Horrible hotel!!!!

It was horrible, we got woke up at three a.m. for room checks and weren't able to fall back to sleep. We went down to eat the contenetal breakfast and there wasn't anything left. I will never stay there again

If you are just looking for a cheap place and don't care about much else, this would be fine. From the minute we checked in, there were issues. The computers at the desk weren't working, one of the people there was ignoring us, the first room they gave us was a storage room, the next one was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. The room was a little dirty, it hadn't been swept or vacuumed well. It had a free breakfast, but the lobby was so dirty when we checked in that we didn't bother with that. The good: the pool was big, clean, and for the most part fairly empty. The air conditioning worked really well as did the refridgerator. That's about it.

Very stinky room. Matted hair on the pull out couch mattress. Walking in gave me an icky feeling. Beds were well past useful life span.

Price was right but rough crowds around, police on site twice within 24 hours. No dishes, utensils in kitchenette and would not give us more than one washcloth or two towels for our family of three.

location was very accessible. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall conditon and cleaniness of room including smell, drapes, shower curtain, carpet were very poor. Appreciated getting room on one of sites such as hotels.com for low price but much different than Best Western near airport for same price where I stayed a couple of night later

One problem after another hotel in the process of being sold . Bad ac dirty rooms bugs bad room keys no towels . Mattresses yellow . This was our first time using your service and it wasn't a good one

The staff was nice but the room was terrible. Peeling paint, worn counters, no shower curtain in the bathroom.. hair dryer didnt work because there was no cord. Curtains didnt close all the way. All in all, a bad experience. Never staying there again or recommending it.

The worst place I have ever stayed! Rooms were awful and the staff you very rude

did not end up staying at this hotel . no first floor available which would have been okay but elevators were not working(had an elderly lady with us) and air not working in lobby. persosn behind next not very helpful. would not recommend to anyone.

Nice place, good people and nice rooms. Very resonably priced for the suite rooms.

The pictures on this hotel are very deceiving. We reserved a non smoking room and they put us in a smoking handicapped room. After they put us in a different room, it still was horrible. It was just completely gross. And the bed was extremely hard. Absolutely never again!

This was our first vacation since 03 and this Inn was perfect, from the front desk to the maintenance the service was great. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I will stay there again. The continential breakfast was good and I just can only say the price and service was great for us. Thank you for being affordable and giving us a warm caring environment. If you are looking for a place that you can afford and feel safe and comfortable please stop by these folks they make you feel welcomed

The room looked as if it had been broken in to. The molding around the door was busted and the door had almost no security. We had to prop a chair under the door while we slept. We are a young couple, with a good sense of humor, but we checked out early and went to the marriot extended stay. Much cleaner/nicer/safer.

dirty broken down room. bad bad service, worst motel i have ever seen!

The Location was ok. The pictures on the website made the rooms to look bigger than they actually are. Room was very small. There was very little toilet paper on the roll so we had to go to the front desk and get it. The "continental" breakfast wasn't so continental: a waffle with syrup, no butter or any other toppings, and coffee. Not much of a breakfast if you ask me. Any other hotel that I've stayed in has at least had muffins, doughnuts, and juice, at the very least. This hotel was just ok for a one night stay but I would not come back again.

This place was so nasty. I requested a non smoking room, but they gave me what they had which was smoking. This place should be taken off the hotels.com list.

Partying all night long, door moldings brook from having doors kicked in, no safety latch, out side sealing falling down, only room service once in 4 days and my partner had no room service any days. When asking the front office, they couldn't get us towels but did give us toilet paper because both our rooms had none. Would not stay there again.

very very dirty with bugs & room was not made up

this was the dirtiest place I have ever spent the night. They have not done any maint. it seemed in years. There was no maid service at all. I had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels. Their cont. breakfast was a waffle iron and pitcher of mix and a half gallon jug of syrup. It was not a pleasant stay. they would have to pay me to stay again. clinton

We were on a budget on this trip so the hotel suited us for that purpose. If budget was not an issue, I wouldn't stay here. The continental breakfast was only coffee and waffles, no water or juice or milk. The appliances were in need of replacement. The shower took a l o n g time to warm up. The stairs need to be repaired to the point of being a risk. The staff was helpful when asked for additional towels. We only had one set and I paid for 3 adults. They were out of pillows. We had to improvise. The phone was not operating until the day we left so we didn't get a wake up call.

This was the worst stay i've ever had in a hotel . !st there was no daily clean up ,it was a kitchenette with no pots or pans, dishes utensils so what good was that? we needed towel they didn't have any, I guess you were to use your towels for the extent of your stay . It was suppose to be a contenital breakfast the olny thing they had was coffee and waffle mix not measured, with no instructions to use it .no juice water milk cereal pastries not a . The furniture was raggedy .1 tv in the front room none in the bedroom .Had to ask for linen for the raggedy let out couch which my daughter refused to open cause the mattress was dirty she just slept on it without it let out . WE feel we need to be reimbursed , but know we are just going to be ignored .

Eeeeewwww!!! I didn't want to touch anything in the room.

A friend and I went on a road trip and thought the pictures for Tulsa Extended Stay Inn and Suites looked ok and we thought we did not care that much. But when somewhere makes you feel that bad and dirty, we found that it does matter! We set our stuff down when we got in and laid on the bed and started talking and 2 seconds later I found a spider crawling on me! Really nothing was in very nice condition and everything just felt dirty. I almost did not even want to walk around barefoot. The shower looked disgusting so I was afraid to use that too! We really just were glad we only had one night there so we could just get ready in the morning and get out of there! It was close to a nightmare! The front desk ladies were very nice though, but I would say that was the only plus!

I don't usually write reviews but this place needs lots of attention. We had 3 rooms and all were in bad shape. The mattresses were all sunk in. The rooms were dirty, the stairs were concrete and falling apart. The Extended Stay chain should really do an inspection at this location. They might just pull the franchise.

low priced for a reason. elevator broken. some steps on 3 floor walk up broken. heater/ac broken, stuck in ON position so it go super hot. Free continental breakfast is to be avoided unless you've just had all your shots updated. $ was our only consideration and we got what we paid for. definetely 1 star or less.

bottom line worst hotel I have ever stayed at

We stay'd here last weekend and would never even think to book here again. The room was a small kitchenett. The rooms are in bad shape ( Needs remodeled ) Small full sized bed that was well worn out and very very uncomfortable. The sink had noodles from a prior guest left in it. We had no hot water called front desk and they told us to turn on the tub and both sinks and we should have hot water in about 15 minutes ( they were right ). The 2 pillows smelled like smoke. There were no wash cloth's, They never cleaned the room or even brought clean towels for the next day. The workers really could care less. If your needing a room to rent for a hour or 2 this would be a good place to stay.

Service sucked a bit but rooms were great. Woman at counter could be a bit more people person. She didn't talk much and only spoke to her coworkers with me standing there.

After checking in after a long trip we discovered many things out of order. The night stand lamp didn't have a light bulb in it...and I noticed the trashcans had walmart bags for trashbags...overall quality I was disappointed in but for just sleeping was fine.

Howard Johnson was on your web site when I book a room. When I arrived the hotel must have been transfer to Tulsa extended stay and suites. The place looked run down and had the appearance undesired. The rooms were a nightmare and the service horrible. The pool outside resembled a swamp it was green and slimey. I would like to request a refund from hotels.com for leading me to believe one thing and it not being true. Let me reiterate that this was suppose to be the Howard Johnson that is what shows up on your web site. Thanks for nothing. I will be looking into a law suit about this situation

I will never book a hotel on line again the place was dirty not clean i book a room with a queen bed but got a bed that look like a full size bed and the sofa sleeper was full of crumbs when i open it and the lock was broke and it wasnt he a safe side of town so never again on line ever

The place is under new management, I was very pleased with my room, it wasn't the best, but I could tell the place is heading in the right direction, I will defiantly stay there again.

The GOOD: WiFi was good, price was good, the maintenance staff seemed to be trying to please. The BAD: it took three tires to get a room with a TV and a remote that was satisfactory, everything was in deed of repair, carpets were worn, I could go on. All the other reviews were pretty much on target. If I go back alone I would stay there, but if I go with my wife – NO WAY she would go for it.

I was there on business. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be when I checked in, but I did carry my pistol back and forth from the car to the room. I was in a tight for cash or I probably would have pulled out. As it turned out, the bed and room was clean, and the heater worked, and it was quiet. Someone had taken the shower head, so water just came out of the pipe in the wall, but the water was hot. The first night, there was coffee but no coffee maker. I asked the maid for a coffee maker, so she left one, but there was no pot. I won't stay there again if I can help it.

old and dirty. rooms very small and in bad condition. friendly service (although my credit card was overcharged, it was corrected without hassle). surrounding neighborhood is pretty nice. lots of eateries, etc. nearby. i am not very picky, so i was comfortable in the room, considering how little i paid. i will not stay there again, however.

The staff was amazing. They helped us with finding something to eat at 1:00 in the morning. They even made the calls for us. These guys went above and beyond to help us out.

Tulsa Extended Stay Inn and Suites in Tulsa is a horrible hotel.

The clerks were ok. The room was tiny. The bed was very uncomfortable. Flat pillows. The fridge was dirty. Very unpleasant experience. It reminded me of one of the hotels were people get murdered in the movies.

While checking in, was asked three times whether I wanted a smoking or non smoking room even though the reservation said smoking. I got to the room, the key cards wouldn;t work and there was a non smoking sticker on the door. Went back to the office and complained. He fixed the key cards, but didn't change the room. When I finally got in the room, it was small, the bed was very uncomfortable and made creaking noises everytime that it was sat on or moved on, also the room looked nothing like it was pictured. I wouldn't reccommend staying there.
