HYATT house Dallas/Richardson - ריצ'רדסון

This was a very nice well equipped hotel room. The only complaints I have is that the complimentary breakfast wasn't as elaborate as it advertised and there are no elevators so be prepared to haul luggage up some stairs. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel , i was very satisfied! I will stay here again.

Great place to stay! Feels more like a house than a hotel

Stayed 1 nt; Room w/king bed was comfortable even w 2 little ones under 6yrs. Breakfast was good (eggs, ham, potatoes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit, juices/coffee/milk). Staff was friendly & accommodating. Great experience overall!

My wife and I enjoyed are stay,Very clean,an comforable.good size room also but ever time we went out traffic was back up one time 1&half hour,second time at night 2 hours .Traffic is very bad.and congested.

Room was clean and comfortable. Could hear neighbors both outside of room and from above. Other visitors were very loud which made it hard to sleep.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Good breakfast and evening social. Will definitely stay again.

It's a nice suite, big space, good service and food. And it's really quite inside. I didn't any noise of my neighbour room.

We had a two day cheer comp and coming home to the hotel was soo relaxing.

The only thing I found complaint was the lock on the door wasn't working properly. But had an additional lock so I felt comfortable, safe. Was a great room otherwise.

Simply put...I would recommend this place. had a one room king size for a weekend. great experience. room had a nice layout and they were clean. throw in a decent rate. Grade A

It was a little tricky getting off 75 and negotiating the quick turn into the parking lot. The were muslin and should have been percale.

we love the hotel...only big problem is the small area dedicated to breakfast. There are not enough tables and or chairs for all of us.

Upon arrival, the heater in our room was not working. It was late at ight and the Front Desk did not answer the phone for about 30 minutes. Eventually someone answered and we were moved to a different room. Other than thatm the staff is very accommodating. Rooms are okay and more for a long term stay.

Check in was very quick, service personnel friendly, room was clean and spacious. Property was clean, complimentary breakfast was good. weight room & hotel location was great. Will definitely stay here again or in another Hyatt House!

Simple. Near restaurants and malls. Excellent service. Booking another stay in the future.

fantastic large room with fridge, stove and microwave! great layout. loved the breakfast! (i usually skip the free breakfasts at most hotels...not a fan of stale donuts lol) but this breakfast was awesome! eggs, bacon, waffles, coffee, cereal, pastries, fruit, coke machine....A++++! WILL BE BACK!!

Clean, nice room. Easy access. Close to restaurants.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt House in Richardson. It was just minutes away from my son's house and close to many restaurants and stores. We were very surprised at how large the suite was - full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, large comfy couch, two very comfortable beds, and a large flat screen TV with many available channels. The room was spotless. All of this was very nice, but what we enjoyed the most was the delicious free breakfast buffet served every morning - eggs, breakfast meats,home fries, pancakes, waffles, fresh muffins, pastries, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, all kinds of juice and coffee. They also have another small buffet on Monday through Thursday at suppertime. We did not get to try this as we were busy with family, but the menu sounded very good. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. We will certainly be staying at the Hyatt House every time we visit Dallas from now on. You can't beat the price and all the amenities!

I usually stay at places more like the palomar or the lumen (sleek, stylish, etc), but was low on funds so stayed here. I was so impressed! The rooms are big, clean, nice and modern. We went down in the morning for breakfast, only to find that we missed it by 25 min. The gal went into the back and made us a plate of eggs, waffles and sausage. It was really a nice gesture. We will def stay here again.

Solid extended stay option. Good value.

Stayed here with our youth group (I'm a youth pastor) for an overnight event. Huge rooms (we crammed 10 girls into one!) made everyone feel at home, and apartment style layout and secure access made everyone feel super safe. Even had X-box hook-ups for the boys! We'll definitely use them again!

Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Nice breakfast and evening appetizers.

I love this hotel; however, the new pet policy has made it so we probably won't use it again. The price has more than tripled for the pet deposit which made the deposit slightly less than the cost of the room. Really?!! Everything else was great but I can't afford the new pet deposit.

We have stayed here yearly for 5 years or so and find it to be a very good and affordable hotel..

The room phone was not working but I had a bill of $14 charged. The manager waived it off though. Good hotel, but be wary of charges that may creep up everywhere...

This hotel was perfect for a stay that lasted a couple of nights. It was set up really well for longer stays - kind of like a small studio apartment. The closet was nice and big and we were able to hang up all of our clothes and store the suitcases in it. It was also really nice having the kitchenette. The staff was always really friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Great space. Could stand some updating, especially carpet. Funny smell in hallway. Nice to have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Refrigerator did have an ice maker, but it was not turned on and it is slow to make ice. Ice machine was only in building 4, so it can be a bit of a walk. Take ice container from freezer to get your ice since there is no bucket in room. Very small bath. Huge walk-in closet. Beware! There is only one building with an elevator. Over all we would stay there again for convenience of location near family and good restaurants. Most notably Ali Baba, Fabulous Med food in walking distance.

Ashley at the front desk was super sweet. We really appreciated how friendly she was when we went to eat breakfast Sunday morning. It is always nice to see people that seem to enjoy their job and make you feel welcomed.
