Hyatt Hotel Canberra - יארלומלה

Our stay at the Park Hyatt's Canberra Hotel was sheer delight. The staff's genuine warmth and attention to detail were touching: flowers I had ordered were waiting in our beautifully appointed and well-lit room and the cupboards held five different kinds of coat hanger, an umbrella and a rechargeable torch in case we felt like an evening stroll through the autumn garden. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and spa in its separate pavilion, the live piano music in the public areas, the fabulous gourmet breakfast buffet and the peace and quiet of the location.

Great place for a short break. A hotel with that combination of heritage with modern comforts.

A wonderful Hotel rich in charm and elegance.Great staff,very attentive and friendly.Only dissappointment was the food at Dinner and room service.

A really wonderful hotel - quality, style & comfort - huge imaculately clean rooms - we do not usually eat in hotel restaurants preferring rather to explore the local restaurant scene - on this occasion we dinned in and the food & service was both fantastic - super steak and excellent prawns- the location is terrific for galleries, museums, Parliament House - this is our 3rd stay and when next in Canberra we will be back

very pleasant but hard to find our way to swimming pool

Service in Promenade Cafe very poor, often no one at desk to get you a table, staff either overworked or forgetful as often items requested not delivered, or delivered some 15 to 20 minutes later.

Canberra Hyatt a classic old school hotel, originally built in 1920 to house MPs. I wanted a place that is unlike your typical conference hotel, and htis fitted the bill

Great location and hotel.

I stay at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra every time I visit the Capital (about 3 times per year). I have been doing so for 4-5 years now. It has class, character and an individual charm that you cannot get at just any 5 Star hotel. It's Art Deco architecture and the plus fours of the bellhops ensure that you appreciate a really unique hotel. The High Tea is worth the trip to Canberra alone.That you can experience all this and be just down the road from Parliament House, the High Court, a variety of museums and the city centre make the Hyatt Canberra one of my all time favourite places to stay. Internet access is expensive and should be free.

The staffs were friendly and helpfull. Nice, warm and cosy setting. The room was clean and generous. No hassle with parking. We'll stay there again next time :-)

Better than expected and resonable room rates

Indulgent luxury, attentive service, good location for the National Gallery and Library. Excellent food at all meals, superb high tea!

It is always a great experience when a hotel has comfort and style like the Hyatt Hotel Canberra. We used to stay there a lot in the past but could not stay at our usual hotel this time and decided to return to the Hyatt Hotel and just loved the experience and service. We will be staying there everytime we go to Canberra in future.

A good quality experience with very welcoming door staff. Nice attitude about parking. Room service food good quality and nice to be able to get a takeaway coffee from the lounge area

Disappointing. I was rebilled for my stay on my final invoice, when I had already booked and paid online... Some friendly staff, but overall, a difficult stay, when it should have been a breeze in a 5* hotel...

Great hotel with old style and service with modern facilities. Quiet location on south side of lake, but still accessable.

Would recommend. Very comfortable, very peaceful. Rooms are large. Only drawback, Car park has many trees which leave sappy flowrs on vehicle. Had to wash and polish/ claybar entire car.

Hotel maintains its excellent standard.

This was a very nice hotel location in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again, the next time I would be in Canberra. I loved the room although the way there from the main lobby was a little bit convoluted. This is a great place to potentially rub shoulders with the creme de la creme of politics. The room was very clean and it was wonderful to spend a night in a wonderfully cozy room. The buffet was awesome for both breakfast and dinner! Well worth the price!

We were expecting a 5 star experience but were quickly upset. The room was very damp with a water leak problem. After immediately contacting reception to report the problem, we were moved to an upgrade room complete with outdoor verandah. This is really what we wanted to experience. We could not complain about anything else-it was all first class. The room and hotel facilities were excellent. We had a late night coffee at we're able to purchase a buffet desert each at reasonable cost in the restaurant.

Excellent service on arrival as I needed the assistance of a wheelchair. The staff were most attentative and helpful, perticulary at meal times when they asked what I required and then went and got it for me, They returned frequently to see if I needed other assistance. Excellent accommodation, excellent service.

Best hotel that i have stayed at and will be staying there in the near future. First class service.

Rooms OK - have stayed in better at other 5 star places. We booked a package with breakfast, check in was slow and our allocated room was given to others! Room eventually allocated was on 4th floor -- near the noisy roof to air conditioner that hummed loudly all night. We even told them it was for a special occasion. Took 20 minutes to get coffee and poached eggs for breakfast the next morning! Breakfast spread not worth the usual price of $45 per head. Rather disappointing considering all the reviews. Look around for better deals. Hotel foyer was lovely and well maintained

Aamiaisen taso oli huono, ja aamiaistarjoilu ei toiminut. Yhtenä aamuna viidestä, sain ruokasalissa tilaamani juomat ilman että useita kertoja joutui pyytämään niitä toimittamaan.Loppulasku ei ollut oikein. Jouduttiin korjaamaan.

Personnel et service exceptionnels à tout niveau.

エントランス部分は、昔ながらの建物が残っており、また週末の午後のアフタヌーン・ティーは一度体験する価値があります（要予約）。近くには、オーストラリア国立美術館など文化施設あります。ただし、市内にはちょっと距離があるので、市内に用事がある場合には少し不便かもしれません。
