Holiday Inn Brighouse - בריגהאוס

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the quality of the food in the restaurant was good. The pool was a bit cold but other than that no complaints

Great hotel, fantastic staff and wonderful swimming pool.

Good overall but quality of bar food not great, nice little sauna if you have a few minutes to relax

Hotel is good but nowadays I do expect free wi-fi. £5 an hour is a tad expensive. Just a minute up the road is the black horse pub which serves really good food - won't disappoint.

A good hotel, clean & friendly

Enjoyed the stay after a difficult working day and driving through a 4 hr storm. The reception staff were warm and welcoming. A generous deep dreamy bath and some complimentary tea were most appreciated. The Iron could be better in Room 202 and the shower in the morning wasn't very powerful. But all in all, very good indeed.

Stayed here for a couple nights and was pleasantly surprised. Room was large and very clean. Good size TV in the room with HD channels. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet at night. The only reason I didn't give this hotel a 5 all around was because of the cost of the wifi, £5 for 4 hours or something like £15 for a day - No idea how they justify these prices. However overall I had a good stay and the leisure club is very good.

Minor problem finding the hotel but after that everything was brilliant, the rooms, breakfast and the happy friendliness of the staff , great to see and experience.Close to elland silver band and off to whit friday marches, arrived back very late but no problem to the staff, thankyou.

This hotel is great if you want to travel around the M62 area but dont want to stay in a town centre. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the gym and pool are great. The rooms were spotless and the staff very helpful. If i had one bad thing to say about it it would be that you have to pay for wi-fi access, you can get this free in most hotels now.

great service during my stay - a slight delay with room service as no menu in the room and no menus to be found at reception bar or resteraunt. One was brought to my room and room service followed promptly and well served. Overall great stay - I will be back

Great facilities and food for a 3* hotel, and reasonably priced too. Will definitely stay again next time I'm visiting the area.

This hotel is a decent quality functional hotel. Service was very good and room was clean and comfortable. However, it took 30 mins longer than it should have to find it as Sat Nav took us through a small village and then got us lost! We asked directions and in reality the hotel was right next to the motorway and could not have been easier to find!

The hotel room we had was old and tired. The TV only had 5 anaolgue channels plus one sky channel - no freeview or digital. We had a cup of tea (2 people and a biscuit each) in the lounge and they wacked on a 10% service charge and it cost £8.50! On arrival I had to give my address again as they had my name listed against a different address, and on departure we were asked to pay for the room despite having paid in full in advance at the time of the booking. We thought we'd booked a room with breakfast, the hotel said breakfast would be £9.50 each extra or £13.50 each if we just turned up for it the following day. How do they justify the prices? The staff were completely unconcerned about asking us to pay again and didn't even apologise. Awful place although Brighouse is great. The previous night we stayed in a Holiday Inn Express which had newer furnishings, was cheaper and included free breakfast.

The help yourself buffet breakfast could improve a lot especially the HOT food. It was lukewarm at most and the black pudding was solid.

Good hotel, facilities were good, leisure suite was small but did us fine for the stopover. Would stay here again regularly on this deal :-))
