I liked the cleanliness of my room and the friendly staff. Also very convenient business location.

Pleased with my stay, zero complaint

The stay was fine. The only problem was that a member of our party fell on a patch of ice right outside the entrance to the hotel.

The hotel was nice, bed was awesome but hotel was not in a great area but most disappointing was paying over $9 for a cup of coffee with 1 shot of Baileys Irish Cream - we weren't in downtown Chicago!!!

Beautiful 3 star hotel with features often missing in many more expensive ones. Service and facilities were superb. Likely the best option for someone who has to stay near Warren.

These hotels are usually excellent. This one was difficult to find and the staff seemed more interested in talking to one another than assisting their guests with the exception of the young man who immediately changed a burnt our bulb in our room. I left a top in the closet and called to ask them to put it aside as I would pick it up. They switched me to the maid's office where I left a message which said they would get back to me; they never bothered. Somehow I had already felt I'd never see the top again.

My stay included free breakfasts, both mornings I was charged for breakfasts and had to go get it removed from my bill. Today I see that a breakfast charge has been charged on my credit card, so now I need to call them to get it worked out. 3 contacts for 2 breakfasts, isnt worth the extra $10 a night.

Very friendly front desk service, nice bistro area for breakfast and drinks. Pool was rather small. Good room & TV. On checkout, they tried to charge us tax for our hotel nights, even though we had paid in full thru hotels.com. They reversed the charge (I hope) when asked, but it was an extra hassle in the morning.

My family always stays here when visiting family in Detroit. Disappointed that after checking in at 1:30 am my grandkids could not return to swim after church. They must have a new Scrooge-like manager. In the past this hotel was more than accomodating. As a Mariotts Reward member I am a bit turned-off!

Stay went well! The complimentary newspapers and internet-use computers in the lobby area were quite nice. Room was adequate size and clean. The surrounding area was also nice. The outside courtyard in the middle of the complex was a nice option, weather providing of course. The Bistro eatery has a limited menu selection, but for it's size, is understandable. Prices are a bit higher, but the quality is quite good. I had breakfast there as well as a delicious chicken noodle soup the night before. If you don't feel like heading out for food, The Bistro is a worth-while option. I'd stay at this Courtyard again.

Have stayed there twice and only complaint is that other guest were quite noisy. Kids yelling and running the hallways til 2 AM.

The hotel was clean and nice...the staff could've been more friendly...but the overall stay was nice

This hotel is great.. I love to take the family there to have a nice get away. The pool is nice and clean, The rooms are great, I really like how there is a courtyard right outside of your room so the kids can play and at night the adults can sit out there and relax. The new breakfast was tasty. The staff is always friendly and professional. I will be going back there the next chance that I get!

The staff was wonderful to work with, best I have dealt with to date. Room very nice & clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. For sure staying there again when I return to Michigan . :)

I checked in the hotel around 6pm, I returned from my evening around 1am. When I woke up in the morning my car had been towed from one section of the hotel parking lot to the other. I confronted management about the issue. I was told that she had to make a game time decision to tow about a dozen cars, due to resurfacing the parking lot. I was offered breakfast for free the following morning...a $20 breakfast. My vehicle is currently at the dealer.. Awful service...

We have stayed at many courtyards and this was by far the most disappointing. Service was not friendly at all. Our room was to have a crib set up and a be a suite and was not. The crib was then dropped off which was just a pack and play and the bedding was just throwen at us did not look fresh at all. Was not overly impressed by this courtyard.

Bed bugs!!!!

I have no complaints just praise regarding the room and hotel accommodations. Although I was disappointed with the internet connection. My company operates with all Apple Macintosh products. I was not able to get a connection even after being patient and trying a variety of things for over a half hour and just ran out of time and had to get to a meeting. Result was I was not as prepared as I wanted to be. Also I was unable to clean up Email that had accumulated for for over 15 hours. RK

Great place to stay if you are calling on the GM Tech Center

My experience at the Courtyard Marriott in Warren was good. Seamless check in and check out. Nice clean room, bathroom and good beds. Good rate and nice courteous service.
