Everything about our stay surpassed our expectations. We will be staying with Homewood again.

My first stay at a Homewood Suites Rooms had plenty of space to relax Hotel was nice size Convenient parking Breakfast buffet was good

It was very nice to be able to go to a clean hotel after a long drive and feel comfortable while trying to relax.

Excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use this hotel again. The only issue I can come up with was an intermittently operating cable box in the bedroom. Very good breakfast – included - and beer and pizza the Thursday evening we arrived.

No complaints!

My friends had to wait about 6 hours to get in their room. They had requested a room near mine. They were told the room was ready abut when they went in the room it was defective. We all waited in my room until the situation could be resolved. The wait was really inconvenient.

I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoy it except that they never are able to fulfill the room location requests.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The staff was competent, pleasant, and easily accomodated an early check-in.

The staff was courteous. There was an event in town that caused the hotel to be full and there was a little bit of a party in the lobby. But, they did not distrub me as the room seem to insulated very well from noise inside and outside of the hotel. Breakfast was good, except waffles are not served on the weekend. I was very pleased with my stay there and will visit them again.

The hotel was VERY nice and VERY clean. The breakfast was pretty good, wasn't bad at all. It was very quiet and peaceful. Only negative was that when we got there we had to wait about 45 mins for our room to be ready. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its an luxurious place, very nice.

Good hotel, but my comforter was ripped on the top and the towel holder was literally hanging out of the drywall. Great breakfast and good service though. Great area to stay in.

Overall accommodations were very good. However, the coffee pot was clogged causing it to malfunction, the bedside alarm clock took a call to the front desk to begin to figure out how to set the correct time, and the mirrored closet door was off it's track totally falling and tipping the lamp over. Breakfast was delicious. Great location. Very clean and quiet.

Lots of space, a comfy bed, separate living room and a kitchenette. It was perfect for our family during our visit for a horse show.

Bed had to be stripped and changed as soon as we arrived due to several stains on mattress cover. Staff very nice and helpful and they were very upset over bed situation. Overall stay was fine after a rocky start. Breakfast area was very nice.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Will definitely be making another trip here with the whole family!!

Overall an excellent hotel, good location with many good restaurants within walking distance. One of the best complimentary breakfast ever. Only negative point would be the position of the flood lights, they tend to shine in the windows from the outside especially in the suites on the ground floor.

Overall a great place to stay would have gotten a 5 star rating except of being able to hear the occupant of the adjacent room snoring - I would have thought the sound proofing to be a little better in a hotel of this class. One of the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had.

Exactly what we expected. A perfect place to stay if you're going to be there for more than one day. Wish I could have stayed longer! The staff were wonderful and very courteous and helpful. Only one tiny complaint: the suites could use a waste basket in EVERY room--ours had only two waste baskets.

great except for very noisy in bathroom due to vent motor and water came out of bathroom onto floor. good b-fast,friendly people, room clean.

The room was very clean and had NO smoke smell. The halls did have smoke smell so I was a bit worried. The breakfast was great. The directions bring you to the back of the hotel and there is no sign. The front of the hotel faces Maryland Way so watch for it! I would stay here again.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at for the money, which was very reasonable

On arriival room temp. 80 degree. Asks when reg. to extend 1 more day. Came back next evening locked out of room. 2 trips to front desk. Get room open. Find all my close piled in my bag even the ones on hangers that were in the closet. A/c so loud could not hear tv or sleep well.

Loved the place the only big complaint was that we booked nonsmoking turned down large suite because it was smoking instead booked two rooms and they smelled heavily of cigarette smoke....very disappointing

Overall is was good stay. Nothing really stood out on the stay.

Staying at the Brentwood Homewood Suites was great! We wanted to stay outside of Nashville, but close enough and this was perfect. Hotel staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and big. Restaurants and stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was a little diffcult to find,but was located in a very quiet area but also convenient to restaurants and highways.The check in process was seam less.The room was clean and adequately stocked.The breakfast offered was great.Overall an great value.

Front desk extremely helpful finding directions, places to eat, etc. Very clean, comfortable.

It was fine. Would have been better if bathroom had separate entrance rather than being in bedroom (so person on sofa bed would not disturb person in bedroom)! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was clean and quiet. We loved the waffles for breakfast and got a free dinner on Wed. Only negative was that the weather was hot and the pool was not ready yet (we understood the weather was out of the norm). Thank heavens for GPS though or we would still be driving around looking for the hotel, that is the most 'confusing neighborhood in the world'. Location was good for all we wanted to do though.

First room was "non-smoking" but smelled like smoke. Hotel offered to spray air freshener then they agreed to change my room. Second room was nice but toilet handle was broken. Repair made but broke again. Shower curtain rod brackets were loose so curtian would not close and water went all over the floor. Isn't anyone reporting or fixing these problems?

Comfortable, spacious, clean and convenient. Great staff and close to restaurants and shopping. Great week in TN!

The hotel was OK, with good space and a kitchenette useful for extended stays. Note that the street address takes you behind the hotel, making it annoyingly hard to find after dark. They serve a reasonably good hot breakfast.
