Very friendly and accommodating staff. There wasn't much to the pool. So if you really enjoy the pool you might want to puck another hotel. But if you need a nice clean hotel with friendly staff then you'll be happy with this place.

Strange set-up. The bar, deli counter, and check-in are all the same counter. Management seems obssessed about pushing papers, keeping their head in the sand, and ignoring cleanliness. I walked by the small conference room by the managers office and noticed empty bottles and trash left behind throughout the whole day. One maid services an entire floor of 24 rooms! Obviously rooms can't get cleaned very well. You will be lucky to get your trash taken out. Don't get a room next to the elevator: very noisy! Otherwise rooms are very spacious and well laid out. Great location and free parking are big bonuses. Breakfast is fine and on par for lower tier hotel. My overall impression: if I were Hyatt upper management, I sell this place off to Days Inn.

Overall the stay was well. Customer service experience was great as well as the continental breakfast . However a mini microwave in the room would have been more convenient than visiting the downstairs cafe every time. Blackout curtains is more preferable than the sheer ones in the room. And the air conditioning unit was quite loud at night, which slightly imposed our sleeping experience in the room. Housekeeping was done only once out of our three night stay. The location was surrounding many tasty restaurants and entertainment.

Love this Hotel!!! Great place to stay. Second year in a row staying here . will come back next year again!!! The staff is wonderful. Keep up the good work.

This is a small hotel. They have 24/7 room service, but they don't bring it up to you. It looks more like a delivery from a local restaurant, but the food is delicious! I think it's a little overpriced for a smaller hotel.

Very comfortable, good size rooms, excellent and friendly staff. Very convenient for the Convention Centre - 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

Stay was fine but did not like not having a place to park. The hotels should ban together and let all guests park. The threat of being towed is not comforting.

nice stay would stay again

We love the Hyatt Place hotels, however this one was one of the more run down of all of the ones we have stayed at. skuffs on walls, wore out carpet, chairs with damage, bath that didn't drain. However, the staff was amazing and the room was spotless.

Very good hotel for the price ( thnx Hotels dot com) . Good hot breakfast everyday morning and 24x7 hot food facility within the hotel. The location is excellent ... Lots of places to eat and shop around. Overall a very good hotel.

The hotel is so pretty as well as other Hyatt Place kind of .... it is so well located to go anywhere.

The hotel is within walking distance of several great restaurants and activities. It's also a short cab ride away from Universal Studios. The front desk staff is stellar. The daily breakfast is way better than your average hotel and a great way to start each day. The rooms are very spacious, especially with the living room and office area. No complaints here!

I am really not sure why this hotel has such low ratings. The ONLY issue is the couch in the (very nice) room was a bit worn. I have found this at other Hyatt Places with the same couch and I think the material is one which wears quickly. Other than that, this is a terrific hotel and the breakfast is the best I have had except once. This is a long walk from the convention center, but right in the heart of the restaurant area. I went to Bahama Breeze for dinner and it was very good.

A wonderful hotel, a little pricey but otherwise great.

We always have a good stay at the Hyatt. The employees were wonderful and friendly. Good breakfast and great location walking distance to everything

After reading several reviews on this hotel, I decided to book us a room and I am very glad I did. The room's design makes it larger than regular hotel rooms and I really liked that. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of pillows, the room was very clean, the bathroom spotless. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet though the waffles were frozen(reheated) and not "make your own". The location is great especially having the hotel sitting back off busy International Drive. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. You will not go wrong staying at the Hyatt Place Orlando Convention Center Hotel.

This Hyatt Place hotel follows all the brand's standards. A clean location, great service in all the areas, a good breakfast with a wide selection and nice swimming pool in the back of the property. I have been there twice in a year just because of that. The only problem is that their wi-fi is not good; the signal is not strong enough in some areas and the speed is really slow, even in those areas with strong signal. They should fix this soon since some people need to work, even during vacation.

Nice place and location. The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. Stayed before, will stay again.

Stayed only one night for annual trade show. Will definitely stay there next year. Professional check-in, nice room, great breakfast, quiet location.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. It is in a very convenient location right on I-Drive next to numerous shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable, modern and much nicer than I expected. Staff was very friendly checking in and out. Friend recommended to me and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outstanding for the price!

I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the hotel floors outside the room. There were an unacceptable amount of crumbs in the elevator, first floor hallways, and in the dining area. I was especially disappointed that there was not a person to continually sweep the floors in the dining area. Also, the "soft" pillows were not comfortable. They need to clean the glass doors near the pool. The pool area did not look inviting. Hire better cleaning staff ASAP!!!!! Keep everything clean.

Enjoyed everything around the resort and outside of the resort . When i book my next vacation i will be staying at the same resort.
