Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport - אלבקרקי

Fire alarm went off at 11 pm without an explanation. I had to call to find out if was false alarm. Unfortunately we had been asleep for a 3:30 wake up call and didn't get much sleep that night. Otherwise, we always enjoy the convenience to the airport.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Very helpful. Pleasant stay in a nice room. City could use better street signs but not hotels fault.

After notifying the hotel of my arrival, I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up even though the location is not 5 minutes from the airport. My room A/C did not work but responsive maintenance had it fixed the next day. Overall this property just does not measure up to other Hyatt Place locations which I frequently use.

We took our first ever family vacation in 15 years since we got married and had kids. This is where we stayed. The front desk staff was great. One in particular went above and beyond customer service. I wish I had paid attention to his name. (Isaac, Brayden or Carlos) short-approx 5' 7", spikey hair, goatee. This one guy made our stay fantastic and he was awesome. I give this hotel 4 stars just because of him. The other staff members privided fast-food numbers that deliver thereby not forcing use to use room service. That was cool. The bad things - carpets dirty, under sofa I found old sock, dust, soda lid. Our white socks turned dirty gray after a few hours. Coffee maker dusty and dirty and couldnt/wouldnt use it. This makes me wonder if the linens are cleaned or the sofa. Best not to think about it. I blame the cleaning staff for this and that is why they dont get 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall an ok hotel. The TV is located odd in the room you really can't see it fully its in the middle of bedroom/living room. Close to the airport.

Best hotel I have stayed in on this trip so far.

Room was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. 24/7 food service. Close to I-25 and the airport. Excellent value.

I have been staying at this hotel once or twice a year since they first opened and I still love the place, but they really need to think about keeping the furniture updated. The couches are starting to show some wear and tear. I stayed in two different rooms the last time and found no information about the hotel, room, wi-fi or anything in the rooms.

Excellent room. Breakfast and meals good. Suggestions: Call guest immediately the food is ready to avoid serving them with cold food. Also please take the food to the guest's room instead of the guest coming down to pick it.

I use to stay in the midtown area and recently found the Hilton. As it turns out it is in a very convient place. enjoy our stay but the 'Pool doesn't open til May!' my grand daughter claimed with a very distressed and concerned look. She wanted to go swimming.

We normally love Hyatt Places and this one in particular, but this stay was far below what we have come to expect. Housekeeping came in the room unannounced, and the A/C was not working. Mentioned these issues to the front desk, and they were less than apologetic. Will be a while before we try this hotel again.

The hotel is very clean, up to date and well maintained. The service staff is very friendly, I was traveling with four small children and the front desk manager upgraded my room free of charge so there will be more space. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was hot and fresh. The pool is heated, so even though it was outdoors it was very enjoyable. Being across from the airport I thought it would be noisy but it was very quiet and peaceful. Overall a very pheasant experience and would stay again.

Was in town for a conference and this hotel was perfect for my needs. I was especially pleased with the shuttle service, which runs not just to and from the airport but anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Very reassuring for a solo female traveler in a new city. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, even at breakfast when things were quite busy. Ate at the hotel two nights, selection isn't huge but it's diverse and what I had tasted great. There isn't much else around the hotel itself, but the shuttle service will run you to a range of local restaurants so it's not really an issue. Room was quiet and comfortable and the bed was incredibly comfy (better than my own in fact!). I would definitely return if I'm ever in town again!

It was more than I expected. Huge room, great mattress, breakfast was good, and the location was perfect distance to wherever I wanted to go.

The service at this Hyatt Place was outstanding; the staff was helpful with multiple requests (extra tea/coffee, etc.) The free breakfast was one of the best we had. The biggest drawback was the location. The street with this hotel has others including Holiday Inn, Staybridge, etc., so it can be tricky to find your first time there. Otherwise, it was great!

We were happy with everything.. Except The room on 6th floor was a bit noisy.

I went to this hotel because of work being done at my apartment. It is very nice and clean. I would like to see a microwave in the room and better television service offered. But it is a 4.5 hotel.

Top notch service and well appointed rooms. I'll stay here again.

room situated next to noisy elevator

Everything was excellent except we visited during Spring Break and even though the website stated the pool was heated (we were looking for a hotel with an indoor pool, but decided to stay there since it had a heated pool) it was still closed for the season.

Room was very nice, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, was very disappointed that the pool was seasonal. Excellent location for those who want to be near airport. Great breakfast in the morning.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was great.

The major and only reason that we stay at this hotel is to save time on the morning of early flights. We left a wake-up call with the hotel operator. I especially said: " Do not forget us!" And the operator assured me that there would be NO problem. Well, the truth is that they did NOT call us, and that we slept thru the 4:30 time, and were forced, starting at 5:12 AM, a frantic half hour of panicked running from the hotel to return our rental car, get to the airport, and thru security, barely making the 5:30 boarding. Dispite the fact that we have stayed there numerous times, Needless to say we will never stay there again.

Very clean , the staff was very friendly and helpful, location is excellent for an early flight out or a late night arrival

Very nice and comfortable room with extra sitting area that had a huge couch and ottoman. The staff is extremely helpful and the free hot breakfast kicks butt!

The staff at the Hyatt was excellent. Dealing with our hotel.com reservation was a pain in the neck and took at least 15 extra minutes to check in. Even tho I had a confirmation #.Room was fine but the bedside lighting is very poorly planned. That's coming from an Interior Designer! The lights are placed too high above the bed, preventing turn off or on from bed.

Was a good place to stay for early flights. Rental car drop off just a couple minutes away. Very clean staff was very helpful

It was a very short stay and provided good value for money. Very limited staff. They do have a 24/7 bar area and it is quite helpful esp late at night. The rooms do have a refrigerator but lack a microwave. Small bathrooms.

Hotel was great! Only issue I had was finding the place. Otherwise, staff was friendly and room was clean. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a quick stay.

Nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The carpet in the room and the hallway was dirty and needs cleaning.

Great staff!!! Right by airport but was a bit confused on how to get to it at first when coming off the highway! Rooms were awesome, clean and a good size with nice up-to-date style! Breakfast had many options, something for everyone! And again... STAFF WAS GRRRRRRRRRRREAT!!!!! Oh, it was like a mini suite, dividing wall between the two beds and living room.... HUGE couch that could easily sleep 2 adults or 4 little kiddos!!!

Everything was excellent except that they gave me an impression that they don't like my reservation through hotels.com.

Overall this hotel was pretty nice. The staff was all very friendly but the dining service was mediocre. We had to keep calling over our waiters (who were also doing check-in and seemed to be understaffed for a Friday night). The rooms were large and comfortable. One of my only gripes was that driving to this hotel took forever. you had to keep circling the highway and looping around to get to the entrance of the hotel. Also, if getting a rental car, there are NO gas stations nearby to refill. The area is very desolate, but I guess that's just Albuquerque in general.

As usual everything was outstanding. Nice to see the some of the same people still taking care of business.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room. Great breakfast.
