In faux Bavaria, it is like no other Hampton. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we got a good nights sleep.As ever only the breakfast lets them down..I suppose they had to do something the Hampton way!Well situated for walking the town, and getting to local restaurants.

Our trip was great. The young lady Domini was so pleasant and such a great help. When you have a great person from the time you walk in it sets the mood for the trip. We had a good time, the room was clean and we were surprised at how big it was. For breakfast it was a regular breakfast but the server down there was really pleasant. I have no complaints it was just a two day trip to get away with my husband and it was a wonderful time.

"Terrific stay, great location"

We stayed as a halfway destination before a hiking trip in the blue ridge mountains and it was absolutely terrific. It was walking distance to the shops and several restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. It was above average. The front desk was also very helpful and went out of their way to get us a bottle opener when we forgot one. :) I highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

"Great Stay"

This is a very nice hotel. My husband and I spent one night just to get away, and could not have picked a better hotel! It was very nice and cozy. We had the king with a whirlpool, and who would have thought the nicest hotel we have ever been in would be in the same state we live!

We enjoyed our stay. It's a nice hotel with nice staff. We will be back. The location is good. Being a block of the main street made it a little quiteter than the rest. It was an easy walk to everything.

Overall, the stay was very comfortable. The only issue was that the blower fan on the furnace was quite noisy. This was reported to the management for future guests. The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this motel.

Overall the hotel was great. Unfortuantely, a complaint was filed at the front desk due to 2 shirts missing from the room. We searched and could not locate them .

"Great stay in Helen"

We found our hotel to be in a excellent location. Only one block from the main area of Helen. The river behind the hotel was beautiful and relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The staff was very accomodating. We couldn't of asked for more.

"Beautiful place for a family gathering"

Helen is a cute little town that has some nice shopping, great eating places, and just an all around neat atmosphere. The Hampton Inn is only 2 short blocks from all the activities and is right on the River which makes for a great view. The morning breakfast is fantastic with lots of options both hot & cold. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Breakfast wasn't great because the cook overslept (overheard her telling someone), unless you like cold cereal. Location was great, right on the river and walking distance to everything in Helen. Will return again.

"quiet area close to town"

Everything in town was in walking distance-out in the back of the Hampton Inn you could sit and watch the rafters go by-fun...but bring the bug spray!The rooms and service were perfect plus free delicious breakfast,free parking.free wifi.What more can you ask for!

"Not bad"

Room was ready when we arrived a couple hours before the official check-in time, but we found the toilet was not completely clean. They sent cleaning person up within a few minutes and rectified the situation. The rest of the room was fine and it was nice having a microwave and fridge to use. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was friendly.

We generally wander this way couple of times a year just for the get a way time, this was the first time we tried a hotel right in town. It was a beautiful clean hotel. No complaints, plush towels, nice bedding..... Breakfast consisted of waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels, danishes, ect. I will definitely stay there again if need be in the future.

"Best Place to Stay in Helen!"

Very clean inside and around hotel. Beds were comfy and plush with duvet covers. Breakfast buffet was more than you usually get at a hotel (i.e.; waffles, sausage, eggs, oatmeal). All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Just a short stroll to the river and a short walk to downtown Helen. Very pleased!!! Will defnitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

"True Comfort"

The hotel staff is helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is not on the main street which is nice so you don't have all the noise at night but it is within walking distance of all the sites. I will stay there again and have and will continue to recommend it to family and friends. It makes a nice stay in Helen even better.

Succluded overlooking river pool walking distance to everything best hotel breakfast included awesome. Coffee and tea available all day. Staff couldn't have been sweeter. I would reccomend to anyone ! We will be back !
