Our stay at Embassy Suites was fine. The staff was very kind and accomodating when we checked in because Hotels.com did not book my reservation correctly. I asked for two queens and Hotels.com put me down for a king. Two hotel staff worked together to find us the last two-bed room in the hotel. What could have been an uncomfortable night on a small couch bed for my children turned out to be a comfortable nights stay. I would recomend this hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was tasty.

When we arrived on Friday there were 2 M&Ms on the floor under the window. They stayed same spot our whole time there. The night before we were to checkout we were not given any toilet paper. We were told the pool was 83 degrees, but it was FREEZING cold. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was very good

We had another great stay at this hotel. We stay here at least once each year on a business trip. We always enjoy the evening reception and the breakfast buffet. I will say that the hotel was very busy when we were there this year. The bathroom in our room was clean but could do with some maintenance and updating.

Hotel is ok but not worth the price. Half of the price will get you a comparable level of comfort and service at a more recent Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn.

Incredible customer service from hotel employees! Everyone was so helpful and nice. VERY clean hotel and the restaurant actually had great food at a good price. Very close to many Lexington tourist sites.

Long walk to elevators. Not enough luggage carts. Breakfast was a plus. Clean hotel.

I took my mother to visit my daughter who is in college in Lexington. We have stayed at several other hotels when we have visited her. This was by far our favorite. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was awesome. And, the front desk staff was some of the most friendly and helpful that I have ever encountered. It was one of the best experiences anywhere in a hotel.

After staying one night at the Embassy Hotel in Lexington KY, I noticed four days later my bank statement was showing a 50.00 dollar charge for incinental. I contacted the Hotel and the lady informed me this is Hotel policy and is released the day you check out and its your bank that is holding up the funds. I have never had another hotel hold funds beyond payment of the room. I would expect this at the Days Inn. Last time I stay at the Embassy! Very dissatisfied!

I have stayed at a number of hotels in Lexington as I travel there on a regular basis. The Embassy Suites has the best complimentary breakfast by a wide margin, of all the hotels that I have stayed at. Eggs, bacon, sausage, grits ,french toast, fresh fruits, breads, and omelets and eggs any style cooked to order. The hotel has an attractive layout, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Next time in Lexington, I will stay here again. Best staff around and great restaurant. Hotel was full and and service never suffered.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, however, we had two different charges on our bill. One for ten dollars, and one for 40 dollars after our bill was paid and settled... I don't understand why...

The breakfast buffet had lots of choices, but the scrambled eggs were just plain tasteless. Other than that, the hotel was fine and the front desk people were really helpful giving us good driving directions.

We were there for three nights for the races at Keeneland. On our way home to Columbus, Ohio my husband could not find his vest with his phone in it. Pulled over and after much thinking realized he had left it in the main men's room by the lobby. Called the hotel, they went into the men's room, found it and had it Fedex next day to his meeting in Iowa. It was stressful for him to get on a plane without his phone from Columbus to Iowa but the hotel came through. The phone arrived at this meeting on Tuesday before the projected time. Hats off to Trent at the front desk and his co-workers. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Three adults and a 13 yr old stayed 2 nights in a suite with 2 queen beds, w/additional rollaway for the youth. We were impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of everyone, the fresh and clean rooms, and the extras - happy hour drinks and snacks, and the very exceptional buffet and made-to-order breakfasts. This facility is an exceptional value! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room wins my cleanliness award. The lemonade at the front entrance was a very nice touch. When I return to Lexington, this is the hotel I will stay at.

The Lexington Embassy Suites was an excellent choice for us... near to the highway, restaurants, and easy access to the attractions. The horse farm tour took picked us up in the front lobby. The Embassy staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our need for a late check out. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for families as well as couples.
