This hotel was OK. The manager was very helpful in getting us into a room early in the day. My husband was not feeling well and we were put in a room well before check in time. The coffee station in the entrance to the hotel was always a mess. There was an overflowing trash can the whole time we were there. The restaurant was not great. Also, it is so irritating when the housekeeping staff does not refresh the coffee in your room. What is going on with this? It happens more and more. It can't cost much at all for a package of coffee but is very annoying to the guest.

excellent as far as the location is concern..

As the title says, it was a very clean and comfortable room, as a normal early riser, I slept till 10 am. A variety of restaurants, and shopping very close by, will stay there again.

I stayed there just for a night. Place was clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and friendly. When I checked in the room, I got a call from the front desk asking for the room whether I liked it or not, and in case of some issues offered to resolve it immediately by giving a different room. Room has all basic things that you can except, and comes with free Internet. Hotel has breakfast service, however please note that, this is not free. Overall my experience was good, can recommend for short term stay.

This hotel has great location, right off freeway 880 and 237, and a lot of restaurants in the same area. The room is clean, and the service is great. The wifi was not that good, I guess our room was at the end of the hall, but we were not here for the wifi so we were ok with it. Over all this hotel was a great stay, would come back next time

i like the hotel.Coffee and tea in the lobby and you can help yourself.Front desk receptionist and her name is Purita is very professional,and accomodating and pleasant.The only thing we did not like is we could hear the noise from the next room so instead of sleeping soundly we are awake by the noise so need to fix the insulation??

Staff is very friendly, room very clean, easy access to fwy. This was my second stay in two months. Will use anytime I need a hotel in the San Jose area. Thank you!

I didnt get much sleep our neighbor was up all night and walked like frankenstein and we heard his every loud step!!..Walls are too thin...good location but would not return ..no sleep..

Not sure why hotels seem to be moving towards this, but having two full beds instead of two queens is really disappointing.

I dont know what happened, but the hotel was a bit smelly just like if they have done any fumigation or something, since I have a very sensitive nose was painful. Also one night got double bed and second stay got king and was huge difference between both.

We have been at this property about 3x now and are always satisfied. The construction mentioned in previous reviews are done. The lobby is modern with a nice breakfast buffet area and lounge. Right next door to In-n-Out Burgers, walking distance to Walmart and various restaurants. Very close to hwy 237. Great location. Frond desk reps were very friendly.

The hotel and attendants were nice and helpful. The breakfast was $12 and was a buffet. There are restaurant chains nearby that also offer breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice service ,excelent end very confort

HGI was a great stay for the money and value. The location is going through a renovation and in the process is compensating all guests with free breakfasts...the breakfast is good and this was the perfect gesture. Beyond that, HGI is a business person/travel hotel free WiFi, decent digs, and close to highway access. Nothing to write home about, but sometimes that is all you need. :)

My experience was very satisfying. I have no complaints about the employees or the quality of the hotel itself. This is my go to hotel whenever I go to Milpitas, because the price for one room for two adults and one king size bed for only one night is worth the price (only ninety eight dollars).

The stay was ok - there was some construction going on. Also at check in the front desk (2 men) were very busy on phone calls so had to wait quite a while, and not much was explained at check in about a free breakfast that was available to us. We found out at check-out about it. Although the room was very comfortable, clean and convient for us.

The Hotel was doing maintenance but the guest service was very very impressive...So it is understandable if they missed something but they did not. We stayed with my 22 month old daughter for a personal event for 2 nights and were very comfortable. Would defiantly stay there again if we are there.

The "Business Center" is really handy at Hilton Hotels, especially this one.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

It had all the features that a business traveller needs, - easy access to free ways, restaurants at walking distance, washer-dryer, hot breakfast, good WiFi, nice fitness center .

Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and well maintained, I'd have mo issue staying here again... In fact this would be my place of choice over the Crowne Plaza which is the regular hotel I use... based on price, location and service.

The ladies at the front desk were great. The cleanliness of the hotel however... I had dirty wine glasses in my room for my four days there. The sheets weren't turned down when I requested. The plumbing issue I called for was not resolved for 2 hours. The overall stay was "nice enough" I suppose. The benefits to this hotel were: In N Out shares the same paking lot, there are quite a few quality restaurants a mere stroll away, and it was a stone's throw from the tourist spots. I wouldn't outright recommend staying there though...

This was our first time staying in this particular Hilton. It is very nice - the lobby is very bright and clean. Pool was great as well. Breakfast is served adjacent to the main lobby - food was good but they seemed a little disorganized and breakfast took a very long time to receive. We stayed in a double room - which truly has double beds and the room its self was quite small. Not sure if I would stay at this Hilton again.

It was great! very clean, attractive, and the stand was very helpful and courteous. It was easy to find and it was very quiet. Highly recommend!

The hotel is one of the bests I've ever stayed at. The lobby is very inviting, our room was very comfortable, all the amenities were in very good condition. Everything was A1 except the noise from people walking in the hallway. We will certainly stay here again.
