Loved everything except breakfast items were cold.

The convenience was perfect, the surrounding area is mostly hotels. I would stay again.

STAFF SHOULD MAKE CUSTOMERS AWARE OF $50.00 AUTHORIZATION TAKEN EVEN THOUGH YOU BOOK YOUR ROOM THROUGH A 3RD PARTY... STAFF AT FRONT DESK NOT FRIENDLY... IN FACT THEY WERE RUDE..

Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed but perhaps a little on the cramped side, but nice kitchens, TV's, etc. Good price.

Worse housekeeping experience I have ever experienced in any Hilton property. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Liked it but was disappointed that pool closed at 9:00 instead of 10:00pm

Very friendly staff. We were given free upgrade. There are 2 separate blocks and they are not connected. It was confusing for the first time when we went to the swimming pool which was in the other block and we had to walk across the lobby. Got lost when we took the other elevator on the way back. There should have been signs or the staff should have informed the guests earlier. Otherwise, it was a pleasat stay.

Quiet,clean, nice view n spacious room. I would recommend this Hoyel to family n friends.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was like a mini home away from home. A few things that would have made our stay even more enjoyable is if this hotel had a better selection of channels. There was only one kid channel, and that was Disney. Also the hot portion of breakfast was very limited, but the reception dinner was good. All in all the four nights that we stayed were of quality.

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable and provided everything we (two adults and two children) needed. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was located only 10 minutes from our ultimate destination (an easy effortless drive), and was well worth it for the savings.

I went to take advantage of the one night and everything was great except for the small pool and way too many kids in it same for the Jacuzzi... Only thing they can change would be to make a bigger pool and Jacuzzi area!!

We loved this hotel! Great space and nice location.

This was a nice and clean hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great breakfast! The only bad thing was that there is not a lot of restaurants nearby.

My husband was very impressed with the layout and space of the Suite as soon as we walked into the room. Décor was modern with nice touches to make you feel right at home. We loved having two flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Rooms were clean. Having a supply of dishes, pots, utensils and a dish washer were very convenient. Loved our weekend! This is one of our favorite spots that will be our definite get-away location.

This hotel is a great value. I have stayed with my family for a week long trip and alone on an overnight one. On both occassions, the room was great: attractive, comfortable, everything worked, the check in was easy and the staff was great. For the price I got on hotels.com, this was a bargain on a luxury room. I recommend completely, which I don't do often.

The staff was very helpful and courteous however the room air conditioning unit made a lot of noise are prepaid with hotels.com so I was not sure if I was able to switch rooms so I just dealt with it but I will stay there again at the drop of a dime

loved it!!!!! will stay again later this year for our yearly trip to maryland. we usually stay by the inner harbor, which by the way is only 10-15 minutes away. walmart, supermarket, and liquor stores only 5 mintues away. breakfast was good. no complaints at all.

Very close to the airport. Free shuttle, while there was a bit of confusion trying to catch it, but the shuttle also took us to nearby restaurants. The room was much better than expected and the staff also worked with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Good price. Good value

The Hotel was awesome!! Front desk staff...AWESOME!!!...breakfast was great...altho our fault for being late for it. The Shuttle Staff needs a lesson in courtesy...my wife uses a cane and the drivere didnt even offer her a hand to get in the shuttle!! He didnt even bother to open the door for her either at the hotel ir the airport!! Customer Service is key to return visitors.

The cleaning staff could have put in a little more effort, since I ended up doing a lot of the cleaning and arranging myself daily. I don't mean that they left a dirty bathroom, no not at all, but smaller things like wiping down the kitchen stove or folding the blanket that was left laid out on the couch. Other than that, the hotel was great, the front desk was very pleasant and helpful and I would definitely stay there again!!

I wish the breakfast had a better variety but it was still good. Also the regular sodas was expensive...$3.00 for a 16oz soda is ridiculous!

Rooms are badly outdated. Only 1 person working front desk had to get my own towels for the room. Tried 3 rooms the 1st was moldy smelling and they had the windows open to air out. The 2nd was on a previous smoking floor that still reaks of smoke in the rooms the third was barely ok very old carpet. hair dryer not attached tile falling off shower curtian had many rips. Mold in tub. Sticky tv remote. Breakfast was a nightmare cold scrambled eggs and the bacon was cold.

Hotel is in a business park, close to main roads and BWI, yet not very noisy from that traffic. Amenities were great. Front desk called about 30 minutes after checking in, just to make sure the room was "acceptable". Only 2 bad things about the entire stay, the remote for one of the tv's had dead batteries and the back was screwed on (couldn't self-change) and the eggs at breakfast the next morning were definitely the powdered kind (and NASTY)...! Still a great value for the quality you get!
