The hotel is average, nothing all that fancy, but just fine for our needs. There was not an elevator, but the hotel is only 2 floors. Rooms were very spacious, and staff was very friendly. Outside of the hotel was average, some weeds in the lawn, not all that great fro the outside. Rugs were a little run down in the hallways. Rooms again, were nice. Flat screens nice. Continental Breakfast was very good!

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, even arranged a late checkout even though the hotel was booked. The hallways on the way to the room reeked of stale smoke. Thankfully the room did not have a smoky smell. Room was adequate and clean.

The room was OK but when I called Hotels.com they called the hotel and mad!!!

The hotel was kind of old; it could use a remodel. But, the rooms were clean and the service was great. So, overall, it was a good experience.

Good hotel for the price.

I like that the hotel rooms were clean. The service desk staff was polite and helpful. Nice breakfast especially since my daughter runs track, she had her choice of fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, cols cereal and oatmeal. Another plus was cancellation was until 4pm when other hotels were by 12pm. I would recommend it and stay here again for future track meets the location is 3 miles away.

The lady at the check in counter was very , very nice and helpful. Not to mention beautiful.

For the price is was a good stay. Safe, clean and friendly staff. I will stay there again when I visit my son.

While the sheets and bathroom were quite clean, the room itself smelled awful. Some combination of stale smoke and mildew (although it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room). The carpet, while probably vacuumed, looked dirty from years of use and a couple stains; the walls were pretty dirty. I think the smell made me look for the dirt that I otherwise might have overlooked, and the overall effect was that I was oretty grossed out.

good for one night,,a/c barely worked then started rattling at 11:00 pm. hallway smelled like a bar,,,I would never let my wife stay here,,breakfast had a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs,,,not much of a choice,,,,

Overall, not a bad place to stay. But with so many other hotels in the area, I know there are better options. Staff is friendly. Decent sized rooms. Good location just off the main strip with easy access to the airport, shopping center, several restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations within 1 mile. Rooms have free wifi (no password required). Peaked at 1 mbps before throttled to ~400kbps download. Breakfast was decent with typical fair; waffle maker, cold cereal, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs. There were several pieces of lint on the floor that would indicate the vacuuming job was incomplete which set my mood for the rest of the room. There were other signs the room hadn’t received a thorough cleaning in a while. The bathroom was recently updated (this is good), but the tub was aged with several cracks/chips that had been repaired, and the walls showed signed of being patched from water damage (from the roof, most likely). If I was going to put the effort of updating the bathroom I would have done a better job of repairing the previous problems. The carpet was well worn as were the bed covers. Not that these things aren’t livable, but it’s a sign that the facilities aren’t cared for as well as other locations.

The bed and breakfast were tops.

The room was made up well when we checked in and also after letting maid service come in while we were away from hotel. Breakfast options good if you take time to realize what is there; can make your own waffles, use a toaster: sweet rolls and bagels available 2nd morning (ran out first morning) as well as boiled eggs (cold), exc. OJ and coffee. Cereal in a dispenser. No fruit. We stayed 2 nights so we could attend our niece's graduation. Internet was a 3rd party service, which I did not know before I used it. We did not use TV much, or phone at all. I liked the small desk provided, lamp had connection to charge netbook; charged camera bedside, charged cellphone in bathroom. Also room service was a 3rd party restaurant delivery menu to order from.and we didn't use this. The room had a microwave and refrigerator and a single luggage rack (2 of us occupying the room) and closet. Didn't use soda vending, or ice. No laundromat which we needed for small emergency with our clothes. Some noise from others checking in, not later.

Location not that great. Carpet filthy, iron not working,Poor lighting to bathroom. Alarm clock not working, 2 plugins didn't work. Tiny pillows, would not stay there again!

We were looking for a hotel near the airport. Since we were arriving very late and leaving early we did not want to spend a lot of money. We have also stayed at this hotel before early morning departures. We have always found it to be clean, a friendly staff and very convenient.

We needed a room for one night and most other hotels were booked. This was the only one in the middle of town that had a room. The room was dirty and needed alot of repairs. The trim was falling off the wall. The room was non smoking but smelled like stale smoke. The bathroom was disgusting. The grout was deteriorated and missing in many places. The toilet handle was broken so you could not flush. The walls were dirty and in need of paint. The last time they did paint, they only painted patches. I felt dirty when I left the hotel. The plus side is that the employees working at the desk were very polite and nice.

I didn't check in until after Midnight and had to leave for the airport at 5:15 AM for an early flight. The Night Manager Levi was superb. Helped me to my room with an extra bag, made sure coffee and what breakfast items he could were available to me since I had a very early flight. He should be commended!

Our stay here was great, the room was clean, the staff was great, and breakfast was good. The quality of the hotel was great for the price we paid. I really enjoy my stay here. We will stay here again and also recommend it to other people. When I book hotel rooms I always read the reviews, I hope this will help other people in making the right choose.

This hotel is probably a good value when you want to stay near the airport...needs a little updating..bathtub tile needs work..don't leave valuables such as GPS in your vehicle...it may not be there in a.m. B from Peoria

The people were really nice but the carpet was really bad. That kinda took away from the look of the hotel overall. It was ok enjoyed breakfast

After calling the general website number to make reservations and having them made in the wrong state, the MN hotel people were very nice and helpful. Our lesson learned was: call the hotel directly, not the website number. Everything worked out really fantastic. Their shuttle got us to the airport on time and came and got us when we returned in a very timely manner. We will stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel if the party is staying for one night. The breakfast was fine and the fitness facility was just right.

We stayed here visiting our son during Family Weekend at ISU. It was obvious when we checked in that this is an older facility. The room had a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom had been updated, but the carpet was worn and the walls are thin (we could hear a lot of noise outside our room). The mattress that we slept on was severely in need of replacing. There was a groove in the middle (probably had never been flipped or rotated) that caused me to roll to the middle all night. Needless to say I didn't sleep very well. That being said, the room was clean when we got there and the bathroom fully stocked. The continental breakfast was nice - fruit, juice, pastries, bagels, waffles, cereal, coffee, etc... Overall I rated it a 3. Considering how much I paid, and the fact that I was only there to sleep, it was a pretty decent deal.

Room was comfortable as expected. Non smoking room requested, and room was fine,but hallway reeked of old cigarette smoke. Other than that, everything was fine.

BMI空港でレンタカーを借りて、空港から２mile程Empire Stを走り、LOWESの看板が左に見えたら、すぐホテルの看板が見え、とても分かり易い場所にありました。周りは、スーパーや、モールなどがあるので、便利です。朝ごはんも、コンチネンタルスタイルですが、結構いろいろ種類があって満足しました。ちょっと建物や客室が古びてきていますが、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。
