Beautiful hotel. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and hockey arena.

I really liked this hotel. The pool is a must!

Location was great for Montreal, it was easy to find hotel as I drove into the city. The room was OK. There was some leakage coming from the heater next to the window. As I was closing the curtains for the night my foot got wet. My room had a funny smell to it. It may have been the wet carpet next to the window. I let the manager at the hotel know, but nothing was done about it. Also, when I turned on the bathtub, yellow rusty water came out. Again, I let management know and nothing was done. I was there for a convention and all I had to do was walk down stairs as this hotel is connected to the convention center.

Very clean and relaxing environment. I love their massage soap bars. It's right next to the Metro station so It's very convenient for sightseeing.

Very nice and clean, close to downtown and the bell center. Still abit pricey compared to the other hotels. No free internet in your room, and the things that they said that were in the room were not there ex: game console, ipod dock clock radio and various other things.

This is a great hotel. It was a bit steep because I was up front about three people staying so they added an extra person charge. Other than that it was great. Very clean and classy throughout. The location is awesome if you're planning on getting around the city - just a few minutes underground (awesome in the winter) to the main train station and subway. Only a few minutes walk to Crescent Street (bars/restaurants and the Bell Centre) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is awesome, so is the lobby bar. I would (and will) stay there again.

My family loves the Hilton, wonderful service clean rooms,polite staff- but mostly because they are pet friendly- we travel with our small dog and we were made welcomed there with our dog- stay there every time and will continue to do so in the future! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!!!

i was there two weekends a gao and went back because i wasn't desapointed with this hotel...i little pricey but by the time you get all these taxis in , it comes to the same

Always nice. Room with double bed are small especially with 4 in the room.

Very nice facility, great location . Price of food in hotel is very, very expencive.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean. I had no issues whatsoever with the hotel and would easily recommend this location to family and friends. Definitely value for money.

Excellent location - easy access to the subway, close to everything. The staff was helpful and friendly and the pool was definitely the icing on the cake - even in freezing temperatures it was comfortable to swim outdoors :)

fantastic hotel. incredibly helpful staff, fantastic restaurant, and the outdoor all season pool is out of this world! highly recommend.

cool little hotel; great location - would stay there again

Overall the hotel was very nice. We made good use of the outdoor pool. Staff at the pool and in the hotel were excellent. Thank you for that. We did find the hotel to be very noisy. Someone close by was having a party it seemed and was up past midnight. Then around 3am others were shouting somewhere. The room was comfortable but cleaning left some used kleenex and used face clothes on the counter. I'm sure this was just an oversight. I would stay here again but I would make sure that my room is in a quieter location. We were all exhausted from lack of sleep the next day.

The hotel was awesome.Everything was a feast for the eyes and soothing to the senses.The staff couldn't have been more helpful .Everyone was pleasant and very efficient in doing their job.Our daughter in law always stays there on business trips and highly recommended it.She was right !

Enjoyed out stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff courteous. Breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive, and we went to look for cheaper breakfast options in the central train station across the street.

We had a delightful weekend in Montreal. The Hilton Bonaventure is a superb hotel. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is just across the street from the central train station, minutes by foot from the downtown shopping district and a very pleasant and scenic walk away from beautiful Old Montreal. Bring a swimsuit and enjoy swimming in the heated outdoor pool, even in late November! This was our first stay at the Hilton Bonaventure and we will come back for sure, this time with the whole family.

It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy a nice weekend in Montreal when you are there on a business trip and can't go home over the weekend. The pool is just hilarous !!! And the fitness center is modern, claen and really fun to work out.

The wait for the elevator was not acceptable. I'm not sure if there was only one elevator in service however the line up to get one was at least 10 - 15 minutes long. We did use the stairs, however it is 10 flights and would not be good going up or down with luggage. Other than that, the hotel was nice and in a great location.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.We especially enjoyed the great view of the city from our window. The staff was courteous and pleasant and very helpfull giving us directions to the places that we wanted to visit during our stay. Initally I was not happy having to pay for parking being a guest of the hotel but when all said and done it was worth it not having to worry about driving around the city and deal with finding a place to park ,getting towed,parking meters etc. I plan on returning next summer for a longer stay and will definately be staying at this hotel.

Given the price, I guess I can't complain too much about the room location but it was difficult to access with luggage (up a flight of stairs) and next to the exit and elevators which made for a very noisy night with partiers returning to their rooms in the "wee hours" Overall, a good hotel, centrally located.

We had a great stay at your hotel and the lovely city of Mobtreal!!

Overall I really liked it. Right in the downtown core of Montreal, very fun place. Room was very nice, comfortable, clean, and service at the hotel was good. I am pretty happy with this hotel. Only thing is I wish it had rooms with jacuzzi tubs

Great except the receptionist who checked me in on Saturday evening was rude! When I arrived, there was no one at reception desk. Asked some one at help desk and they called him out. He was rude and I did not appreciate that. I also had a question about accessibility because my husband has a bad knee and he was totally rude and made it my problem for asking! other than that, great hotel, and check out staff was respectful and pleasant. The room was good and clean.

Old building, long walk to the rooms, basically one floor hotel, but clean, and close to everything

It was fine. Our room was not as ready as it should have been, but when we brought this to the hotel front desk reception it was dealt with immediately with enthusiasm so we were pleased with the service.

W love Montreal. The Hotel has too many steps even though short staircases. The wait for pick up of our car was way too long, since only one valet was working at the time.The amount of light in our room at night was not sufficirnt to read in bed. We thought the Hotel's policy of charging 5% for exchange of UD dollar for Canadian dollar was exorbitant, where the official rate was only 1 to 2% max. When we shopped on St.Catherine St and on Sherbrooke Rd, every business gave us an equal exchange on the US dollar. The Hilton was taking it too far in trying to become a Bank. !!!!!!!!

The Hilton is a wonderful green oasis in the heart of Montreal. Easy walk to Catherine St. shopping, China Town and Old Montreal. Rooftop gardens and pool on lobby level are wonderful
