I thought that for the money I paid it was great. The pool was very nice with warm water

That's the second time I have stayed there.

The room was way too warm. We could not determine how to monitor the heat, so opened the window. But a train kept going by and was just too noisy. The Air conditioner was way too noisy as well. We did not get any sleep.

The front desk help was not very pleasant. The condition of the hotel is in need of repair. The beds are comfortable. The location is good with several restaurants nearby.

If hotel is to allow pets then some type of disinfectant and deodorizer should be used on floors and in air. It was a particular odor in lobby area.Hotel room was clean.

It served our pupose of a place to stay for a couple nights. We have to go back booked again.

friendly courteous staff made me feel right at home

The Hotel condition was no better then a low budget motel. Pool was not pleasant to look at along with the rusty surface drinking fountain. Paint peeling the bathroom walls. Dirty carpets through-out. Asked for additional blanket, night crew only had one available and it had cigarette burn on it. We will never spend the amount of money we did for the lack of maintenance, serves and cleanliness.

Had a very good stay. Rooms were well kept, service was great. Had a vary pleasant stay.

The room okay, I am happy with it. the swimming pool really dirty looking on the bottom. on the hall way, i can smell some one smoking marijuana. so I don't thing I am going back there. For just twenty dollar more I rather stay in holiday inn.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel to stay at was because it was right off of I-94, all the rooms were stated to be non-smoking, and every room had a microwave and refridge, according to the descriptions of what the hotel had to offer. Unfortunately, when I walked into my room, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The bathroom smelled the worst. I turned the air on, and it had a musty odor, as well. It did, however, have the refridge and microwave, which I needed. I could not deal with the odor, so I asked for another room. The second room was fine from an odor standpoint. There was no smoke smell, but there was not a microwave or refridge. Basically, for the price I paid I was disappointed in the room, and the smell, and lack of amenities that it stated that all rooms had. The service was good and the location was good, but overall I would not stay at this hotel again.

They made every attempt to accommodate our team.. Even the families that were not staying there..they opened the pool and allowed us to have a pizza party in the breakfast room. For sleeping, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel quieted down very quickly. Breakfast was a treat with fresh waffles and fruit..the pillows were NOT trebly comfortable. However everything else was great!!

VERY CLOSE TO THE PARK WE NEEDED TO BE AT ,RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY ,I-96 CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. QUITE A VARIETY..JOKED IN THE FRONT DESK ABOUT BEING BREAKFAST BEING BROUGHT TO OUR ROOM BY 6...THEY LAUGHED..AND OF COURSE, SO DID I !!!

Hotel staff was not friendly. Had to call 2 times to have them open door after hours. Person answer phone hung up on us twice stating only "were all booked!" Room also promised with refrigerator and microwave - when there was none. Bathroom toilet backed up. Just not a great experience.

The Hotel seemed alot older then we expected. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean.All the employees were quite pleasant. We asked for special request for our room location due to my wifes health and they made every effort to accomodate our request. The hotel was located in kind of an out of the way area but there was a Mc Donalds right next door which was handy.

All was expected for the price of the room. The service was good. The cleaning lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. The only concern which was small, was the breakfast could have been better and the exercise room was a lot smaller than expected. But overall, we were very satisfied.

Except for the grouchy lady who met us at check in, this place is greeat!

Room was clean and updated, breakfast was decent. I was pleased with what I got in a 2 star hotel. It seems they were having trouble with room key cards - they had to hook up a computer to get our doors open after breakfast - and we talked to another couple staying across the hall that had key problems too. That is my only complaint though (and a minor one at that).
