clerk was very friendly and made me feel at home
