Hilton Garden Inn Addison - אדיסון

The hotel just felt a little run-down overall. It was clean and the staff was friendly, but it didn't feel modern or super comfortable. Breakfast was available, but it was pricey, so we chose to eat elsewhere in the area.

The only complaint I had was the ice maker on our floor wasn't working. I stayed there for 4 nights and it was never fixed. ;-/

A well located, easy access, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are exceptional in attending to your needs. Toured Texas for 10 days and rate this 3 night stay number 1. . . Thanks for making our vacation memorable!

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The beds were really comfortable, and I had a great nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

Bad experience. We got confirmed for a standard room with 2 queen beds, but it turned out to be 1 king bed. Staff remedied and offered upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with 1 king bed and 1 sofabed. One of us slept in the sofabed....

Tons of good restaurants and clubs on Beltline. But, not so close that you heard anything. Busy street. Cost can range from normal to high. About a mile or so from major highway. But, construction on hwy can be alittle tricky so recommend the tollroad if you can.

The hotel was terrific! Only problem was your website said it had complimentary hot breakfast, but the hotel informed me that was not true. Guests have to pay extra for the breakfast buffet. Need to know that before booking.

Very pleasant stay eccept Tv reception was very bad maybe you have to upgrade this and kids diving in the pool splashing and making too much noise. Another way nice hotel and surroundings.

Hotel rooms back up to night club. When club closes you will be awaken by people screaming, car alarms going off and horns blaring. The manager gave another guest a key to my room, drunken man was insitant that it was his room. Thank goodness I had l hard lock on door. I have stayed at many hiltons across united states that are more enjoyable and secure. I would not recommend this location !!!!!

I thought the hotel was really nice... no complaints.

Great central location to handle car being serviced, visit with daughter, do some necessary shopping. Area is clean and secure.

We spent the night in Addison New Years Eve. The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the entertainment district which ensured we had a safe sober ride. The room was clean and breakfast was very good. Thanks for the wonderful service.

The hotel, staff and location were great but for one thing... The Hotel is surrounded by a few loud bars & clubs. So much so that on a Friday night when we checked in, the dance music could be heard in our room albeit not too loud, till about 2am.

Water leak on toilet room 335. Maid left cleaning rag in sink. Bed lumpy. Other than that not bad.

Nice lobby and breakfast area. Room was okay but the bathroom was substandard: cramped, cheap tile, long reach to the TP, no ventilation fan (there was a vent which perhaps was connected to the hvac but no separate bathroom fan switch was found). Personnel at checkin were a little on the "icy" side, asking for full names of all occupants and asking if they were all over 21 years old; have no idea what that was about. I've stayed at lots of hotels but I'd never been asked for first nanes of family members and whether they were over 21.

This place was perfect for what we were looking to do. Extremely close to the bars we wanted to visit Dukes Roadhouse and Pete’s Piano Bar and not a far drive from Babes Chicken. The room was clean, comfortable, and cold. Just how I like it. Also the lady who checked us in was very nice, I would stay again.

The hotel was excellent. The only complain I have is the description states "Free Breakfast"...the first morning my husband and I went down to eat breakfast- an excellent breakfast at that! However, as we sat down the hostes brought us a ticket for the breakfast for $19.00

My room was apparently on the wrong side, near a neighborhood bar and at closing time was awaken by a lot noise in the parking lot below my room. I will probably try them again but will be sure my room is not on that side of the hotel. Previous stays have been great.

Great place to stay only one thing what we miss was a safety box in our room.

We have been trying out hotels in Addison for a while, we would probably book again if we got the same good rate

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others.

We were in town for the Christmas holiday and the location was perfect for us--close to family and restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and very accomodating. We had several rooms for family members and we were all together. Nice! Our son felt the beds were too hard, but I thought they were very comfortable. We know they were adjustable but he couldn't find the magic comfort level. I would stay again if we are ever in the area again.

I highly recommend to stay here for any visit you may have arround the Dallas area. My visit was made to visit the University of Texas in Dallas. The staff was very helpfull, very polite, and all around made it feel like a pleasant visit with family. I definatly give it a thumbs up for cleanliness throughout the intire place, the room was exceptional, my daughter was thanking me the whole way home to Houston for getting her such a nice place to rest in. I never got that before when we have stayed with her in much more expensive places.

We got a really good price for this room and I was very satisfied with the room and the hotel in general. We stayed at the Hyatt downtown the following night and we liked this room better.

I would stay here again.

We had a great time in Addison for OU/TX weekend. This hotel was in a great location and it was in great shape. We will definitely be back.
