Very good. Nice helpful staff.

Everything fine except the toilet in the bahroom. The seat was too low and the water level too high.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped with directions regarding where we wanted to go. They suggested places to eat ( which we did ) and were very pleased. They were knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and how to get to places. It was quiet and we were able to sleep real good. The eating area downstairs was clean, the food was good and was re-filled quickly. The lady in charge of the food area was so sweet and smiled a lot. We had a wonderful time. Would recommend this place to our friends and family! Thanks for a good time..........

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great! The beds were comfy! The continental breakfast was yummy! Overall, we had a nice time!

The staff at the Fairfield was very helpful in every way. They made themselves available to assist me with my needs before and after Lasik surgery. The room was very clean, the staff could not have been better. The only complaint I have is the room just smelled a little funky, but, it could have been the cleaning supplies used.

Nice clean rooms. Indoor pool and sauna. We got the adjoining rooms as requested. Overall, an excellent choice for the price. I did not like the $20 pre-requested hold on my credit card for incidentals. It finally went away after a week.

The hotel worked out really well for us and the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast had many options including eggs and waffles. Overall highly recommended and we travel a lot so will be back.

Very nice and very clean. I was a little annoyed by the unexplained "incidentals" ie. the 2.50 bottle of water on the bathroom counter. I am glad I read the label before opening! It just seems a little underhanded. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable. Thanks.

I stayed there for the weekend for a business trip + leisure. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice too. No 24 hour housekeeping service, but front desk will assist you if you need anything. Breakfast is a typical variety you would get at hotels at this level. Mavericks were playing that weekend, so it got a little loud, but it was tolerable. The only thing that kind of surprised me is that houskeepers came in at 9 am and freaked me out. Don't they usually come in around 11 or noon, which is the usual check out time? But overall, very pleasant stay. Worth the money.

We had a very nice 2 nite stay.The hotel was clean and convenient.The breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit and eggs,yogurt etc.The only problem we had was kids running up and down the hall up to and past midnite.A call to the front desk to complain did little to stop the noise even though they did ask the kids to be quiet.To be fair, I'm not sure the hotel can do very much to stop problems that incompetent parents don't even recognize.Overall we had a very nice stay at a good value.

For the price I would have rather stayed in another hotel. It was not worth the money. Even they said breakfast would be served in the morning. It was cereal and muffins.

Having previously stayed at a hotel around the corner from the Fairfield, and finding it very unsatisfactory, I was very pleased with the Fairfield. Everything was perfect!

Clean and nice, got a great price for a weekend stay and it was worth it.

Good location, clean rooms, nice TV, nice desk staff. Basic hotel--good for the price. Only complaint is that there was no fan in the bathroom.

This hotel was great and at a great bargain as well. It was close to all the imentities we were looking for while out of town for the weekend. Clean rooms and friendly staff made this a great stay.

This hotel is very clean the room are great it's in a wonderful area !! A plus has an indoor pool and hot tube ! I will be staying at this hotel again when I am back in the area !!

The Fairfields location makes it easy to jump on the freeway or to get to my meetings in Los Colinas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their recomendation of places to eat were spot on. Cool River Resturant was one of the best I have been to ever. I will stay again and hotels-com got me a great deal.

We love it and keep going back everytime to the same one, it fits our needs and is comfortable, the staff is speedy and friendly and it's clean. We enjoy our stay and will definitely go back.

I was impressed with the cheerful, up to date, decor of this hotel on small budget.

GOOD LOCATION, RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY. HOTEL SERVICE WAS GREAT. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS FULLY STACKED & HAD A GOOD VARIETY OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. FRONT DESK PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY & WILLING TO HELP.

In a great location.

We chose this as a weekend retreat hotel. The room was relatively small but clean. OK size bathroom. Complimentary breakfast is a plus. My wife loved the indoor hot tub and pool. Thats one of the reason we picked this hotel and it was worth it. Would definitely recommend to someone coming for 1-2 nights. No complaints as such.

this hotel was amazing and for the price it had 2 separate rooms so myself and friend could have privacy we could watch differ tv channels because it had 2 televisions ,that place was awesome i will be taking my wife their at the end of the month

The indoor pool was definitely enjoyed by my kids as well as the continental breakfast. We had a good time.

When we walked into the hotel it seemed like it was going to be just another mediocre Fairfield inn. The front desk was tiny and the lobby felt dreary for some reason.... possibly the decor.... and the front desk receptionist was not very tactful or well spoken. The elevator smelled a bit musty and the carpet in it was not very clean. However, the room was in pristine condition! No dust whatsoever; I walked around in white socks and they stayed white on the bottom; the bathrooms were sparkling clean and there were plenty of towels and other appointments; the shower pressure and temperature were great; the air conditioner worked very well and was quiet; the sheets were smooth and soft and the thin comforter was between 2 sheets and was likely washable as well which offered a very sanitary comfort level; the pillows were very nice and the mattresses were firm without being hard. The only negative in the room was that the towels were thin and not as soft as one would like, but they were clean, smelled fresh and were reasonably absorbant. The breakfast was wonderful! There was fresh fruit, a waffle station, scrambled and boiled eggs, many cereal choices, fat free, 2% and whole milk, apple and orange juice that tasted like real juice vs. 'juice drink', muffins, bagels, etc Overall, agent would say that if they could do something to brighten up the lobby a bit to make it feel more welcoming and pay as much attention to the rest of the hotel as the rooms, this hotel would be a 5 across the board. p.s. I LOVE THE NOON CHECKOUT!

Room was fine. Hotel was fine. Nothing I can complain about for the $$$ I spent.

Wonderful hotel! Very clean and comfortable beds! The only negative was that the pool was inside. However, there was a place that you could still lay out in the sun right outside the pool.
