Beds were too soft. I had to call house keeping everyday for extra face clothes, if someone was their to pickup the phone. I called the front desk a couple of times and no one picked up. I will not stay there again.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. The service we received was awesome. The desk clerks were very helpful gave us printed out directions to a restaurant we inquired about. When we called the front desk for service to the room someone was at the door in minutes.

Beds were too soft, not comfortable at all. I had to keep calling down to room service for face towels. 3 people were in the room they only left 2 face towels. A couple of times I called the front desk and no answered.

Hit tub closed and looks like permanently. Construction makes it hard to get there. if you go to sleep and leave the next day it's ok but if you come and go its a huge hardship. Room was very nice and clean. On a upscale level. Too bad hottie closed.

We basically needed a bed for the night for graduation weekend. We got to the hotel late, around 10 pm, and when we got to the room, it was stuffy. When I lowered the temperature, the A/C kicked in for a few minutes, then quit. I had do this several times before the A/C continued to run. It seemed to take hours to cool the room.

This place was mentioned as a 3-4 star with a low price! )Brother was that an over statement) Maybe a 2.5 in my view really not special -over price breakfast -weight room sub-par -The room had many flaws like the AC unit I'll stop there...not pleased- based on the reviews. One positive- the front desk staff was professional and friendly

Highway construction made this a little more difficult to get to but it was clean and there are plenty of places to eat near. Not far to higher end restaurants and the front desk was able to provide us with a broad selection.

I thought it was great, we traveled from Oklahoma and found the place rather easily eventhough therewas a lot of construction. Even though that it is a smoke free hotel, all the rooms have balconys and we were able to smoke(WEED) from our third floor room with a view of the pool with no problems. We drank and played music all night and no one complained or anything. I will defently be staying here again in July when another concert is in Dallas. I recommend anyone lookin for a cheap and NICE place to really look into this hotel :).

Nothing special but nothing too bad either. Close to 635 and i35. Interior courtyard/pool view room is better than the exterior rooms. Could have better layout as the TV is to the side of the bed. Grab-and-Go food items from the 24/7 market is way overpriced. Smokers rejoice at this non-smoking property as my room had a exterior patio w/chairs facing the pool, so i was able to light up! about a $26 cab ride to love field if your interested.

Every road to the hotel was blocked and hotel had no information.... Construction site all over.... Kinda tough to get in and out and about to downtown and back! Service was good though!

Was very pleased with the staff at check in and they immediately gave suggestions to the immediate area with great recommendations might I add. Room was nice, everything was clean nice environment and overall great experience

This hotel was within 2 blocks of where I needed to be during my stay. It was perfect and gave me more time for the work I had to do. Michael at the front desk went over and beyond to make the stay comfortble and less stressful. Everyone had a smile on their face and offered to help if needed. I highly recommend this hotel for any tye of stay!

Difficult hotel to get to due to the highway construction. Placed in a handicap accessible room which was not my preference and the hotel could not/would not accomodate my request for a different room

It was good, near the airport and can get to the many places i needed in north of Dallas. The staff (ESP Michael) have excellent service level, they make the stay a very enjoyable one.

The service at the front desk was fantastic; the room was as nice as any hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. For the price this hotel was spectacular and I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

Very lovely hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the curtains did an amazing job blacking out the room, even as our balcony faced the sunrise. Be aware that breakfast isn't free - $6/person. I'm sure it's wonderful, but we overslept anyway. There is a CVS about a minute away and also some fast food - Whataburger, Taco Cabana, etc. The room was spotless - carpets were beautiful and even the tv was polished. The doors/walls must be thick because I didnt hear a single other guest during my stay - perfect, as was I was exhausted!! Check-in/out was easy and the front desk people were always kind and helpful. Lastly, the soaps/shampoos were great - Paul Mitchell hair care products and great hand soap bars. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet stay in the Dallas area!!

Good place. Tho too much construction going on around the neighborhood. Service is good. Room is clean. 15 min from everything so it's not too bad.

The only complaint that I have is that the construction make the hotel hard to get to. Also the do hold an amount on your credit/debit card for "incidentals" that may take up to 5 business days to put back in your account.

I was unimpressed with the amenities. No refrigerator and no microwave. There were no vending machines, rather a selection of severely over-priced items for purchase at the front desk. They did have beer for purchase, but no bottle opener. You can buy a beer, but if it is not a 'twist off' you cannot drink it. This hotel is in a perfect location to fit my needs, but the lack of basic amenities is disappointing. It was also disappointing to find the ice machine near my room was broken. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the service in the dining room was outstanding. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and staff. Love the free beverage on check in, i needed a cold one right then.

Very nice! The employees were great! All the way from the check-in person to the breakfast servers to housekeeping.

I stayed for a conference for a few days and found it pleasant. My only complaint was after I left I realized I left two blouses hanging in the closet which no one seemed to know anything about. Overall I would stay there again.

No problems, bed was comfortable. They do not give breakfast, you have to pay for it, but overall, not a bad place.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Room was clean, comfortable. Housekeeping was thorough, and front desk staff was courteous. Close to several good eateries, and entertainment. Will stay again...

The hotel was clean and relatively comfortable for the price. Service in the restaurant was excellent. There is major highway construction that makes getting to and from the hotel more difficult.

This hotel is sub-standard at best.. I would never stay here ever again!

The neighborhood was very bad, add to it all the construction work. Yes it is near to major highways, but if you want to be safe you dont want to be staying here. The Hotel rooms are tiny, and the arrangement was also bad. the TV was placed on the side of the bed, so was almost impossible to watch while laying down.

No complaints! Great place to stay! The staff was wonderful!
