I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff. Only issue I had was the rooms. They are a little outdated and need to be updated.

I stayed here to be close to utd and the hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. There are very nice employees also. There are some really great restaurants in the area so everything I needed or wanted was nearby.

We love this place! We will stay again. The room was clean and quiet. The TV was new and my son played his Xbox. It was close to everything. I didnt go to the pool this time, however las summer we did and it also very nice. Clean and plenty of room. Our entire soccer team will be there again this summer.

LIked the hotel - the room and general cleanliness was very good, and the buffet breakfast was very good also. Would stay there again.

I thought the room was perfectly fine. The service was prompt, and they were flexible with me for check-out. The TV was nice in the room, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Not the biggest room, but the bed was really comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The free level of the internet was enough for my needs. The balcony, which was tiny and looked out over the parking lot, was sort of pointless. But a very good hotel for the business traveler to Richardson.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast service was great. would stay again.

Overall the room was okay; however, the walls were very thin thus I could hear the noises from the room next to mine. Not pleasant. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was easy to find and very convenient for my travel purposes.

For the price it was outstanding . The service was outstanding.

We booked a different hotel in the same area for this stay and when we got there it was pretty scary. Immediately after check in we searched for a switch of location and read good reviews of the courtyard on line so we reserved. Upon arrival the outside areas and lobby were clean and well maintained. The check in was fast and professional. The room was clean and comfy for the price. Although we did not purchase breakfast, a voicemail was left on our room phone advertising it and explaining the costs and inclusions. We appreciated that. The only observation is that the halls are dark and if people are loud in other rooms it can be heard easily.

I was in Richardson for business. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. The comp breakfast was great. It would have been nice to be a little further away from the highway, somewhere more quaint and walkable. But for business purposes, it was great.

Only stayed one night during a severe storm. Shower was good and the room was clean with a great comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for anything more and I only paid $67 from an online special. Worth a lot more

The room was clean and the staffnwerenextremely nice and helpful. The only bad thing i can say is that the free wifi was a low grade connection to get the high speed connection cost extra. My tablets connected but my laptop wouldnt. The breakfast was great.

Stayed at the hotel on a business tripe. Close to good restaurants - try Sushi Sake! Clean rooms and very friendly staff - especially at breakfast which was very good, by the way.

I have to compliment the hotel about the breakfast service. The staff manager was so helpful and was so friendly!. She kept the buffet line running at a premium rate and let us know when the line had been replenished. She came and talked to our table all the while attending to her business at hand. What a pleasure she was!

They started working on the room next door while we were there. None wants to hear drills and hammers at 9am

The king sized bed in my room had a hole the size of Montana on the left side of the mattress. Fortunately, the bed was large enough for me simply to sleep on the right side. A couple would have been very uncomfortable.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel. It is always clean and nice and employees are always ready to accommodate our needs.

Everything was good but you should offer at least a complimentary brekfast.

For the most part I enjoyed my hotel stay, except that the hotel was a little dated.

We stayed here during Christmas vacation. We got a great rate. The room was clean and comfortable.

This Courtyard was an exceptional value, and was conveniently located. Front desk staff was very friendly - check in was very quick.

It was a good stay,clean room, quite location, close to other places.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Staying solo, I found the breakfast to be good and worth the money. Not only was the overall hotel appearance good, but the room reflected the care one expects from Marriott.
