Days Inn Knoxville West - נוקסוויל

We booked two rooms at this location and one room(the other wasn't much better) was absolutely horrible! The bathroom door didn't shut correctly(looked like it had been kicked in at some point), the outside door was way off kilter(you could fit your hand in the gap), filthy carpet, cigarette burns in the bedspreads, and the bathroom was disgusting and tiny. There were areas on the floor and the bathtub that felt like the floor was going to give way any minute and we were on the ground floor. We have stayed at numerous hotels over the years, and this was the absolute worst

The beds were comfortable, the room clean. But it is the staff who make this place worth staying at. I had a lot of questions, an early check in, and needed directions. They were great at helping with everything. Get a room on the street side of the building and you won't hear the interstate traffic at all.

We would not stay there again.

I am unable to complain due to the very cheap rate I received. However I would not stay there again. The girl who worked in the morning on 4/9/13 was very pleasant, so the reason I would not stay again would be the condition of the hotel. the main thing was the bed was clean and was in town for a wedding so did not spend much time in the room but to sleep! There were shopping carts under the stairs?? for $33 a night I guess it is to be expected but this was the first time I used hotels.com

Very much enjoyed the stay. Easy to get to and very comfortable in every way. Would recommend it to anyone.

It served the purpose for what I needed for one night. It's not your Holiday Inn Express but the price was right for my stopover.I've stayed in worse.

The floor make sounds and the breakfast was incomplete and too little choices.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn West Knoxville. Working out of town and found this to be a great alternative to commuting every day. Will definitely stay here again.

Good stay, nice quite room that was clean. Towels was well placed and room was nice.

We found it to be an older hotel than expected. With older bathrooms and older carpet. Housekeeping was excellent with what they had to work with. Carpet was dirty according to my white socks. Won't stay again.

Absolutely the worst hotel my family has ever seen. Very filthy badly maintenance i would love for you to see the video i took of my room to see exactly how nasty this place was

The rooms were clean and not bad considering the price.

We stayed on the second floor. We noticed that the flooring could possibly cause problems for guests on the bottom floor. The best was VERY comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast therefore we cannot offer an opinion.

The only thing I had a problem with was the outlets did not hold my phone charger good.It would keep falling out the wall.

Bed was really comfortable and staff was very friendly. Only downside was no waffle maker or bacon or eggs, or anything like that with the complimentary breakfast. Relatively quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a very decent stay for a 2 star hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, good wireless internet connection.

Everything went well...toilet did not flush great but it did flush. Shower spray could have been stronger but was adequate. Staff was nice and no major issues to deal with. I would stay again.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. However, the room itself was a low-end type room with a street level floor that felt like it was going to fall through. The staff however, was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient.

Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. We were very satisfied.

This hotel was your average hotel. The room was clean but the carpet was sticky so we wore our shoes the whole time. But whay was exceptional was the service. When we checked in it was thanksgiving night so it was pretty full. Wed requested a nom smoking king online but when we arrived all that was available was smoking king or double. So in lieu of tiny beds we took the smoking. It didn't smell aweful like i expected. The clerk took time out to walk down to our room to make sure it was good enough. I thoigj that was very kind. You dontormally get thoughtfulness like that from a budget hotel.

Staff was very friendly, clean and convient. The only drawback is that there are no microwaves in the rooms.

Not the greatest hotel but not the worst either, they could improve on cleaning and customer service tho..

Poor quality, Needs major makeover

This hotel was more like a motel and felt very creepy. It was not well kept or well-lit outside, and we would not stay there again. The one good thing was the bed was more comfortable than the one we had the next night on our travels at a Comfort Inn that cost twice as much! This room did not have a refrigerator, which was disappointing.

To start the hotel was only half occupied. The rooms only came with three towels and when I asked the office for more they didn't have any. The pool had obviously not been cleaned in some time and the other guests made my family uncomfortable and fearful to leave the room at night.

I will go the extra money next time...our room was dirty...it wasn't at all like any other stay with Days Inn...I hope it was just that perticular Motel.

It's an old run down building and needs a lot of work. The work that has been done is of very low quality. The staff is about as friendly as you could ever ask for! The price was good, the furniture was falling apart, the staff was great, and overall I'd stay there again.

Location was good overall condition of the rooms really needs to be looked at very closely by management. Clearly, not a gread deal of effort is put into the condition of the rooms. No electrical outlets were available between the beds which was a factor for someone who must sleep with a breathing machine. Even the clock had to sit across the room. I do want to say the stafff was plesant.

Room was ok - nothing outstanding. The morning breakfast was a joke. I have never had anything as bad as their "continetal breakfast"! They should be hiding their faces!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Lobby area smelled bad, breakfest was poor quality and few choices. Hotels .com was easier to deal with than expected even though the reservation was messed up. Actual dates where wrong but customer service person corrected for me.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean pool. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but other than that I would stay there again.
