great hotel, boutique and classy. Breakfast not included which was the only disappointment, otherwise a great place to stay in central Vienna.

Room was enormous. Very modern with open closets which provided tons of space, desk, seating area. Fabulous steam room and sauna on top floor with lots of light. All included in room price. Location across from Opera House and main pedestrian street. Lovely service. Fabulous.

The price is right, the location is perfect, the rooms and hotel is updated, clean and extremely comfortable. For the price, this is a great deal for staying in Vienna.

If I walked in to the Ring hotel looking for a place to stay in Vienna I would have turned around and walked out immediately after seeing the hideous lobby. However I had prepaid reservations and was stuck there. Thankfully the rooms are nothing like the drab ugly lobby with its mangy brown shag carpet, fake dusty flowers, odds and ends furniture, silly little animals on a case and lamps from the thrift shop. Our room was great! Huge, good lighting well laid out. Fast free wifi, a nespresso coffee maker. The hotel location is excellent. Near the opera, museums, cafes.

Well located and friendly service and would have been a deal had breakfast been included. We would stay again but do not know how to compare with the traditional great hotels such as sacher and imperial which we also were considering

Wonderfully helpful concierge staff. Great room and terrific location! All in all I would highly recommend it!

The hotel was top-rate with wonderful staff. A financial matter was resolved very quickly in our favor (based on emails I had). The only negative was the mostly very old movies (The Godfather, etc.) available in the room for 18 euros each!!! C'mon! Oh, and the other negative that we would have liked to stay more than one night. Needless to say we're planning another trip to Vienna, and the Ring.

We loved the hotel, the location and the excellent service. The only bit challenging issue was the bathroom. The sink area for the king bed room was very limited, so you had to be juggling around to place things, space was tight (for the shower area only, had spacious separate toilet room).. On the other hand, my kids had a double bedroom and had double sinks with a bit more space. The free wi-fi was a super plus. Everything else was great, rooms were comfortable and clean. The girls at the front desk were all very helpful and attentive.

The Ring is in a terrific location - right across from the Opera House, short walk to most attractions, at an Underground stop. Their description as Vienna's "casual luxury hotel" is accurate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the highest quality linens, etc. The hotel staff is anxious to please, but not as knowledgeable as we would have expected at a 5-star hotel.

The Ring Hotel is in a fantastic location for those who want to see the sights of Vienna. Most everything is within walking distance...and you are just around the corner from the Musikverin should you want to take in a concert (which we did!). My only complaint would be that our original room did not have the king-sized bed that had been advertised. When we complained to the front desk, they upgraded us to a suite (as no regular king rooms were available). The suite was absolutely wonderful! Note: If you have a car, parking is a bit expensive. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Comfortable room but very exploitative hotel in terms of drinks or TV entertainment. A bottle of water was 6 euors and to watch a normal TV documentary was 18 euros !!! Very poor.

The Ring hotel is very nice, and located close to the State Opeara and the Musikverein. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.

This actually was a really nice hotel, with one bed, instead of two pushed together, robes and slippers, a breakfast restaurant with reasonably-priced items (and a really, really good yogurt with lots of fresh fruit on top). It wasn't exceptionally fancy, but was very quiet, with two double-paned windows, separated by six inches. It was on the Kartner Ring, surrounding the old section and all the shopping, restaurants, churches, opera house. All within walking distance. The computers in the lobby were free, as was printing. Free apples. What else could a person want?

I chose the Ring hotel only because its location + good reviews. After my stay there it proved itself in more ways than only the location. Very clean, hotel's staff were very nice and efficient with every request. We had a very good time at our short stay and will adapt this hotel for sure.

THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THE AIR CONDITIONING DIDNT WORK TOO WELL BUT I CAME TO SEE THAT EUROPE IN GENERAL OVER IN EUROPE ISN'S SO BIG...BUT OTHER THAN THAT TTHE HOTEL WAS GREAT!! VERY NICE STAFF!!! HAD A SPLENDID FEW DAYS IN VIENNA!! AND THE HOEL DEFIN ADDED TO THAT!!

My husband and has a horrible night of travelling the night before arriving and ended up arriving well before check in time. The morning staff at the front desk, saw to it they they did everything possible to accomodate us and even let us check in early. Great location, rooms are ample in size and everything was clean. Would definitely come back to a JJW hotel.

We booked this hotel based on other reviews for our short 2 day stay in Vienna. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the hotel. From the location, quality of room, friendliness and helpfulness of hotel staff..the list goes on. We would definitely recommend and stay again if our travels ever take us to Vienna again.

The Ring is a modern hotel sitting in a great location in Vienna for the arts, shopping and sightseeing. I stayed in one of the X-Ordinary rooms and it was one of the largest hotel rooms I have stayed in within a city centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is onlty two stops on the U Bhan from the CAT - City Airport Train which takes you to and from the airport in just 16 mins. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

Extremely well run, comfortable hotel. The bed was heavenly, the room immaculate, and accomodations next to perfect. This hotel is in an old buidling with contemporary decor. Perfect location for exploring downtown Vienna on foot or by public transportation.

There is something to be said for smaller boutique hotels and The Ring says it loud and clear with impeccable style. The staff were very accomodating, the quality of the food in the hotel is of a high standard, great bar - 51 types of Vodka need I say more? I'd the good fortune of an upgrade to one of the 7th floor suites - definately amongst the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had, quality furnishings and I loved all the Molten Brown products which were generously replaced each morning. Before I leave it out the hotel is in a very central location - perfect for shopping or sightseeing. I can't recall any negatives - while the hotel is not cheap I think it is value for money - you definately get what you paid for and more. I won't be staying anywhere else the next time I visit Vienna!

Der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich sehr angenehm, aber 5 Sterne hat dieses Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht verdient. Ich frage mich überhaupt wie sie diese Bewertung bekommen haben, da IMHO für den 5ten Stern die bauliche Trennung von Toilette und Badezimmer Bedingung ist, was in diesem Fall aber nicht so ist. Die Sauna am Dach hat zwar eine phänomenale Aussicht, ist aber schon etwas heruntergekommen. Aus welchem Grund auch immer wollte die Reinigungskraft am Abreisetag schon um 8.00 (!) ins Zimmer.

オペラ座がホテルから見える位置にあり、徒歩約３分と立地条件に優れたホテルです。　ホテル近くには、SPARというスーパーもあり、飲料水、酒類の購入も安価に出来るためかなり便利である。ベルボーイさんの対応、ホテルフロントの方の対応も他のホテルとくらべて質が高いと感じました。　ホテルの部屋も広く、ベッドリネンも質の良いものを使用しています。　６人で３部屋を予約しましたが、当日、１部屋をアップグレードして頂ました。ショッピングエリアも近く、治安も良いので、お勧めです。

Gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen Hotel!

Schönes Hotel, wir hatten einen x-ordinary room. Obsschon dieser eine Verbindungstüre hat, ist das Zimmer wahnsinnig still. Wir sin eigentlich heikel, was Lärm betrifft, aber es war rein nichts zu hören, auch von der Strassenbahn vor der Türe! Die Betten sin riesig aber etwas weich. Das Frühstück haben wir ausserhalb eingenommen. Im hotel ist es sehr teuer und nur mit service (kein Buffet)

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto das principais atrações e metro/tram. O quarto muito confortável e limpo. O café da manhã no restaurante anexo ao hotel é muito farto e gostoso. Serviço de classe sem a frieza dos grandes hotéis de rede.

Dieses sehr gut gelegene Hotel bietet alles, was man von einem Fünfsternehaus erwartet. Es ist relativ klein, aber gerade diese etwas intimere Atmosphäre trägt zum Wohlbefinden bei.Die Zimmer haben jeden Komfort, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Im 7. Stock befindet sich ein kleines Fitnesscenter mit Cardiogeräten und ein kleines Spa mit Dampfbad und Sauna, die Sauna mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Dächer Wiens Richtung Karlskirche. Frühstück wird nicht in Buffetform angeboten sondern a la carte. Die Preise sind relativ hoch, dafür bietet die Variante "Ring-Frühstück" ein überkomplettes Frühstück und ist empfehlenswert. Keine Parkmöglichkeit im bzw. beim Hotel. Wir haben die (teure) Tiefgarage bei der Oper benutzt, diese liegt schräg gegenüber dem Hotel

Kjempefornøyd med rom og service. Vi benyttet oss ikke av hotellets måltider, prisene virket å ligge på et relativt høyt nivå. Siden vi hadde bestemt oss for å bruke de 2 dagene i Wien til å opplever mest mulig av byen foretrakk vi å spise utenfor hotellet og satte oss derfor ikke særlig inn i hvilke tilbud og priser hotellet hadde.

Περίμενα καλύτερο και πλουσιότερο πρωινό. Το ala cart δεν είναι το δυνατό μου σημείο!

Das Hotelliegt optimal für den Opernball und für die Stadtbesichtigung. Freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, es gibt fast nichts zu verbesseren, Lediglich die Klimaanlage hat uns in der nacht temperaturtechnisch nicht ganz befriedigt, es war zu warm und konnte nur schlecht reguliert werden.

Gutes Hotel, jedoch Preise für Minibar und in der Lounge Bar viel zu hoch.

Et fantastisk godt hotel til en meget rimelig pris. Stort værelse, godt udstyret, god betjening i receptionen og få minutters gang fra Operaen, Kursalon, Musikverein, Kärntner Strasse (gågaden). Meget bedre kan det ikke blive.

仕事で４泊滞在しました。 部屋は非常に広くおしゃれで、バスルームも使いやすく湯量も豊富でよかったです。ホテルの設備や部屋は、満点だと思います。 ただし、いくつか残念な点がありました。 ２階の階段そばの部屋だったのですが、土曜日の夜は１階にあるバーが遅くまで空いていたのか、そこでの音楽が深夜まで部屋に響き、少しうるさかったです。 もう１つ、フロントの一部の人の対応があまりプロらしくなく、空港までのタクシーの所要時間や費用を知らなかったり、備品（はさみとガムテープ）を借りに行ったら、物がなかったり貸し渋られたりといったことがありました。 過去のレビューが非常によかったのと、仕事場に近いことからこのホテルを選んだのですが、５つ星ホテルのサービスとしてはちょっと物足りない印象を受けました。ウィーン市内にはもう少し安価でも良いホテルもあるようなので、全体的な満足度は４とさせていただきました。

Accoglienza e servizio eccellenti. Comodità nel raggiungere tutta Vienna. Camera ok, mancavano 2 fazzolettini e avevano dimenticato di cambiare un paccheto di patatine nel frigobar, per il resto tutto ok! cONSIGLIATISSIMO

オペラ座の近くで他にも観光スポットは周辺に数多くあり、大変便利。比較的新しいホテルなのか、設備や部屋も大変きれいで広々と作られており、とても快適だった。スタッフも極めて自然と空気のような感じを出していて（？）、ロビーでもあまり目を合わせたりすることはなかったが、用があって呼び止めると愛想よく、真摯に対応してくれた。全般にお薦めです。

Flott hotell med store rom og særlig hyggelig for oss at vi møtte en norsk hotellmanager som oppgraderte til et enda større rom. Ikke akkurat et rimelig hotell, men det er svært sentralt plassert og med god standard.

Far too expensive hotel for what it offers which is often the issue with boutique hotels. We had a room in the roof of the hotel without any view so this was already bad ! Staff is very un-trained and not suitable if you pretend to be a 5 star hotel ! Cannot recommend this hotel at all !!!
