I was very pleased with the customer service that was provided to me on my check in and out. The staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and check in was a breeze. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of the venue for the concert. I will use them again in the future.

Loud patrons, thin walls, outdated rooms with stained carpets, dingy walls & cigarette-burned chair in room, pillows like pancakes, air conditioning impossible to control, constantly heard the LOUD flushing of the toilet in the room above us. Not worth the $$$ money they have the audacity to charge for being way off the boardwalk. Close to shopping is nice -- but my advice is spend a bit more money and get a NICE room in another hotel. Never again staying here.

Sort of disappointed in room. Bed was unattractive and uncomfortable. Smallest ice bucket in the world with no tongs. Looked like a Best Western room.

I just wish this hotel had queen beds instead of doubles. Two parents and a 12 and 14 year old sleeping in small beds ....

What a bargain. This hotel is new, clean, and in a great location. It was half the price of the casino hotels, and walking distance to all of the outlet stores and Midtown (Ceasars and Trump Plaza). The bed was extra comfy.

The room was just Ok i thought it would have been a better room for 352.00 But next time I will stay at my regular hotel the Flagship... Less money and more room...

Great no complaints jus that bathroom made nosies when you showered. Other then that it was perfect!

one of the best hotel expreriances I have had ....

This hotel is perfect for those for need to work or attend an event at the AC Convention Center if you are out of town, very convenient. Close to the outlets, you can walk. No casino in this hotel. A lot of eateries in walking distance.

Overall, we liked this hotel. It is located close to all shops and restaurants. We arrived about 1 pm and the room was ready for us, and there was no line to the check-in, which was nice. The hotel has a nice fitness center, and a pool. The pool was small, but enough for the kids to play around in, especially that they were the only ones there! We had to switch our room the first time, because even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell when you entered the room. The second room they gave us had a pleasant smell. My only complaint is that the housekeeping would take a while to clean the room. We would come back from breakfast, and the room was not cleaned. Then we went to the pool, and back, and the room was still not cleaned. However, overall it was a good experience.

I really enjoyed the Sheraton. It was a nice diversion from the casino based hotels. I thought that the parking fees were a bit overpriced and the room could have used a refrigerator.

We will definitely visit again soon. We want to go during the summer and enjoy the pool and the beach nearby. We joined their membership so we are hoping to visit more frequently, but this website might still be our choice if the price is better. We had a great valentine evening and two days of fun.

I have stayed at the sheraton before and have never been disappointed. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, comfortable room.

Was very disappointed with our room and our room cleanliness , from a torn bed skirt to thick dust .

Everything was great. Hotel is close to shopping and walking distance to boardwalk and casinos. Hotel is beautiful, clean, up to date, and staff was pleasant. One small complaint I have is the room was a little stuffy and being as the windows do not open, I wish they had a better system of circulating fresh air. I like fresh air and hotel rooms that have stale air and the windows can't open are not the most comfortable. But all in all, would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

Hotel has great location to everything, but the hotel is nice, but not worth more than $ a night. Better can be had for that money. Room was ready and clean, but floor was soaking wet for some reason. They offred to change the room, but we were already on the way out for the night. Ok stay, not dirty, but not worth $$$ for a night

My daughter and I had an amazing experience there and would stay there again!

very nice, very clean and in the safest par of AC. Right near the shops. Walking distance from all the main casinos is <30 minutes

The highlight of this hotel is the proximity to the Tangier outlets for shopping convenience. Other than that, it is not worth the money and there is no casino. The valet parking is expensive. You pay for WiFi. The rooms need updating. The bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant is too pricey, however, there are other choices outside the hotel in the area. The attached Tun Tavern is very good. The pool definitely has too much chlorine, the smell is overbearing. The gym is a decent size with good equipment. The desk personnel were not very professional.

Not the best area, but one of the best areas of Atlantic City. I can tell they need to upgrade certain things within the room.

Great get a way weekend location

The lack of free parking,wi-fi, microwave oven, and fridge was very disappointing. You would think that for the price of the reservations, and the expectations of the name brand hotel, that these amenities would have been included. Nice clean hotel, but other hotels offered more amenities. The pool was also nice, but we would have preffered a fridge, microwave, parking, and wi-fi, included with the room.

no free internet, you have to pay for it. 9 bucks and 14 bucks are two options. But they are not as fast as you can imagine. wifi on the 1st and 2nd floor still need to be charged. it's not convenient especially we came to the city for black Friday and many deals are online.
