Very satisfied. Given a spur of the moment reservation, and a very affordable rate as compared to other hotels in the area, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the service. Lights in bathroom were out, but front desk clerk was extremely helpful in getting maintenance to fix, although we were a late arrival. Definitely will stay there again!

Everything was nice and breakfast was a bonus.

the toliet seat was not secure, you did the slip and slide, 1/2 the lights would not work and the plug the clock was on was not working

My overall stay at the comfort inn suites near the medical center was just OK. I expected more from them. The room had stained blankets and worse, even the complimentary towels had yellow stains on them... It was nasty. It's a good thing I brought my own towels. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and three nights and after experiencing the breakfast, I wanted to leave the next day, I only didn't leave because I didn't want to ruin my trip by having to waste time finding another hotel and checking in and etc. The breakfast could have been better. No bacon was served, everyone eats bacon... You got go have that! When I asked for mayo, they got me mayo from the storage room, I should have taken a picture of the bottle and how filthy it was. After I complained about the breakfast to the manager and told them that I wasn't happy with the breakfast or the breakfast options, the last day of my stay, they made the breakfast a bit better. That shows that it is possible to make it better! The best Comfort inn breakfast that I ever had was in Pawtucket, RI. If your ever in that area you have to visit that Comfort inn. The rooms were Ok. It wasn't all that, but the breakfast was of the hook. Really, really clean and lots of different food choices. I know it was near the highway but don't know the exact address.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort inn off Vance Jackson and IH-10. The main desk was friendly, informative and helpful. The overall look was clean. They have a hot breakfast included which makes it nice to walk into. Two of our favorite eating places happen to be within walking distance as well. Just a few feet away actually. The room was clean and had a small fridge, microwave, and little coffee pot. We enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

Had a very nice stay at Comfort Inn. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and helpful.The room was very clean and the beds were excellent to sleep on.

First off the front staff(Rosemary) was the ONLY thing good about this hotel! She was very helpful and so nice. I can't say enough about her. Other than that I would NOT recommend this hotel. .The vending machine didn't work, however the ice machine did .So I went back out to get my belongings out of my vehicle and seen a couple of guys just kinda of standing at the stairs/door to get back in the hotel. Once returning from my vehicle to go back to my room a couple of more guys (gangster looking) showed up. By this time I was very frighten what could come of this.I returned to my room and called the front desk and was told a security would escort them off the property. The following night my second evening there was just so horrible... I get in my room to find that the housekeeping had taken my pillow that I had brought from my home. I went down to the front desk to let them know what had happen and she had told me no big deal it would be found that they have several pillows that the housekeepers put in trash bags until the owner of them claims them and she would look for mine.Which was NEVER found! As I go back out to my vehicle to get a couple of items for night fall the same guys that was just hanging out the night before was back as if they was around selling drugs or looking up to no good. . Neverless the 2 days I stayed there I only got total of 4 hours of sleep. I would not recommend this hotel..

The hotel was located near the area that I wanted to be in. The hot breakfast bar was superb. The staff wasn't very courteous. Once I checked in to my room about 20 minutes later, someone else was given a key to my room and was checked into the same ro that I was given. A strange man walked into my room with his family. No apology was given by the staff. My toilet broke on day 2 of my stay and I was told by the front desk staff to come and get a plunger. How rude!!! I asked if I was going to receive a discount for being the plumber. I was told no. Long story short after I asked to speak to management, someone came up and hour later to fix the toilet. Again, no apology given. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor customer service.

Good! Coffee pot did not work but the did have coffee in the lobby along with a great selection for breakfast.

It was great! My daughter loved the pool, we were in there most of the time we were at the hotel. The service was great. The breakfast was good. We will stay there again when we go to Sand Antonio.

This hotel made me feel like I was staying at a Hilton on a flea-bag motel price. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean with simple tasteful decor (no ugly floral bedspreads). Even with the indoor pool, the floors weren't wet. The hot continental breakfast was well stocked.

Paid less than half of what a downtown hotel would have been, and we were just a fews minutes away. Great hot shower and shower head! Very good breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, etc. All good, maybe hallway carpet and elevator not as clean as could be, but after all how much time do you really spend in the elevator and hall on the way to your room? So over all, great deal. Well-lite parking lot, and easy access to I-10. Would stay again.

This hotel was nice. Liked the indoor pool. Enjoyed the room. However I hated the neighborhood. Getting in and out was difficult. I started catching public transportation but it was in a rough neighborhood. If you are doing a stop over this is great but if it is a family vacation spend the extra and stay in a better location

Great as always.

Staff was friendly , hotel was clean but the ac in our room did not adjust to the temp we set it at. For some reason the hotel was stuffy not sure if they were having maintenance issues overall with the ac but was definitely warmer than most. Beds were not as comfortable as they usually are. Pool was great and the breakfast was very nice, lots to choose from. Not far from attractions and was very quiet .

overall a good stay with good staff... just a minor bed frame lnjury due to metal bar cross bar jutting out. i did report it on my departure. other then that all was good.

Great stay beds always comfortable and food there was excellent. Marc and his team always will take care of you there. They are excellent and we stay there everytime we are in San Antonio and cannot complain at all. Things are always exceptional and no complaints ever and have been coming there for years.

Great food, super comfortable beds, awesome and safe environment. Management and staff treated us like royalty and above and beyond customer service. We always stay here in San Antonio whenever we are in town, Marc and his team are top notch.

Awesome place to stay. We have never had a problem with this hotel and have been going there for several years. One reason we keep coming back is that service is excellent. From check in to extending stays.... to any issues that may arise. The hotel staff that Marc keeps working there is devoted to customer service. They always go above and beyond our expectations and rooms are very nicely appointed. You can't go wrong staying here as we have no problems to complain about. Truly a great place to stay from soft beds to great breakfast this place has it all. Treat them with respect and how you would want to be treated and they will take care of you.

We have been coming to this hotel for years and everytime Marc and his team are top notch. Service is impeccably executed and the hotel is very nice. They offer a hot breakfast and they will make sure all your needs are met to the best of their ability. If you are looking for a great room when staying in San Antonio. I urge you to try them out. Out of the years we have stayed there we have nothing negative to say about this hotel. My guys included are a picky bunch and will let me know if they had a bad stay at a place. This hotel however has been exceptionally they are professional in everyway. One might think they are a 5 star hotel by the way they go about taking care of guests. They truly care about customer service and I am honored to have a hotel that we can call home.

Rooms were clean breakfast was good lots of choices indoor pool was excellent only complaint was that outlet plug wasn't working..other than that place was great..Ihop and Bill Millers within walking distance and Walmart down the road..I will be staying here again.

The room was a little outdated but everything was clean. Comfortable beds and complimentary breakfast was excellent. A little out of the way since we spent most of our stay Downtown ,traffic sucked, but worth the trip because of cleanliness and neighborhood. A Walmart just around the corner and plenty of restaurants within 1 mile. I would recommend it to anyone who doesnt mind the location.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was excellent. The breakfast may have been my favorite part. Lots of choices. I will stay there on my next trip to San Antonio!

We stayed here for two nights because we were in town for a school function. We love Comfort Suites and never have any problems. This one is just OK. Its not clean, and the rooms are musty. The staff was nice, but I don't think we'll be staying here again.

It was very good. We always stay at this hotel and we have never had any problems with Marc and his staff. They always make sure we have a clean and comfortable room and the food there is good too. Nice to know you don't have to spend a whole lot to get 5 star service. If people complain about this hotel then they must have gotten a bad experience or was expecting luxury accomendations. This hotel is very good not rated as a 5 star hotel because it isn't but it is as close to awesome as it can get. The people there go out of their way to make each guest feel as a member of their family and will take care of everything food ya'll when you stay. The staff makes sure your rooms are clean and comfortable and they go above and beyond what other hotels do by making sure everyone has a great experience. We have been staying at this hotel everytime we are in San Antonio and it is the best for your money and accomendations are supreb as well.

Staff was very helpful; as I was not familure with SA and their directions and advice proved to be invaluable.

Because we had a good experience the first time we stayed here, we chose to stay againon this trip. Unfortunately, the was a birthday party filled with 12 year old kids at the hotel. The pool area was unsupervised by parents and the chaos made this area virtually unusable by other guests, when the front desk was notified, the acknowledged the problem but did nothing about it. We will stay here again but I will call first to see if there are more parties booked before booking. The rooms are clean annd comfortable.

Very nice and i would recomend it to everyone

Just needed a quick overnight and thats what it was. Staff was wonderful and breakfast nice. The room was adequate but AC ubnit needed cleaning/a bit musty. Beds very comfortable. The pool/hot tub area dated and a bit messy.
