Absolutely EXCELLENT!!! I have never stayed at such an EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and CONVENIENT hotel like this. Prost.

Very convenient to the centre and friendly staff

Characterless, as you'd expect, but the staff were friendly, the room was clean & comfy and it's in the centre of Preston. Not a place for a holiday but if you just need somewhere to stay for a night or two I'd definitely recommend it.

Quite happy with our stay - main problem was limited parking facilities.

hotel inside is fine as with most holiday Inn's but what a disaster for parking your car.!!! only space for about 30 cars maximum so for a hotel size of this one totally rubbish. i travel with a lot of expensive equipment in my car so do not like it parked off site and the website does not make it clear that parking is restricted. I did not see any indication but the desk clerk insisted that it did appear on website. Anyway i ended up parked accross the road in a bus station car park. nice people nice room but i would not go back purely on the parking issue.

Very good stay and excellent customer service. The mattress was `knackered` and woke up with a bad back, so complained and they contacted house keeping. No other complaint

We stayed here for night and booked two rooms for the four of us, we found the hotel and rooms very clean and spacious. It was quiet during the night and we were not disturbed by anything, despite me sleeping with the window open. The breakfast was superb, a huge selection and chef was constantly topping the hot food up.Only one complaint, which was nothing to do with the Hotel, was that another ignorant guest parked right across the back of our car so we couldn't leave in the morning! We had an appointment to get to for 10am and as a result were 15 minutes late! But as I stated this was NOTHING to do with the hotel and they contacted the ignorant person who eventually managed to get out of bed and move her car without so much of a 'sorry'

Stayed here for the night to go out with friends . Friendly staff , nice rooms. I was suprised at how quiet my room was despite being on the road side of the hotel.

This hotel is ideally located in Preston City Centre, however the hotel car park is exceptionally small. I was forced to park in the multi-storey car park next door at the Bus Station. As a lone female traveller this was a huge concern and I would therefore be unlikely to stay in this hotel again. For future reference, the multi-storey car park accepts only coins no cards. The quality of the room and the food were good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, however, the lack of on-site parking is a distinct disadvantage.

I love customer service and everyone was very friendly. The only problem we encouter is that once you are offered a cup of tea at breakfast nobody follows this up. Stayed three times now and I have to chase the waitresses to get another. I suggest you provide pots of tea and coffee on the table like other hotels. Otherwise fab

I've stayed here before and on both, this occassion and the previous, I was allocated a room on the thrid floor - which smelt absolutely disgusting because of smoking. Either they're not cleaning the rooms properly or the smoke is seeping through every crevice into the rooms.... After a quick phone call to reception, they moved us to the seventh floor. Service from the staff was good and the breakfast, excellent. I woukd stay here again, but would ask for a room high up.

Take care if arriving on foot as pedestrians seem to have been the last thing on their mind but everything in hotel was fine. Room was noisy (sounded like a kettle was boiling all ight) but assume this was just a one off in our room

Good value, well maintained hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. Also a comfortable bar. Pleasant happy staff. Expensive coffee though!

it is an excellent hotel. with a higher spec than 3 stars in my opinion.

Dem Hotelmanagement müsste mal klar gemacht werden, dass bei Buchungen über hotels.com keine Zahlung mehr vor Ort erfolgt!! Man wollte mir das Zimmer nochmal mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen lassen! Dies war der einzige Punkt der mir nicht gefallen hat!

Var där med min syster och hälsade på en kompis. Bra pris för att vara fredag-lördag. Gång avstånd till centrum, låg bredvid busstationen. Enda negativa var att det inte ingick någon frukost i det vi priset vi betalade. Då det blev billigare att gå till centrum och finna sig något att äta.
