free shuttle was very convenient. Free breakfast was great. Our room was clean and quiet. A close walk to the metro for those who have enough time to visit other parts of Vancouver (we choose to go to Queen Elizabeth park). We will stay here again

We are a family of five, and we stayed overnight of necessity on a stopover from our home in northern Canada while en route to a sun destination. The hotel offers basic, clean, comfort, with free shuttle bus to and from the airport. I understand there is a free basic breakfast offered (possibly continental), but unfortunately we had to check out very early morning before this service opened. Free, crummy gas station quality coffee is available in the lobby. There is a liquor store adjacent to the hotel; we did not go in there, so I cannot comment on its value. There is one restaurant across the road, a nice American Italian style eatery. The neighbourhood itself is just a dirty collection of roads and overpasses, so there is no reason to stay here apart from quick, free access to Vancouver International Airport.

Satisfactory but nothing special, works for me.

have stayed here in the past and it is convenient, clean, well appointed. The convenience of being close to the airport for early flights and free shuttle make it the place to stay. We found the lobby extremely cold in temperature. There is free breakfast included but does not start till 6:30 so will not work for early flights.

this is our second stay at this hotel, the shuttle driver was kind enough to drive us down the street to the gas station so we could buy some cold beer!! We will stay here again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, OUR room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The front desk was very friendly and helpful :)

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. But it is looking a little tired, the carpets need to be replaced and the room had a musty smell. The shuttle was great and so was the breakfast.

we were very pleased with the room and the hotel. For the price, it was great. The room seemed small but it was adequate, the free breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were helpfull.

Building was and is very tired looking and feeling...We were disappointed with the breakfast choices....the location and price was perfect for an over night stop over...

Good rooms and breakfast. Free shuttle to airport

Was ok...

Haven't stayed at the Comfort Inn for quite a number of years. Needed a place to stay near the airport and the price was right, so booked a room for my wife and myself. The breakfasts included with your stay are wonderful, but the hotel is quite run down and smells musty. The television is mounted on a low bureau, which is difficult to watch when you are lying in bed. I would probably think twice about staying there again, at least until they do some upgrades.

My husband and I stayed at The Comfort Inn shorty on our way home from Mexico while waiting to catch our connecting flight. It's great for what you pay. While it is pretty old, the rooms are very clean. They have a free shuttle going to and from the airport that starts at 3:45 am and goes until 12:30 am the next day and free breakfast that is actually good. The young guy working the front desk when we got in was extremely nice and quick to check us in at 1 am. If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to the airport and has everything you need for a cheap price, it's great!

The room was ready as soon as we arrived at the hotel. This was a relief as we had just taken the red eye to Vancouver. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for people staying over before or after their trips to other destinations. It is close to the sky train so easy to get downtown. Only downside I saw was that there was no restaurant on site and not a lot in the area.

Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, close to Vancouver Airport with a free shuttle service. The rooms were clean and totally acceptable for an overnight stay. Complimentary buffet breakfast was a nice touch and the staff was friendly and helpful.

As an overnight hotel to and from a destination, it was good value and comfortable. The one recommendation would be to have a clock in the lobby and breakfast room. I did miss the airport transport once because my watch had stopped and there was no clock on the lobby floor to check the time and Desk personnel were doing their job with clients.

You pretty much pay for what you get at this hotel. The is free breakfast and shuttle to the airport, so that was why I chose this hotel. Don't expect any outstanding customer service. But all in all you get what you pay for.

Poor mislead or wrong info on line

Think paying $8.00 a night plus tax is a turn out. I will not stay again because of it because a really pay enough for the room. When booking on-line but it on the cost instead of in the small print.

Halls smelled horrible as well as the room. Lots of cosmetic damage in the room. Baseboard covers laying around. Beds were comfortable though and the breakfast was great!

For the money it was okay. Staff very helpful. Room had an odour.

In desperate need of basic upgrading. Painting long over due.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is convenient and offers excellent quality and ammenities for a great price. I was attending a Christmas function at the River Rock Hotel and Casino and even though I live in the lower mainland of BC I don't driver after drinking and looks for great pricing with conveniences. This particular hotel was within walking distance of the River Rock, had a liquor store so that I could purchase beverages and entertain in my room prior to the event and also offered and EXCELLENT breakfast.

Unfortunalely the hotel had an odor and had a shabbiness about it

good breakfast, shuttle service convenient. hotel staff were friendly. Bathroom could have been cleaner. the hall way carpets looked as if they needed a cleaning.

Very convenient, clean and cost effective. Only complaint is that the gym is only open from 9am to 5pm or so! Who can use a gym in that period!! And would be good if user could control amount of water coming out of shower because it wastes a lot of water to only have full blast option.

Our family with two babies wanted a low-cost, no-frills, clean and quiet overnight layover close to the airport, and that is exactly what we got. Shuttle service was on-time both ways; staff were very courteous and helpful, crib and breakfast were included. I would recommend this hotel.

I will never go back. There was no Microwave in room. we had hard time turning on Heating. Looks like old apartment.

Stay was great. Could hear traffic noise. The breakfast was amazing!!! We did not appreciate the fact that the shuttle service stopped at 12:30 am. We were not aware of this. We were travelling with 2 small children. Our flight had been delayed and we were ready to leave the airport at 12:45pm to find out the shuttle had stopped, so we were required to make other arrangements.

Main reason to stay here was to be close to the airport for a morning flight. Also, wanted to go to the Boathouse for dinner! Called the front desk to ask what time Boathouse closed and was told 1030pm for the kitchen...however when we walked across the road to go there at 930pm itwas closed. Sunday nights it closes at 930pm Considering the room keys have The Boathouse on them with a free dessert promo...u would think front desk would know the restaurant's hours! We were disappointed! Also...surprised to learn we had to pay for PARKING! $11 plus with taxes!!! That stinks! And should have been told to us at time of booking.

When I told the receptionist the next morning that my bathroom was not as clean as it should be and asked to give me a percentage off the price, he said 'sorry, you booked it through online through a discount site so there is nothing I can do. Pretty disappointing

The only complaint is the strange odour. It was noticeable upon entering the hotel. I found the room also had a very strong cleaning fluid smell.Luckily, we could open the window and that helped to dissipate the odour. We had to leave the hotel by 5:30 and missed the breakfast. Perhaps they could put things out a little earlier. I do recommend the restaurant across the street-The Italian Tomato.

The location was very good and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Our room was comfortable and served our stopover needs.
