Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites - מיסיסוגה

I wouldn't stay again. I think the renovation was well done and the rooms are well appointed but my room was dirty: stains on the chaise, hairs in the bathtub, etc. And the hotel was very noisy.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY WHEN YOU MISS YOUR PLANE OR GET DELAYED. THE HOTEL DESIGN AND SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE. ... THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOTHING.

Hotel was very accommodating and all facilities where modern and in good shape... Room service - fast & the food was good.

The Title says it all, this is a great hotel. The room was much nicer than expected and very clean.

The room was gorgeous, Eighth floor facing the airport runaway. couldnt hear the planes but what a view at night. the only thing we didnt have was a bar fridge to keep are food and drinks cold. So we filled the sink with ice to compromise. Friends said if we asked the front desk maybe they would accomidate us..not sure. Have never had a room without a fridge. We had acess to outside pool. Temperature was good in pool, but wasnt very clean. The cleaning ladies were excellent, very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decicious and watiors and waitress were excellent

Very comfortable. We arrived very late with a baby. I was disappointed that the crib was not ready for us when we arrived. They were prompt at getting it to us when I requested it again but it would have been nice to have it ready as we had asked for this when booking. Friendly staff.

I was very disappointed with the parking. I called to confirm there was underground parking. Once we got there the closest thing to it was an old warehouse. In order to get in you must drive through thick and heavy clear vinyl strips. End result is nasty scratches on the hood, front fender and front bumper of my brand new Mercedes. Ba day for me and no compassion from the staff.

I will most certainly stay at this hotel again as the service and quality was excellent.

My infant son had a mishap and they came and cleaned up the mess. They also brought complimentary juice without our asking for it. That was really nice.

The hotel was very clean. As it was our wedding night, we were upgraded to a corner suite plus given a complimentary bottle of red wine together with chocolate dipped strawberries. What an awesome surprise. Thanks.

Generally speaking hotel was average. The issues that you should be concerned about if you're thinking of booking here are a) the paper thin walls that allow any noise to be heard, including regular conversations 2-3 rooms down the hall, and b) the quality of the plumbing; taps that don't work, shower head that is falling out of the wall, shower water temperature that indiscriminately vacillates from scalding to cold. We travel to Toronto on a fairly frequent basis, there are numerous better options to stay in the TO airport vicinity.

An elegant hotel with a fine restaurant. Service was excellent from the front desk to the restaurant staff. We enjoyed a fabulous family reunion dinner at the fine restaurant during our brief stay. Delicious!!

Friendly staff. Surprise charge for parking on bill in morning- no where on booking information nor mentioned by check in clerk. We were given a parking card to get out of the lot but no other info. When we mentioned it at checkout were given some excuse that we didn't read the "amenities" that the hotel has. Looking back at the booking confirmation, there was nothing regarding this and they refused to reverse the charges. We wouldn't have booked this hotel if we had known. Room acceptable but dusty and furnishings were "tired"......noisy until about 3 am. Overall fine for one night but I definitely would have looked elsewhere if I had known the total cost.

The hotel location and positive rating were key in my decision to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The sole drawback to the east-facing room was a view of the adjacent park n ride lot. At 10pm, 10:30, 11pm returning travellers set off panic alarms across the lot to find their cars. Not the hotel's issue but disruptive to sleep regardless. A western facing room may have been better.

Actually parked for the time we were away and stayed when we returned. Very friendly staff and perfect shuttle service. Would recommend to anyone looking to leave vehicle as you get 14 days parking if you book with stay. Room was nice on top floor but could hear kids next door through adjoining door. Overall very good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to the airport. Shuttle to airport on time and staff very helpful. This was just a one night stay for us on the way back from vacation. The main restaurant was closed, easter weekend. The lounge bar has a smaller menu... over priced in our opinion. We paid $9.00 for a small bowl of soup...just soup; and $18.50 each for a hamburger. I guess that's Toronto!

The room was nice and clean and somewhat classy even. Our mattress was horrible. It was all sunk in along the headboard, likely due to many customers sitting against it while watching tv. You would think the hotel would do something as simple as flip their mattresses every now and then. By the time we had discovered this, it was well after midnight so what are you gonna do?

I was attending a wedding near the area. So, I stayed for only one day but I really enjoyed my stay, the room service was great, I loved the breakfast and meal portions. It was nice view got to see lot of planes outside of my window, the pool was amazing only if the weather wasn't so cold I would have stayed for longer in the pool.

We loved our spacious suite at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel and Suites! It's location across from the airport makes it incredibly convenient.

I don´t think I have ever been disappointed with Hilton and I wasn't this time either.

The staff were great and the room was very clean. We left our car for 7 days during our vacation in the long-term parking area and it was safe and secure when we returned. The only drawback to our stay was that it felt like the walls and door were very thin as we could hear the conversation from the business man on one side and the baby crying on the other. Conversations were also heard through the door from people walking by in the hallway. We expected a bit more noise than other hotels we have stayed at because this was an airport hotel and people come through at all times, but this seemed a bit excessive. If you want a "silent night" perhaps pick another hotel.

Hotel is very nice - our room was large and very comfortable. Only complaints: (1) first room they tried to put me in reeked of carpet adhesive they had applied in another room down the hall. Considering how toxic that stuff is, I'm surprised they were letting anyone stay anywhere near it (I got another room). (2) They nailed me on parking. If you're staying there for more than a day with a vehicle, consider another location that won't cost you an additional $20 daily.

I was very impressed by the excellent service I received from all staff throughout the hotel. Also the location is great, just across the street from Pearson Airport on Airport Road. Which was also great due to the fact I had to travel out of the city for my work and Airport Road was the only way I needed to use to get to my destination (1.5 hours from hotel) and back. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thanks.

Excellent hotel and facilities -would definitely stay here again (the temperature in the gym could be adjusted )

Overall the service was great. We all agreed (3 of us) that they had the most comfortable beds we'd ever slept on in a hotel. Only negative point was you have to be very careful about the parking. Pull up front, don't pay for the metered parking ( i did) and check-in. Then drive your car to the back parking lot where you will receive a parking stub from the machine. When you leave do not pay for the parking (I did). You can exchange it for a parking pass at the hotel, they will bill your credit card $16 (they did). Overall I paid $50 in parking fees unaware of the situation as it wasn't explained to me.

Room was in very poor quality and waited 45 min for the hotel shuttle even though it is the closest hotel to the airport with a dedicated shuttle

The bed was comfortable and lots of parking. There wasn't any parking in the outside lot so we parked in the parking garage. The bus to take you to the airport comes every 20minutes and it was a speedy pick-up when we got back from our trip.

Overall not the standard of quality I would have expected from a Hilton. They even make you pay for parking...what kind of a hotel makes a guest pay $15 a day for parking? On top of that the parking lot was not cleared of snow and there were virtually no spots available. Very disappointed, will not be staying at Hilton anymore.

Was surprised to learn that there was a parking fee of $16.00. Was not mentioned on the hotels.com site.

The hotel was in a great locaton and was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was also vey quiet and you coudln't tell there was an airport across the street from it. Would stay again for sure.

DID A 15 DAY STAY PARK AND FLY. WHEN I RETURNED FOUND MY CAR HAD SUSTAINED $1200 DAMAGE WHILE IN THEIR LOT UNDER THEIR CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL. ADVISED HOTEL MANAGEMENT WHO TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD PASS IT ON TO THEIR RISK DEPARTMENT AND THAT IS THE LAST I HAVE HEARD OF THEM.

Loved the convenience of being near the airport, would use it again.

The hotel is located very close to the airport (could see the planes from my window). They had a convenient complimentary shuttle service running every 15min or so. There were plenty of restaurants close by. The room, however, was very noisy. Not from the planes, but the heater. It felt as though I had a washer standing right in the middle of my room that was going off every 30 min. Although the sheets and the rest of the room were overall clean, the glasses had bits of food stuck to them, the single use cups had coffee stains, while the provided bathroom product bottles had smudges of heavens only knows what all over them. During the stay, someone decided to smoke in the nearby room, and the cleaning people opened the door into the hallway, so it stunk up all the nearby rooms. Despite the "investigations" that the guest services initiated, someone ended up smoking the next day again. What frustrated me the most, was that despite my settling the bill on leaving, they still put a "preauthorized payment" of additional $375 that they cleared on their own after 5days. I must say... this stay was way more inconvenient than it had to be!
