Overall the hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the discount price through hotels.com, I would not have booked here. It is a $80-$100 hotel, not $149.00.

Free breakfast, wifi... We are good!! However their suite was like bigger regular room.

This hotel is nice and clean, and for the most part, the hotel staff were friendly and highly efficient. The only problem that we encountered during our stay was that our room was HOT. The air conditioning unit was NOT blowing cool air, leaving our room approximately 75 degrees during the evening hours and warming up during the nighttime. We ended up having to open the windows and leave them open all night long, which led to a LOT of loud traffic/highway noise. When the desk clerk was informed of our problem with this, she offered no compensation and no honest apology (merely a "oh, really? so sorry to hear that!" reply).

we had a two-double room, not very big, however bath a good size. housekeeping is very ok. beds comfy for us. didn't use fitness or pool. breakfast was warm and there was variety. breakfast area is right in the lobby, feels rather packed at peak hour. good complimentary coffee and tea all day long. great choice for this price.

Great place to stay.....plus excellent breakfast!! But you will wait in line a long time if you want waffles, only one machine and there were lots of guests waiting in line to make them. Pool and hot tub were a plus with the kids!

I really recommended this hotel the management are really nice. The breakfast buffett are good. The hotel are nice and very comfortable A++++. Definitely, I will comeback to this hotel again.

Hotel was close to the my daily trips and the staff and facilities were friendly and clean.

Great hotel, nice room, comfortable bed all at a decent price. Would stay again.

We found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered more than we anticipated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going that general direction

Extremely clean, very luxurious hotel. Even with a full hotel of junior cheerleaders and hockey players, the hotel did an amazing job of keeping the breakfast stocked, halls quiet, and everything clean and orderly. We definitely will be back!

Stayed here for a wedding we attended. Very clean.

[1] Strange variety of channels available on the TV (some basic channels not offered such as The Weather Channel, and HGTV, and some local channels omitted including Comcast Sports Net and PBS; [2] At first, was assigned a room near the central A/C unit with a constant loud rumbling sound...requested a room change which was accommodated; [3] Leg on kitchen table was loose and feel off when I sat down to eat; [4] on the weekend, halls and inner courtyard were noisy late at night with intoxicated guests; and [5] kids out in the inner courtyard during the day running around screaming and throwing a football around.

Few problems I have is housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 then again at 11 shouldn't they know when u dont check out yet? Too many people out of control in the pool area and I didn't like the layout of the hotel but rest of our stay was nice

It was what I expected from a hampton inn. good value for the money, very clean and quiet.

It was good besides the group from Europe that was pounding on the walls and yelling in the hallways at 3am, But, the Ryder Cup brings in everyone!!

Nicest hotel we've ever stayed at! Friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms and facilities, secure, and excellent breakfast choices, all at a more reasonable cost that Motel 6! VERY IMPRESSED! I will now stay ONLY at Hampton Inns when possible!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. The hotel staff was very friendly and even gave me a free treat as it was my birthday weekend getaway. The hotel itself was in a nice location, and was kept up very well. The only "bad" things I have to say would be a wedding party was staying there (a very LARGE group of people) that overtook the hotel and were very, very noisy. It was almost uncomfortable to stay there with that party, but that is no fault of the hotel. I just wish I would have known that a giant group like that was staying that weekend. Had I known, I think I would have booked somewhere else. Also, the breakfast was not great. The donuts were stale, and the food was flavorless. Overall though, great place to stay! I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family, and would stay there again as well!

Room was cleaned everyday - they even ran the dishwasher for us! The front desk staff was helpful. The whole stay was great except for the jets on the hot tub were not working for the first 3 days we were there. The pool area is open until 11pm so it was convenient for us to swim or soak in the hot tub after a busy day of sightseeing!

Great Value, clean Hotel. No problems.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Morning breakfast in lobby was typical of other hotels, but quite adequate. Location of hotel was right adjacent to I90 Expressway with easy access to all expressways throughout the Chicago area. Initially the hotel was a bit difficult to find on GPS. Good thing I didn't have to locate it after dark. It's in a circle with several other hotels. All in all, a good stay and I would stay there again if I'm in the Chicago area. For the price, this one was great.

The hotel was great, clean and well maintained. The staff put it over the top. They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'll definitely be staying there again with my family.

We really enjoyed the hotel overall. We arrived at 11pm on a Saturday. There were a lot of people hanging around the lobby which made checking in a little chaotic. Once we got to our room we were impressed with the style and size of the room. The only drawback was there were two double beds instead of queens. Breakfast was good. It was a hot breakfast - no just bagels and donuts.

It was simply great.

We have always liked the Hilton properties, and the Hampton Inn at Hoffman Estates was typical of Hilton quality. The room was very clean and quiet and the service was good. The free breakfast in the morning has declined over the years, bagels were stale, they were out of a few items, but overall the quality was good!

the room we stayed was very noisy. there are two huge air conditioner machine right under our window, the whole night we can't go to sleep. We can't move to different room because all rooms were sold out. I don't understand howcome the hotel manager were not aware this and didn't make any changes or resettings. overall hotel was clean and nice.
