Extended Stay America Orlando - Universal Studios - אורלנדו

The hotel was very close to Universal Studios which was fantastic. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel over all was ok. The hallway was very smokey when we wanted a non smoking room. The trash can in the kitchen was full to the point of overflowing so it made me have doubts of the cleanlieness of the room. The toilet porcelin was cracked in the middle which made the toilet look dirty. The staff was the best part of the stay.

I loved the seclusion, yet very close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfy. Loved the kitchen (saved money on food). Only grip I have is the description showed pool and DVR (didn't have). Other than that, great stay and would DEFINITELY stay again.

Large room, comfortable bed, but the room smelled really bad and it was dirty everywhere. There was food on the walls and on the furniture. There were splashes of what appeared to be blood on the bathroom door. The room smelled like wet dog mixed with fried food. It made me sick to my stomach. Only spent 2 nights because we met some friends who were staying there and wanted to stay in the same hotel, but I had never stayed there before and will never stay there again.

Super close to universal studios, less than 5 minutes drive, the fact that includes a full kitchen was a plus, even tho they dont offer have breakfast, the kitchen has plates, silverware, pans and pots, the bathrooms are big and the staff is really nice and friendly. Would def book here again my next visit.

Room smelled like nothing but smoke but I will stay there again. I'll just remember to get a non-smoking room next time

The hotel room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Universal and Islands of Adventure are nearby as is plenty of shopping and food. There's also plenty to do down International Drive which is nearby.

Bed was very hard, pillows flat. Overall room was very nice. Kitchenette was a plus. Didn't have to spend money on eating out.

The staff was great but the room had a bad smell and sheets were dirty and the air didn't work well and leaked.

It was fine for what we needed for one night. We where there only to sleep, and off again to the parks. There was no one at the desk so I had to call the hotel to have someone let us in, so if I didn't have a cell phone that might have been a problem. We sleep well, they don't have plush linens but were adequate for our needs. The price was right. So if it's the price that matters this was great for the area.

The hotel was conveniently located. It was very basic, but for the price, that is what we expected. It was reasonably clean and satisfied our needs. We would stay there again.

Great location and very nice room I will stay again.

I got a good deal, I wanted a place to crash after the parks and I got more than that. Literally, just 2 minutes away from universal studios. Comfortable, kitchenette, silverware and plates for 2, coffee machine, good A/C... Shower is a bit small and water pressure was a bit low for my taste... Other than that, you can't go wrong here for less than $70 a night...

the hotel was great. the full kitchen saves money from eating out all the time. Walking distance from Universal. The only negatives are not a very good gym (only cardio, no weights) and the mattress is pretty hard. But the staff was excellent and the room was in great, clean condition. definitely worth the price!

Terrible customer service, will never stay there again

Stayed 6 nights, pretty much exactly what I was expecting for a business trip in a suite with a kitchenette and at a reasonable price. One of the front desk staff was really great in making sure my room was taken care of, so I have a real good impression, as a result. Will stay again when I come to town.

It was simply AWESOME. The hotel was close to all the sights we wanted to visit. I most definitely stay here again on our next trip which we are already planning.

Great location. Very clean but a bit worn. The front desk staff on every shift are AMAZING. They can't do enough for you to make sure you are enjoying your stay....they got my business from now on.

Our stay was pleasant. The only complaint I would have is the I train does not run to universal and the hotel did not offer shuttle services. The staff was pleasant except when we was checking in with a nice young lady and a manager came and was rude to her and took over checking us in. I felt his behavior was unprofessional.

The hotel - even though it was an extended stay one was extremely clean - actually the cleanest we have stayed in for a long time. The hallways smelled like cooking food but we expected that.

I would stay here again. It was perfect for our needs. Our first time at an extended stay and didnt realize you do not receive housekeeping if you stay less than 7 days. You can exchange your towels at the front desk. The location and friendly staff and cleanliness and comfort I would stay again.

The smell in the room was horrible the bed sheets felt like sand paper the front desk was great. Bring a can of Lysol

. No maid service while l was there, but it not mattrer. l chose this hotel because it has full kitchen, with full size fridge. For what l paid for, it was worth it. Will definately recommend

Overall, very happy with my stay..it was close to everything, room was clean, it was quiet, staff was very polite and professional and it was nice not having a maid come by every monring waking us up to clean the room

I had never stayed at an Extended Stay of America but this location was not the greatest...

I've been to this hotel before but this last time wasnt good I had to wait nearly 20 min to check in and then my room stinked like someone just left the room smoking the sheets weren't clean and the room just stinked that's my main dispute .

ABSOLUTELY impressed by the front desk staff helpfulness. We asked about a restaurant for dinner. Several suggestions, and an excellent Thai restaurant was superb and only a few minutes drive away. REALLY a caring staff for an overnight stay.

The staff was great and very accommodating with us and our puppy. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the bed was hard. Great location right next to universal studios.
